Wandsworth WellFamily and Foodbank Service is an adult mental health service serving the Wandsworth community and based in foodbanks and GP surgeries across the London Borough of Wandsworth. We offer short term, holistic support focusing on the needs of the whole family whilst directly supporting the adult.
New funding has enabled us to create this post which will focus on increasing our capacity and inclusivity to provide emotional and practical support to the most vulnerable foodbank guests, who present with complex needs. This will involve providing a short-term intervention of up to two sessions, making safeguarding referrals where appropriate, liaising with GP’s and improving their access to services.
The other facet to the role will involve building new links with marginalised communities in Wandsworth, such as Refugee and Asylum Seekers, people with substance misuse, victims of domestic violence and the LGBTQ+ community. The goal is to reduce health inequalities including racism and all forms of discrimination.

We are looking for a training and development lead who will design and implement a new model of solution focused resources and training programmes. You will work with community organisations to understand their legal needs and tailor the training to give advisers the tools they need to help their communities. You will develop resources and training that are practical, holistic and comprehensive and delivered through a range of online and in person methods.

You will lead on the development of a new range of resources for the wider access to justice community with a focus on housing issues. You will also work closely with other staff to re-imagine and represent existing content in new ways. TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT LEAD
Principal duties and responsibilities:
- Plan and manage the resources and training in its overall design and content development to ensure it remains up to date and engaging and relevant.
- Identify and utilise the most appropriate platforms for delivery of different activity (eg in person, e-learning, webinar) to make the most effective use of resources and meet customer need.
- Work with subject matter experts, curating and creating content as needed.
- Work with and develop relationships with housing advice organisations and community groups to understand their learning needs.
- To develop digital content of the training materials, event video production, design brochures and training materials and keep these up to date and relevant.
- To be the first point of contact and provide first line support for all training and learning.

As the Senior CRM Database Officer, you will combine your strong CRM technical and analytical skills with excellent communication skills to ensure that all our internal & external stakeholders are presented with accurate, accessible data. You will work within the Fundraising Operations team (FrOps) providing quality CRM data related support and advice to Fundraising CRM users in line with team service levels and performance targets. In this role, you will identify, implement and write up process improvements; develop & deliver complex data campaign mailing selections & analytics to Fundraising CRM system users for direct marketing purposes; provide support and cover for data import processes and deliver training and procedure guides. Job Purpose: To support the CHS Alliance secretariat to ensure it delivers professional external events that meet the needs of our key audiences and advance our strategic goals, on time and within budget. Primary focus of this role will be the coordination and logistical management of the General Assembly in December 2024.
Background: The Events Coordinator role sits within the Network Engagement and Communications department and works closely with staff across the CHS Alliance, including those working on CHS outreach, HR/Governance and the Executive Director, on events organisation and delivery.
Main Responsibilities:
Event coordination
1. Coordinate the team and workplan to support smooth and timely delivery of key CHS Alliance events, with particular focus on the General Assembly (GA) taking place in Bangkok 5-6 December 2024.
2. Prepare and attend event working group meetings (e.g. set agenda, organise doodle polls, book conference rooms, take notes, etc.)
3. Overseeing and updating the event workplan (e.g. gannt chart), flagging upcoming milestones and deadlines to event lead
Event logistics
4. Assist in identifying service providers by providing quotes and completing any other tasks requested by the line manager or event lead.
5. Procure supplies for event and ensure all material needed on site is prepared and up to date.
6. Follow up with the venues; liaise with the venue prior to, during and after the events.
7. Assist with all logistical aspects linked to catering, refreshments, room equipment (incl. audio visual), stationery, signs and identification (badges, etc.), and trip booking (hotels, flights, visa) where required, etc.
