The role of Fundraising Product Officer is an exciting new role within the wider Sporting Events team that will be integral to building on the success of our existing mass fundraising product- Walk For A Cure. This role will help to deliver 50% increase in income over the next and develop our future product innovation pipeline, including a new product that is currently being worked on due to be delivered in December 2025.

The Fundraising Product Officer will play a crucial role in the day-to-day delivery of Walk For A Cure, including operations and stewardship.

Reporting into the Fundraising Product Manager, this role will work closely with internal stakeholders, external agencies, and delivery partners to ensure the events are delivered on time and to target by putting in place a robust project plan, working groups, reporting and evaluations and ensuring our processes and procedures are fit for purpose.

Main duties and responsibilities of the role:

· Work with Fundraising Product Manager to scope, test, scale or fail new products, via our innovation board

· Oversee deliverables from key agencies and ensure alignment with project objectives.

· Work with ARUK teams such as marketing and design to define roles, responsibilities, and timelines.

· Provide on-the-day event delivery support at all Walk For A Cure events and act as second in command with event delivery companies

· Generate weekly reports and updates for Fundraising Product Manager to track project progress and address any issues.

· Write and plan all stewardship emails across mass participation portfolio (e.g. Walking Series and new product in development) including building them out in the platform, test and amends, reporting, and work with supporter experience teams to consider the onward journeys.

· Manage the stewardship workstream for mass participation portfolio (e.g. Walking Series and new product in development), and feed into project groups within programme boards

· Work with key teams to support on cross-sell opportunities

· Assist in all other ad hoc tasks such as: Funraisin’ platform changes, briefing, merchandise + procurement, answering supporter queries

Actively participate in Supporter-Led Fundraising activity by attending and contributing to key events throughout the year

What we are looking for:

· Demonstrable and relevant experience in fundraising products and/or community events fundraising - delivering projects and/or from start to finish.

· Experience managing agencies and suppliers and ensuring all contractual requirements are delivered on time and budget.

· Demonstrable experience in championing a product at an organisational level with excellent skills in influencing and negotiation.

· Experience working on integrated campaigns would be advantageous.

· Project Management experience

· Experience in delivering supporter experience journeys

· Experience of analysing and monitoring data in a consumer/supporter environment and utilising outputs to advise and drive forward activity.

· Demonstrable ability to work with a variety of different internal and external stakeholders at all levels

Additional Information:

Ways of working: As part of our Agile ways of working you will be required to work approximately 2 days a week from the office, which is subject to the requirements of the role and the business needs. Flexibility on where you work can be split between working from home and our office.

Roles that are classed as part of the Agile ways of working are not able to claim any costs for Mileage/Travel on Public Transport, Accommodation and/or Meals.  This includes when attending the office for various meetings/events.

About the role
We are launching the 2025-2026 Macmillan Clinical Fellowship programme. This is an exciting new programme, key in the implementation of our new ambitious 2025-2030 strategy.

The MDT fellow will be based in Centre of Clinical Expertise and be part of the core strategic group looking at Variation in Treatment and Care. Cancer MDTs are well established in the NHS as a core part of cancer care but significant variation in impact and efficiency exists and the role of the patient voice is often not prominent enough. The fellow will work across the organisation and form influential external relationships to support Macmillan to work with Health Care Systems across the UK to improve MDT ways of working.

This role will be both beneficial to Macmillan in helping to improve the lives of people living with cancer, as well as provide the successful candidate with a potentially career changing opportunity. 

The fellow will be part of a highly motivated, inspirational and supportive team and be given mentorship support throughout the fellowship.

This role is crucial in supporting the strategic direction and operational plans for individual giving programmes, including appeals, regular giving, and legacies, with the aim of maximising net income from both new and existing streams. The Direct Marketing and Legacy Manager will play a key part in reigniting the legacy programme and growing overall Individual Giving income to ensure long-term support for their service users. 

Key responsibilities:

• Work with the Head of department to plan and oversee retention and acquisition campaigns, ensuring they meet income and expenditure targets.

• Create KPIs and income targets, measuring and reporting on progress against the Individual Giving and Legacy strategy, making data-driven decisions.

• Further the Digital Strategy, optimising digital response as a primary opportunity.

• Develop and implement a multi-year legacy strategy to build a strong legacy pipeline, consistently meeting or exceeding annual income targets.

• Develop and manage new Retention and Acquisition initiatives.

1. Job Purpose

The Senior Mental Health Support Worker will provide time-limited, one-to-one emotional and practical support to individuals experiencing low to moderate mental health challenges, including those with complex needs. This role involves conducting initial referral needs and risk assessments, developing personalised support plans, and delivering face-to-face, remote, and, in rare cases, home-based support.

Client Assessment and Support Planning:

• Conduct initial referral needs and risk assessments to determine service user requirements and level of need.
• Develop and implement personalised support plans, setting clear and achievable objectives.

About the role

You’ll be responsible for building and establishing a new PMO function within the charity, leading a team that is responsible for efficient and effective project delivery, accurate and timely performance measurement, and informed reporting that enables data driven decision making.

We're in a fantastic position to have recently have partnered with the Education Endowment Foundation (EEF) for an evaluation of our programmes. 

We are now recruiting for a Programme Coordinator for our schools in Dorset.

• The Dorset Programme Coordinator oversees a caseload of up to seven partner schools. They manage the logistics and organisation of each school’s tutoring programme, working closely with the schools and pupils and managing the pool of volunteer tutors. They attend the weekly tutoring sessions at each school, as well as overseeing the quality of face to face and online tutoring, always working to deliver a great impact.
• The Dorset Programme Coordinator supports the recruitment of volunteer tutors, manages the tutor sign up process, develops relationships with schools including their Senior Leadership Team and subject teachers, collects data for monitoring and evaluation purposes, and works with other internal teams on business development opportunities.

Duties and responsibilities
 

• Responsible for the delivery of Action Tutoring’s tutoring programmes in partner schools, whether online or face to face. This includes working closely to manage all key stakeholders: schools, pupils and volunteer tutors; regularly attending weekly tutoring sessions; leading on reviewing and improving programme delivery, using data to reliably assess programme performance.
• Responsible for overseeing the quality of tutoring, engaging in quality assurance processes, and providing feedback to volunteer tutors to ensure effective and impactful delivery. • Update and accurately maintain Action Tutoring’s database, including collecting timely data for monitoring and evaluation purposes, such as attendance records, baseline and interim assessments and pupil surveys. Reporting regularly on key performance indicators to key stakeholders and using them to enhance programme delivery. Work with the Programme Manager on business development, approaching new schools that might be interested in working with Action Tutoring.
• Proactively report to the Programme Manager on the details of Action Tutoring’s operations in their partner schools.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Highly Specialist Physiotherapist (Band 7) – Fixed Term Contract November 2026 to join our Rehabilitation services team. This role is to provide high quality, evidence-based assessment and intervention to children and young people with neurodisabilities, neurodevelopmental and orthopaedic conditions and respiratory needs. All interventions will be goal focused, evidence-based, and child and family centred.

Role Requirements

• Assess, plan, execute and evaluate physiotherapy interventions for referred children, within a multidisciplinary team setting and using facilities available, both on and off site.
• Carry out highly specialist physiotherapy assessments and interventions, including support for the on-site Botox clinic; Casing; and Orthotics provision.
• Produce functional goals in collaboration with the child / young person, family and MDT.
• Devise suitable, individualised, 24hr physiotherapy/postural management programmes for each child, whether to be carried out by parents or members of the Multidisciplinary Team; these should be monitored, evaluated and adjusted appropriately according to the needs of the child. Work collaboratively with families to maximise engagement in therapy sessions; support the management of and promote confidence, in meeting their child’s needs.
• Assess for and organise provision of necessary therapy equipment and/or orthotics. This may be loaned equipment for use at The Children’s Trust or recommendations for equipment for long-term use on return home.
• Teach, integrate and monitor physiotherapy interventions/ advice in the child’s environment, whether it is carried out by parents, therapy staff, nursing or care staff.
• Work closely with all members of the Multidisciplinary Team, as well as the child and family, to provide a fully integrated approach to the overall management of the child. This will include any home/school visits, professional child related meetings and/ or appointments, as required.
• Implement and monitor chest management and physiotherapy programmes.
• Liaise with external services and follow respiratory guidelines set by tertiary centers. Support the implementation of child specific respiratory physiotherapy management plans and monitor how well they are working. Escalate issues around respiratory concerns to specialist providers outside of the organisation that support respiratory management.
• Support the implementation of specific respiratory physiotherapy management plans, including: basic manual techniques, appropriate use of oxygen in ventilator support, demonstrating an awareness of inadequate ventilation and when to escalate care accordingly, ensuring awareness of how other components of the child’s care, impacts on their respiratory function.
• Use awareness of how other components of the child’s care may impact on their respiratory function.
• Use awareness of how a 24hr postural management programme impacts on the respiratory system, sleep pattern and the compliance to rehabilitation, in order to inform physiotherapy interventions and the multidisciplinary care and therapy plans.
• Support the delivery of 24hr rehabilitation, through the provision of advice/ information, education and modeling, to the Multidisciplinary Team, tailoring the provision of information to the needs of the child, their family and the staff concerned.
• Liaise with all appropriate medical staff, whether employed by The Children’s Trust, visiting consultants or at off-site clinics and attend clinics with the child, as and when required.
• Contribute to the assessment and discussion of new referrals to The Children’s Trust, carrying out off-site referral assessments around the United Kingdom, as required.
• Work collaboratively with professional colleagues in other services, to facilitate the admission and discharge process.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

To support the Area Manager / Operations Director in ensuring the Charity’s development and growth in ways that are relevant and in line with operational services and charitable objectives.

To ensure the Charity achieves its aims and objectives and fulfils its operational plan effectively by providing high quality intervention, providing person centred support for at-risk young people.

To have key responsibilities in reducing risk and delivery of our Shaping Futures Intervention this is our Short-Term Intervention Programme (STIP) in Buckinghamshire.

This project is funded for the next 18 months, we will be working closely with partners to extend this funding agreement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate onboarding of young people, including the initial assessment, and developing 12 individualised sessions bespoke to each young person.
• Ensure a 12-week programme is written and sent to the young person with agreed outcomes after initial meeting.
• Responsible for a case load of young people up to 20 young people at any one time.
• Lead sessions and activities with appropriate resources to empower young people to make more positive choices to reduce violent behaviours, reduce risk of exploitation and other offending behaviours.
• Support the multi-agency network for the young people you are working with. Report any safeguarding concerns to the DSL, with support from your line manager.
• Work in partnership with the Operations team to develop opportunities in line with the intervention if needed.
• Attend stakeholder meetings where needed.
• Uphold Caudwell Youth’s values
• Effectively report to your line manager complaints and compliments relating to the programme
• Build knowledge of local strategies, linking in with network forums.
• Develop relationships and partnerships with local employers, benefit agencies, training establishments to enable opportunities for young people.

• Ensure appropriate planning, risk assessment and evaluation for all activities relating to your area of responsibility is completed, with support from your line manager where appropriate.
• In collaboration with the Operations team, support activities for the needs of the young people across the charity’s wider geographies.

Administration:

• Maintain an excellent standard of administration, record keeping and reporting of all work undertaken in line with data protection and Caudwell Youth’s policies and procedures.
• Monitor all activities for your area against targets and objectives.
• Undertake proactive activities in line with our policies and good practice.

Partnership and Liaison:

• Work closely with the team and the stakeholder steering group to promote good communication and shared focus.
• Ensure effective, relevant and appropriate communication at all times.
• Represent the Charity to other organisations, funders and supporters.
• Establish and develop good relationships with other charities and agencies to increase partnership and effective joint working where appropriate.
• Be a point of contact for referrers and external contacts as regards to activities and service provision.
• Maintain strong working partnership with Thames Valley Police and Buckinghamshire Council to deliver the Shaping Futures Programme.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

On appointment, you are expected to have:

• Previous professional experience and hold most of the necessary skills for the role.
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of young people services in the UK Strong people skills: demonstrates empathy, leads by example, and contributes to building a desirable team culture
• Understanding of young people at-risk Commitment to equality and diversity
• A positive attitude with a proactive and flexible approach to work
• A good understanding of safeguarding and confidentiality
• A full driving licence, with access to a vehicle and have business insurance cover on your policy

Experience:

• Experience of working with statutory services to support at risk young people
• Experience of working to agreed delivery targets, monitoring outcomes, programme evaluation and report writing
• Excellent presentation skills to external stakeholders

Skills:

• Experience of liaising and relationship building with local networks
• Awareness of other local charities
• Use of software such as Office 365 and Better Impact
• Desirable but not essential - hold a certificate in JNC or NYA Youth Work Qualification

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

• Do you have a minimum of 1 year’s experience working with young people in a formal or informal setting?
• Do you have experience planning and delivering activities or support services for young people?
• Do you hold a full UK driving licence with no endorsements or convictions, and be eligible to obtain business insurance?
• Do you have basic experience using Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook)?
• Do you hold a Certificate in Youth Work and Community Practice? (this can be a qualification from an awarding body JNC, NYA or equivalent).
