Position: Supporter Care Coordinator                     

Salary: £27,000 - £28,500

JOB PURPOSE

We are a team with a desire to provide excellent stewardship to our donors and maximise our fundraising potential in the UK. As the first point of contact, this role plays a vital part in ensuring our supporters receive a high standard of customer service.

You will manage our supporter care inbox and phone line, handling everything from donation enquiries to complaints with empathy and efficiency. You will also support with processing post and ensure our donors receive the appropriate acknowledgement for their support.

Role Responsibilities  

• Manage and respond to those who contact UK for UNHCR directly by email, phone or mail and escalate queries where necessary.
• Deliver a first-class supporter experience and ensure each point-of-contact works to build and develop the engagement journey.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date supporter records within the charity database, assist with data administration, and ensure data is handled in accordance with regulations.
• Champion supporter care best practice by resolving supporter pain points, sharing supporter insights and feedback with colleagues, and supporting fundraising teams in evaluating campaign performance to identify opportunities to improve the supporter journey.
• Assist with fulfilment agency briefs and quality control measures.
• Work with teams, agencies and third-party platforms to deliver donation processing and campaign fulfilment, ensuring efficient donor acknowledgment
• Support fundraising teams during emergencies.
• Support the fundraising team to deliver high quality in person events in as well as virtual stewardship events.
• Provide personalised in-house thanking for different supporter segments and deliver thanking initiatives such as a thankathons.
• Provide logistical and administrative support for supporter engagement activities and stewardship events, including coordination of materials, attendance lists and on-the-day support.

• An understanding of fundraising administration such as Gift Aid, marketing preferences, and direct debits.
• Experience of or interest in the charity sector, in particular humanitarian response/international development.
• Experience of working with an external fulfilment agency to deliver excellent customer service in a similar environment.
• An understanding of how to keep customer data safe and handle sensitive information responsibly, in line with relevant regulations.

Job Purpose

The Head of Community Support and Operations is a pivotal new role being introduced to the executive team at Barnsley CVS.  This person will be a key role in the growth and development of the executive team.  You will play an exciting part in the delivery and development of the recently developed 4-year strategy and theory of change. We are looking for a Coordinator to help our small Quaker peace organisation to continue to thrive when our current Coordinator retires at the end of 2026.

You will work with NFPB trustees and members to support Quakers in the North of Britain in their peace work, which covers a wide range of issues. About the role

At the RSPCA Finchley Branch, we are seeking a practical and organised Branch Manager to support the delivery and development of our local animal welfare services and the oversight of our retail operations through the line management of Shop Managers.

This is a strategic role with a hands-on focus on operational delivery, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations across animal welfare, retail operations through the line management of Shop Managers and volunteer activity. Working closely with Trustees, the postholder will help ensure that services are delivered effectively, safely and in line with our charitable objectives, with a clear focus on achieving positive outcomes for animals and the community.

The role is hybrid, combining remote working with regular travel across the branch area, including visits to our charity shops in East Finchley and North Finchley, as well as occasional in-person meetings and operational activity where needed to deliver the Branch outcomes in line with the agreed objectives and priorities.

In this role, you will

You will be responsible for the effective delivery of animal welfare outcomes across the branch, ensuring animals are safely supported from intake through to rehoming, while also supporting the RSPCA Inspectorate. Alongside this, you will oversee day-to-day branch operations, including managing a small team of staff and volunteers, overseeing the performance of the branch’s retail activity through the line management of Shop Managers to contribute to sustainable income.

Working with the Chair and the relevant Trustee portfolio lead, including the Treasurer, to ensure financial oversight, governance and compliance and to deliver the agreed objectives, and working with veterinary partners, staff and volunteers, other RSPCA branches as well as other charities, you will ensure that services are delivered consistently, responsibly and in line with the branch’s priorities.

About you

You will be comfortable working in a role that combines strategic and operational responsibilities, and able to organise your workload effectively. You will have experience of coordinating services or operations and managing both staff and volunteers, achieving results through effective line management, and bring a genuine passion for animal welfare and a commitment to achieving positive outcomes through well-organised and consistent delivery. You will also have a calm and practical approach, with the ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with staff, volunteers and the local community, and a strong commitment to delivering meaningful and lasting outcomes for animals.

JOB PURPOSE

The UK Education Manager provides operational leadership and supports strategic direction for BPNA’s UK education portfolio. The role is accountable for the short-course programme (about 36 courses per year), the annual conference, distance learning support, Instructor Training Day, new course development and faculty development. The post oversees budget responsibility for UK Education and Conference income, which together represent a substantial proportion of BPNA’s annual turnover.

This role is based at the Bolton office, where you will lead two of the BPNA Education team while working and liaising with the Education Content Co-Ordinator, based in the London office

The post-holder is an active member of the BPNA Secretariat Management Team, and serves as Secretary to the Education, Quality & Standards Committee and related steering groups. The role requires leadership, sound judgement and a hands-on, highly organised approach to complex programme delivery.

We are excited to be seeking a talented and motivated individual to join Southampton Hospitals Charity as our Hospital Engagement Co-ordinator.

As a key member of our fundraising team, you will play a vital role in driving supporters and stakeholders to the Charity’s Hub to build a real sense of community spirit and a hive of fundraising activity. Role: To engage Chatham’s diverse communities in the heritage of St John’s Chatham. This role will be
responsible for working with local community groups to develop and deliver activities and programmes
to involve young people aged 14 – 24 years old, low income families, older adults over 55 years old,
