Summary

In this role, you will proactively engage clergy across the Midlands, with matters of financial wellbeing, and future retirement planning (inclusive of housing) Your initial focus, will be in offering structured one-to-one conversations to clergy in the decade or so before retirement about their future plans, helping to build confidence about what the future might hold, and connecting people to the right information, products, specialists or local support, which would help their plans. You will also co-design and run local events and learning sessions at key life stages with groups, supported by building strong relationships with diocesan teams. To do this well, you will need to build local networks, and work closely with subject matter experts and other stakeholders to escalate complex welfare or regulated financial matters.

Personalised support for Clergy

• Identify and contact clergy throughout their ministry journey to offer personalised support and guidance.
• Hold structured one-to-one conversations online (or in person where particularly appropriate) to explore retirement plans, future housing preferences, household and financial circumstances, and agree clear next steps.
• Maintain accurate [online] case records, schedule follow-ups and re-engage individuals at agreed intervals.

Signposting and Referrals

• Provide timely signposting to independent financial advisers, charities, and other external services for housing, money, and welfare needs as appropriate.
• Build knowledge about choices and products that clergy might want to explore to help their plans, utilising our one stop shop portal.
• Refer clergy to financial health checks and specialist advice where appropriate and track referral outcomes.

Learning, Events, and Content

• Design and facilitate local events, including workshops for training institutions and sessions for early-career clergy.
• Produce and share accessible local content such as guides, newsletter items, and case studies to encourage peer learning.

Relationship Building and Representation

• Build and maintain relationships with diocesan recruitment and development teams, senior clergy, diocesan wellbeing staff, local Theological Education Institutions and local charitable partners.
• Build and maintain close relationships with colleagues in the Pensions Board Housing and Pensions Admin teams, ensuring complete and accurate handover of customer information at key points in clergy retirement planning as required.
• Attend diocesan meetings and conferences, represent the service locally, and support established pre-retirement activity.

Mapping and Knowledge Management

• Map local support routes, housing options, and charitable referral pathways, sharing this knowledge with clergy and others as appropriate.

Feedback, Insights, and Continuous Improvement

• Gather real-time feedback from conversations and events, run brief surveys, and feed insights to the wider team to inform communications, pilots, and product design.
• Contribute to continuous professional development through training, peer learning, and sharing best practice across regions.

Safeguarding and Quality Assurance

• Apply safeguarding standards in all contacts (working within the Pensions Board's safeguarding policy and procedures), escalate concerns promptly, and contribute to consistent regional practice with other advisors.

• A salary of £59,999 per annum, plus age-related pension contributions between 8-15% of salary. We will also match any pension contributions you make up to an additional 3% of your salary.

• 25 days annual leave (increasing to 30 days within 5 years) plus eight bank holidays and three additional days (pro-rated if working part-time).

Purpose of the role:

We’re looking for a motivated and creative Marketing & Communications Officer to join Kinship’s Marketing Team. In this hands-on role, you’ll help deliver integrated marketing campaigns and content that engages kinship carers, referral partners, and wider audiences across England and Wales. 

This role is hybrid with frequent (minimum of 1 day per week) travel and work in our London Office, Or fully office-based (Vauxhall)

What you'll be doing:

You’ll be responsible for creating high-quality, audience-focused content across digital and offline channels, supporting social media and email marketing, managing marketing collateral, and ensuring all communications reflect Kinship’s brand and values. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised, proactive marketeer to contribute to a growing team, help raise awareness of Kinship’s services, and make a real difference for kinship carers and families.

Key responsibilities:

• Support the planning and delivery of cross-channel marketing and communications campaigns and activity, specifically including tactical plans to promote Kinship’s DfE funded training and support service as well as promoting Kinship’s holistic support offer including peer support and online advice. 

• Plan and create clear, engaging, high-quality and audience-focused content – both written and multimedia (graphics, video, audio) using tools such as Canva or Adobe Express for a variety of channels - including website, social media, newsletters etc.

• Take the lead on day-to-day community engagement with followers across all social channels (paid and organic) using in-house guide to help direct to support where relevant and flagging issues of concern as appropriate. 

• Manage the inventory of Kinship’s marketing collateral, checking when stock is low and reordering where required.

• Ensure all content is in line with the charity’s brand, tone of voice, and accessibility standards. 

• Deliver regular monitoring on performance by tracking key metrics across digital channels (email marketing and social media) and feed into monthly reports. 

• Work in collaboration and co-production with kinship carers to ensure meaningful input and representation in the development of relevant plans and activities.

Knowledge, abilities, skills and experience: 

• Demonstrable marketing experience in an in-house or agency role. 

• Experience using digital marketing tools, including email marketing systems; design software, including Canva; social media platforms and photo and video editing software. 
• Experience using a Contact Management System, such as Salesforce. 
• Exceptional written and spoken communications skills, with the ability to develop impactful narratives tailored to different audiences and channels. 
• Excellent organisation skills and the ability to work happily in a fast-paced environment, keeping multiple projects and objectives on track, often to tight deadlines. 
• Excellent copywriting skills and experience of writing marketing copy for a range of audiences and channels, communicating clearly, concisely and with an organisation’s tone of voice.

About the job role

An exciting opportunity as a Highly Specialist Occupational Therapist has arisen to join the Therapies Service at St Joseph’s Hospice in Hackney. You will work as part of committed and creative team, which offers innovative therapeutic interventions and support to people with specialist palliative and end life care needs.

The Therapies team works in collaboration with other clinical professionals and volunteers across all areas of the service; inpatient, outpatient and community. This role involves the provision of rehabilitative palliative care and non-pharmacological symptom management for patients with life-limiting illness to optimise their independence and maximise their quality of life.

The Opportunity

The role

You will play a key role in ensuring that Camden Learning captures and uses data to drive service development and operate more efficiently. This is a newly created position which will support the implementation and ongoing development of a new CRM system, as well as optimising the other systems and platforms we use. You will support teams and wider stakeholders to get access to the data they need by running reports, undertaking basic data analysis and presenting data in an easy to understand way. Key responsibilities

CRM

• Working alongside our development partner, support the successful implementation of a new CRM system
• Ensure the CRM system continues to meet the organisation’s needs, including setting up and owning the process by which colleagues request changes and new features

• Make changes to the system if required and set up reports requested by colleagues. Liaise with development partner if larger changes or new development is required

At Ambitious about Autism, we're currently looking for a Youth Engagement Officer – Autistic and OK to join our team on a 2 year fixed term contract.

The Youth Engagement Officer will play a central role in ensuring autistic young people are meaningfully involved in shaping and delivering the next phase of the Autistic and OK programme. You will support the co-design and development of new peer-led workshops for the schools toolkit and developing resources for a whole school approach, collaborating with colleagues in the Participation team and a diverse group of autistic young people.

We have a fantastic opportunity for a part time Legal Counsel to join our In-House Legal team at SNG for a fixed term contract for 1 year. You'll be working 27 hours a week reporting into one of our Senior Legal Counsels and working together with Legal Advisers and other Legal Counsels.

Based in the Hurn office, you'll combine home and office working. There will be some requirements to travel to our other offices as and when required, so you should be happy to travel.

The role

You'll be responsible for your own caseload of legal cases as well as working with senior members of the team to partner with the business to resolve more complex legal cases and provide strategic input, including but not limited to:

• Managing legal processes for statutory Right to Acquire and statutory Preserved Right to Buy applications received by SNG. This includes all eligibility, drafting of all statutory notices and the entire conveyancing process.
• Carrying out legal work required for asset management of a shared ownership property portfolio including, acting for the landlord on staircasing of shared ownership leases; dealing with repossessions of shared ownership leases; acting on assignments of shared ownership leases – to include transfers of the superior title on 100% staircasing when required
• Advising on an extensive range of property matters involving leasehold estates, whether SNG is landlord or leaseholder, including service charge provisions and legislation, understanding the extent of obligations, tenancy breach, replies to enquiries, etc
• Carrying out legal reviews of title, planning, estate documents and leases to provide reports and advice on the above.

What we're looking for

You'll need previous experience in a similar legal role, with experience in legal matters relating to Property. We need you to have transactional experience but experience of portfolio asset management is desirable.  We will provide training on aspects of property law work that are less commonly carried out where you may not have dealt with previously eg Right to Buy/Acquire rules.

You'll also need:

• To hold a valid Practising Certificate (or equivalent) to ensure you can carry out Reserved Work as defined by the Solicitors Regulation Authority, as well as be responsible for the supervision of members of the team who are not qualified to undertake Reserved Work

JOB PURPOSE

We are looking for a creative, ambitious, and data-driven individual to join us as Senior Officer Digital Optimisation, specialising in UX/UI to lead on the development and delivery of UK for UNHCR’s testing and optimisation strategy to improve conversion rates and user experience online, including our website, donation pages, and various subdomains. The role reports to the Head of Digital Fundraising and manages all donation pages, digital testing and tracking, as well as a range of Google and optimisation products.

The primary purpose is to optimise digital performance through A/B testing across our websites and supporting teams to adopt and implement a test-and-learn framework in their digital channels to raise more funds for refugees.

An existing A/B testing roadmap has been developed and is ready for your input and ideas. However, testing and optimisation is not limited to fundraising and will aim to improve digital conversion and performance across teams, channels and platforms – playing a key part in UNHCR’s annual fundraising programme to enable UNHCR to deliver its vision of a world where every person forced to flee can build a better life.

You will work very closely with the digital fundraising team and wider Individual Giving team, as well as Communications and Philanthropy/ Corporate Partnership colleagues, our digital agency and international fundraising teams.

Passionate about UX/UI and fundraising, you will be a skilled communicator, tech-savvy and an experienced project manager. You will have strong problem-solving skills, a test-and-learn approach and a track record of meeting deadlines and meeting/ exceeding set KPIs.

Role Responsibilities  

• Develop and lead strategy for conversion rate optimisation, including the management of a testing roadmap to regularly execute A/B and multivariate tests and the use of new and existing technology, e.g. heatmapping to reduce friction rates and continuously improve and optimise conversions.
• Lead UX/UI across organisation, overseeing and implementing tests and analysis across teams to improve web experience and achieve required KPIs and objectives.
• Manage Google suite of tools and relevant relationships, ensuring everything is up to date and operating as necessary.
• Manage all donation pages and fundraising landing pages, building new pages, maintaining existing pages and closing pages; identify areas for improvement and work with relevant stakeholders to test and optimise.
• Utilise and manage suite of third-party platforms, e.g. Optimizely, Mouseflow, iRaiser, Sleeknote, Typeform to improve user experience and increase donations and conversions.
• Remain flexible and quickly respond to emergency situations, identifying fundraising opportunities and develop relevant comms and journeys as needed, collaborating with colleagues from across the organisation.
• Use data and insights to produce regular reports on performance against KPIs; use analytics to identify trends and optimise activities based on user behaviour.
• Manage and maintain vanity and tracking links across the organisation, utilising Google Tag Manager and UTMs to monitor performance and results.
• Stay up to date with digital best practices and technology, including sector trends, follow industry policies, including GDPR, PECR regulations, attending training and optimising plans accordingly.
• Stay up to date with issues affecting displaced communities, campaigns from international, content and reports from the field.
• Share creative and insights with UK colleagues, global teams, and HQ.
• Participate in training seminars, workshops, and skill shares where applicable.

Personal Attributes and Experience

Essential Experience

• Experience of implementing and optimising digital marketing campaigns across channels, including paid and organic social, search and display; preferably within the charity sector.
• Experience of developing and delivering strategies for conversion rate optimisation and user experience/user interface. 
• Experience of using digital channels for lead acquisition and conversion to grow income.
• Experience of measuring, evaluating and reporting on digital activity and performance across multiple channels and digital campaigns, paid and organic.
• Experience of working with external agencies and suppliers.

Essential Skills/Knowledge

• Experience of using Google Analytics or other web behavioural analytics tools.
• Experience with experimentation tools like Optimisely or similar.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management experience.
• Excellent written communication skills: able to produce compelling, persuasive, and concise copy for a range of specific target audiences.
• Attention to detail and proofreading skills and an ability to give clear and constructive feedback on creative and copy.
• Proven proficiency with design principles and tools (Canva/Adobe suite).

• Experience of working across a broad channel mix (social, web, email, SEO, SEM and other Direct Marketing channels would be advantageous).
