The successful candidate will receive a full personalised induction programme and service specific training. As well as your line manager and supervisor, you will also be allocated a service specific mentor to support you as you begin your casework.

You would be joining a very friendly, experienced and diverse team of advocates who provide support for citizens across the West Midlands.

You will be supporting a wide range of vulnerable adults often with profound and multiple needs, so experience of this type of work will be valuable, along with a good working knowledge of public and voluntary organisations.
