Supporting the Senior Analysis Officers, the Date Reporting & Analyst Officer role helps us to provide and maintain comprehensive reporting and analytics for the Income Generation team at Battersea.
Additionally, as Battersea continues the process of migrating to a new CRM (Salesforce), this role will be crucial for helping us support the fundraisers’ reporting needs during the first few months after Go-Live.

Sleep Advice Service
Cerebra understands that if you have a child that doesn’t sleep, the whole family suffers. Many children with neurological conditions suffer from disrupted sleep. Our sleep advice service provides bespoke advice and support so that everyone can get a good night’s sleep.
Legal Rights Service
Our Legal Rights Service provides help and support to families of children with neurological conditions when they are faced with barriers and difficulties in accessing statutory support services they are entitled to. The service provides information on their legal entitlements.
Book and Toy Library Service
Our specialist postal lending library contains a wide range of books for both adults and children, plus a selection of sensory toys specifically chosen for children with a neurological condition.
Innovation and Product Design Service
Our Innovation Service designs and builds bespoke products that cater to the specific needs of children with neurological conditions. The aim of the service is to make products that are desirable and exciting, therefore promoting social inclusion, peer acceptance and enabling children to participate in everyday activities that are so often close to them.
Information Products
Cerebra publishes different information products to help families with a child with a neurological condition. Our information products offer comprehensive, up-to-date support and research-driven strategies to assist families with a wide range of issues.
Buzgi and Toy Adaptation Service
Cerebra designs and builds bespoke assistive equipment for disabled children, this includes creating custom mobility aids, switch‑adapted toys, and other innovative solutions to help children access play, learning, and independence.
The Bugzi - a mini powered wheelchair for children offers many children their first experience of independent mobility. It uses either a joystick or switches and adaptable seating for complex needs, and helps develop spatial awareness, confidence, and early mobility skills. The Bugzi is available through a national loan scheme.
Additionally, we operate commercial services (including a web shop) to supplement our income to support children and their families.

The Fundraising Administrative Assistant forms an integral part of our Fundraising Team. Role Responsibilities
Supporter Development team
• Support the Individual Giving Managers and Legacy Giving Manager with day-to-day communications with our donor base, including timely database administration to capture communication preferences and personal details.
• Support the Database team with data and financial processes, including recording and batching donations, generating reports, contributing to supporter journeys and reconciling income.
• Liaise with design and print suppliers to source quotes and deliver appeals and other campaigns.
• Support the Supporter Development team in-person in the office, with the processing of direct marketing appeal responses, including banking of donations and sending thank you letters.
• Work with the Individual Giving Managers to implement supporter journeys to encourage further support to the organisation.
• Support the Individual Giving Managers in building emails using the charity’s email marketing platform.
Philanthropy team
• Use a CRM database to effectively administer and manage event and community enquiries and activities.

You will be joining The Advocacy Project at a critical time as we enter the second year of our new strategy. Key to the success of the new strategy is developing a sustainable business model that moves us from a reliance on statutory income to a mixed portfolio of funding including trusts and foundations and paid for services. Focussing on growth we are looking to secure at least £250,000 new income annually while maintaining our current income levels, we aim to double our income by the end of our strategy in 2030.
As part of our senior leadership team, you will be agile and collaborative, a fundraising professional who has developed and delivered an income generation strategy and achieved income growth across multiple income streams, including developing commercial income streams, grants and statutory income. You will be hands on, getting stuck into applications, prospecting, communicating, and developing new income opportunities. Building strong relationships with staff, volunteers and service users, you will also have the ability to engage with stakeholders and build relationships externally. You will develop evidence-based and impact-led cases for support for various projects and must be able to unlock growth, develop new approaches and help communicate our impact.

Key responsibilities
- Developing our income strategy to ensure we reach our financial and strategic goals.
- Chairing the Business development and fundraising committee
- Further developing trust and foundations pipeline, growing income and identifying new opportunities.

About the role
We’re seeking a senior media and PR officer – policy, campaigns and public health to join our talented and ambitious media and PR team for six months. Supporting the delivery of annual media plans for these areas of work, you’ll leverage our position as leading experts on breast cancer to secure media profile that increases our influence, engagement and support among target audiences, championing the needs of people affected by breast cancer, engaging key policy decision-makers and the NHS through our change-making campaigns and calls to action, and communicating our vital breast health awareness and health information and messaging to key stakeholders and the public to help make change happen now.

About you
You’ll be great at building trusted and influential relationships across internal and external contacts up to a senior level including colleagues, journalists, contacts at stakeholder organisations (such as NHS and NICE), people affected by breast cancer who support our work, and celebrities and influencers who support Breast Cancer Now.
With an understanding and passion for policy, campaigns, and public health you’ll draw on your experience of working across health communications and/or media/PR environments to digest and distil complex and sensitive information into compelling media copy, with an eye for spotting proactive and reactive media opportunities to secure impactful profile.
Used to working in a fast-moving environment, you’ll work at pace without compromising quality of work and working closely with the senior media and PR manager – policy, campaigns and public health to effectively handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines to amplify the charity’s share of voice as a determined leader, driving progress and changing the future for anyone affected by breast cancer.

As Data Officer, you will support the Head of Finance and Operations across a range of important day-to-day tasks, with a particular focus on income reconciliation, accounting preparation, the maintenance of our Salesforce CRM database, as well as using the CRM to run reports.
You will take responsibility for keeping Save the Rhino's data clean, accurate, and audit-ready — carrying out regular imports, cleaning routines, and backups, and producing reports that help colleagues across fundraising and communications to do their jobs effectively.
Alongside this, you will contribute to key financial processes including Gift Aid claims, VAT returns, and monthly management accounts, developing a solid grounding in charity finance. For the right person, this combination of data and financial responsibilities offers an unusually broad grounding - ideal for someone early in their career who wants to develop skills across both disciplines rather than specialise immediately.
You will be methodical and detail-oriented, comfortable working with data and spreadsheets, and confident following established and documented procedures while flagging issues when you spot them. You will be a collaborative team player, supporting colleagues across the organisation and keen to learn and grow within a small, committed team.
This is a new role for Save the Rhino, and it is one that might appeal to individuals with different experience and backgrounds. We are open to this role being full time (35 hours per week) or part time (28 hours per week). The Senior Legacy Officer will lead the delivery and development of St Luke’s legacy fundraising programme, taking ownership of one of the hospice’s most critical income streams. Reporting to the Head of Public Fundraising, the role will focus exclusively on growing legacy income through strategic marketing, supporter engagement and stewardship, pipeline development and internal advocacy. The officer will help drive the continued growth of the charity’s fundraising, engagement, and brand awareness via digital channels, helping to drive charity income. The officer will work with the Digital Marketing Manager and colleagues across the team to support in the planning, deployment, and analysis of a variety of digital paid-for campaigns.
The post will report directly to the Digital Marketing Manager and work closely with the rest of the digital team, as well as colleagues in the Brand team and wider departments. The Digital Marketing Officer will provide support across the organisation, helping to plan, consult and advise on the creation of new digital campaigns across our PPC and paid social channels, reporting on their progress against target.
This role will have a focus on executing paid-for campaigns across our social and search channels as well as providing feedback relating to strategy, development and implementation.
This role is a 12 month FTC.
Key Responsibilities:
· Plan, develop and implement PPC and Paid Social campaigns for departments across the organisation with a wide variety of goals and objectives.
· Manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns across a variety of channels, including Google Ads, Meta Ads and more.
· Consult across the charity on best-practice use of paid-for digital engagement.
· Analyse and report on key campaign metrics and KPIs, providing regular updates to key stakeholders.
· Provide input into the requirements for campaign reporting dashboards, ensuring budget holders understand the impact of their investment and how campaigns can be further optimised.
· Work with external agencies as appropriate when campaigns are outsourced, advising, and learning from these relationships.
· Oversee other analytics monitoring and reporting as appropriate.
· Identifying key target audiences for each campaign across the marketing funnel to ensure we are engaging people with the right messaging.
· Maintain relevant files and documents, including accurate recording of supporter data.
· Ensure all activities comply with Alzheimer’s Research UK’s communications and branding guidelines.
· Undertake any other relevant duties and projects delegated by the Digital Marketing Manager in line with the responsibilities of the post.
· Tracking work in the Campaign Management system and reporting back on capacity level.
· Maintaining PPC and paid social calendars alongside key stakeholders to document campaign activity.
Knowledge, skills and experience needed:
· Relevant experience in a previous role.
· Experience of planning and deploying PPC and paid social media campaigns
· Experience of Google Ads and Meta Ads
· Experience of insight reporting and key metric tracking
· Extensive understanding of social media platforms, insight software and campaign management
· Excellent organisational skills; the ability to manage a large number of tasks to multiple deadlines
· A confident, friendly and collaborative manner
· Working with independence, intelligence, drive and initiative

Ways of working:
As part of our Agile ways of working you will be required to work approximately 2 days a week from the office, which is subject to the requirements of the role and the business needs. Flexibility on where you work can be split between working from home and our office.
Roles that are classed as part of the Agile ways of working are not able to claim any costs for Mileage/Travel on Public Transport, Accommodation and/or Meals. This includes when attending the office for various meetings/events.

Salary: Circa £32,000 per annum, plus benefits.
