As Senior Business Development & Partnerships Manager, you’ll be responsible for identifying and developing new opportunities, particularly in corporate partnerships, trust fundraising, and strategic collaborations, while also shaping how we position and promote our offer.

As Fundraising Lead, you will:

• Lead corporate new business, with full responsibility for a £300k year-one target

The Senior Individual Giving and Legacy Officer is responsible for building deeper relationships with some of our most committed supporters. This is an exciting role with opportunities to further develop our expanding Gifts in Wills, in-memory and mid-value programs. It also has oversight of our multi-channel cash appeals program which sets out to generate income from our base of committed supporters.

The role is managed by the Individual Giving and Legacy Manager but will work closely with all of Public Fundraising alongside other key internal stakeholders. The Senior IG and Legacy Officer will also be responsible for fostering relationships with various external agency partners.

We're looking for a Finance Officer to join our Treasury Team. The team is  responsible for the day-to-day stewardship of Tearfund's financial resources and are focused on continually improving the effectiveness of their processes, playing a vital role in enabling the mission of the organisation. The role 

It’s an exciting time for KSS as we refresh our strategy and take bold, collaborative action to reach more patients, improve more outcomes and save more lives. As Executive Director of Corporate Services, you’ll lead a broad portfolio of strategic and operational functions to support the delivery of the strategic plan and our lifesaving service. You’ll work closely with the Chief Executive and Board of Trustees, supported by a talented team and expert advisors, to ensure KSS remains a well-run, ethical, and innovative organisation. No matter the role at KSS, everyone is fearless and tireless in fighting to save even more lives. 

About you 

We are seeking a highly collaborative, financially competent leader, with: 

• Commercial acumen with proven experience at a senior leadership level in treasury and finance management, budgeting and business planning

• A track record of working in innovative and ambitious environments, through a highly supportive and collaborative approach 

• Experience of identifying, planning for and delivering new opportunities and efficiencies that maximise organisational-wide effectiveness.

We are looking for a Senior Stewardship Officer for an incredible social welfare charity to play an integral part in delivery of the warm cash stewardship programme, growing income from existing individual donors.

This is a London hybrid role 50% weekly office attendance.

In this role you will:

Work closely with other teams in IG, including Acquisition and Legacy, to make sure all IG activity is integrated, supporter-centric and focussed on generating content that will engage supporters, encourage repeat giving and increase their loyalty and lifetime value.

Deliver excellent end-to-end project management for key projects and direct marketing campaigns, such as cash appeals, welcome journeys, cash to committed conversion campaigns, newsletters and virtual gifts.

Implement a test & learn approach to campaigns and work with the Data & Insight team in the ongoing measurement of individual campaign performance.

Always looking for new opportunities to inspire and engage supporters with personalised and targeted communications at a time that is right for them, to maximise lifetime value.

Lead on end-of-campaign reviews, with clear recommendations for improvement of future activities.

Prepare and monitor individual campaign budgets, supporting the Senior Stewardship Manager with annual budget setting.

You will need:
Experience of managing direct marketing campaigns including direct mail, telephone, email & digital. Working on various campaigns and channels concurrently.

Experience of managing agencies creative, printers, fulfilment and telemarketing etc.

Excellent numerical skills and ability to analyse campaign results and highlight key learnings
