Job description - Partnerships and Income Manager
Salary: £38,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent
Reports to: Head of Commercial Services
Hours: Full or part-time hours considered, minimum 0.8 FTE
Start date: November 2025
Location: Home-based (travel costs paid for meetings)
Annual leave: 27 days FTE per annum plus Bank holidays (22 days FTE per annum under the Four Day Week)
Please note that at Waterwise we work a Four Day Week, under voluntary agreements which all staff members sign. This means that you will be contracted and paid as full-time but you will sign a voluntary agreement stating that you commit to employing efficiency tools both individual and team-wide to deliver and be paid for 5 days work within four normal 9 to 5 days - the office is closed on Fridays. Training will be provided and you will be expected to continue to refresh your training and to keep up use of the efficiency tools. Annual leave is also pro rata’d. We can answer any questions you may have about this at the interview/s. On a 20 hours a week contract, you would be spending 16 hours a week at work including the equivalent of 2 one hour lunch breaks, and this can be worked in a flexible pattern, such as two full days or more, shorter days.

Partnerships and Income Manager Role Description
The Partnerships and Income Manager role involves engaging a range of stakeholders to help generate greater impact and income for Waterwise. The Partnerships and Income Manager will be responsible for researching and identifying potential new business opportunities; conducting outreach to new and existing stakeholders to encourage collaboration; building and maintaining relationships with Waterwise partners, sponsors and members; and assisting with developing winning proposals for funding, in order to deepen the impact we make with individuals, communities and businesses across the UK. The Partnerships and Income Manager will lead on delivery against income targets for our services and events.
Key responsibilities in the role include:

Generating income for Waterwise by retaining existing partners, recruiting new partners, selling sponsorship opportunities, and increasing engagement and investment in Waterwise membership and services

Researching and identifying new business development leads in line with Waterwise’s commercial strategy

Building and maintaining an active pipeline of commercial and partnership opportunities to drive income

Conducting market and competitor research and engagement to ensure we have a clear understanding of customer needs and align our services to meet those needs

Conducting lead generation and lead nurturing activities, including representing Waterwise at events and conferences, reaching out to potential new partners by email, phone or social media, and conducting introductory meetings with potential sponsors, members and partners

Acting as account manager for Waterwise partners, (working alongside the Membership and Marketing Manager who manages member relationships), leading on administration such as ensuring Salesforce CRM is up-to-date, conducting Waterwise’s ethical screening process for potential partners, managing partnership agreements and payments

Working with the Memberships and Marketing Manager to design and implement communications to demonstrate how partnering with Waterwise offers value for money and delivers against ESG commitments

ADSS is Kent’s biggest independent charity dedicated to providing support to people affected by dementia. Summary of the role
The Individual Giving Fundraiser will be at the heart of our fundraising efforts, driving digital fundraising, managing multi-channel appeals and designing and implementing donor journeys to increase engagement, retention and income.
Main purpose of job
Working with the Head of Fundraising the Individual Giving Fundraiser will lead on developing and delivering strategies to grow income from individual supporters through acquisition, retention, and stewardship. This role focuses on building long-term, meaningful relationships with donors, delivering compelling fundraising campaigns, and enhancing the donor experience across digital and offline channels.
The Role Responsibilities
· Maintain and grow ADSS’s income from individual supporters with a focus on digital platforms.
· Lead on the delivery of acquisition and retention campaigns and optimising supporter journeys.
Fundraising Strategy and Planning:
· Work with the Head of Fundraising to develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies, including regular giving, to support ADSS’s mission, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
· Plan and deliver fundraising campaigns and events, including individual giving and online fundraising efforts.
· Develop project plans and assist in setting KPI’s.
· Craft compelling appeals that resonate with donors and reflect the organization’s mission.
· Analyse campaign performance and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.
· Prepare and present detailed reports on fundraising progress to leadership and maintain an accurate pipeline.
· Monitor expenditure for individual events and campaigns to ensure a profitable return on investment.
· Support the team to identify and develop new revenue streams to increase support for ADSS programmes and services.
· Keep up to date with industry developments to contribute to the overall development of the fundraising department. Continually monitor digital trends and be willing to adapt to this quickly changing area.
Donor Cultivation and Stewardship:
· Design and implement donor journeys to increase retention and engagement
· In collaboration with the Communications Team, increase our geographical area of reach and influence, across Kent, to grow our donor base.
· Work with families and the wider ADSS team to support the development of case studies to tell donors the stories of ADSS’s work.
· Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with current and prospective donors, ensuring their continued support.
· Implement strategies for donor recognition and retention, including personalised outreach, acknowledgements, impact reports, and engagement opportunities.
· Develop and maximise communication tools and materials to keep all donors updated with our key messaging and impact.
· Engage with the community through various communication channels, promoting the organisation’s mission and fundraising opportunities.
· Manage online platforms and income pages of our website to maximise the potential channels for donation.
Corporate and Community Partnerships:
Work with the Corporate and Community Fundraisers to:
· Develop Individual Giving programmes within Corporate and Community partnerships
· Ensure that digital platforms support their efforts to cultivate relationships with local businesses and community groups to secure sponsorships, partnerships, and in-kind donations.
· Engage community leaders and influencers to increase visibility and support for ADSS’s fundraising efforts.
· Explore the role of digital platforms in new partnerships to diversify revenue streams and enhance community engagement.
Donor Database Management:
· Maintain and update our donor database, ensuring accurate records of donations, communications, and engagement history.
· Analyse one-off and regular giving performance and optimise programmes based on insights

· Track progress towards fundraising goals, preparing regular reports for senior leadership and stakeholders.

Prospectus is delighted to be partnering with a West London-based older people’s charity who provide a range of impactful, person-centred services; from social prescribing, to befriending, to dementia support, to information and advice, to digital inclusion. They are now recruiting for an interim Director of Services to lead the organisation through a time of change and development.
As interim Director of Services, you will work across various departments to oversee the strategic delivery of beneficiary-focussed services, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, to target and to budget. You will join the CEO in leading the delivery of the organisation’s strategy, evidencing impact, ensuring that staff and the management team are motivated and engaged and that older people remain at the heart of delivery. You will develop and maintain strong strategic relationships with key stakeholders, particularly within the NHS, promoting and developing the charity's integrated teams and social prescribing work, and facilitating opportunities to secure funding.
To apply for this role, you must be a senior manager with significant experience of overseeing and developing health, social and voluntary sector services in integrated settings. You must have extensive experience of working with and supporting vulnerable people, and an understanding of the health and wider social issues affecting them. You must have demonstrable experience of managing, supporting and developing staff teams, and of working in partnership with a range of stakeholders at a senior level.

About this role
As a CIC your responsibilities would include:
· Developing and coordinating carer and volunteer-led projects across Lincolnshire and centrally.
· Coordinating volunteering in the Lincolnshire area.
· Developing and running the Lincolnshire Carer Forum and co-production projects.
· Working as part of the Community Inclusion Team
About you
To be successful in this role you will need:
· Experience of working within the health and Social Care Sector is desirable.
· Good organisational skills with the ability to work in a proactive, flexible, and innovative way to meet objections.
· Experience of delivering projects/initiatives that aim to empower communities.
· Knowledge and experience of delivering volunteer-led programmes of work.
· Experience of recruiting and developing ongoing relationships with volunteers.
· Knowledge of co-production; with experience an advantage.
· Ability to network, develop and sustain joint work between agencies, including establishing good working relationships.
· Ability to build positive and constructive working relationships with colleagues at all levels across the organisation.
· Strong IT skills, use of (Microsoft applications, Word, Excel, Outlook), mobile telephone and social media platforms.
