Job description

We are seeking a Health & Inclusion Lead to be a valued member of parkrun’s People & Culture team. 

We’re on a mission to help more people enjoy the benefits of being active, social, and outdoors — especially those who need it most.

In this role, you’ll lead the development and delivery of strategies that drive inclusive participation at parkrun, particularly among those who are currently underrepresented in physical activity and experience lower levels of health & wellbeing.  The role holder will also lead our global DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) strategy –with a strong focus on inclusive outreach and community engagement.
