About the Role
BCYP is seeking a seasoned Communications and Marketing Officer who will design and implement a strategy to boost BCYP’s brand and support the efforts of clinicians. The candidate will also support the fundraising team through grassroots event management and the adoption of a small portfolio of donors. Some event and project management will be required, in particular supporting the delivery of seminars and training programmes, as well as community events.
The applicant will have excellent communication skills, be able to translate the stakeholders’ (Trustees/clinicians/donors/young people) needs and broadcast them to the community. They must have hands-on skills creating and designing digital, print, and social media and the confidence to put their signature on a strong communications and marketing strategy that will maximize external partnerships.

We’re looking for two proactive individuals who are passionate about volunteering to join our team.
Our Volunteer Coordinators are responsible for co-ordinating volunteer recruitments, providing volunteer management advice and guidance to staff who work with volunteers, and establishing positive relationships with volunteers to ensure they have a fulfilling volunteer experience at Battersea.
As well as administration and support, this role also has the opportunity to work on projects to improve our volunteer programme at Battersea.
- One Volunteer Coordinator role will work directly with cattery volunteers at Battersea London.
- The other Volunteer Coordinator role will work directly with kennel volunteers in Battersea London.
We work on a hybrid working rota of 3 days in the office, and 2 days from home per week. There may be the need to work on a weekend day on occasion.

The Supporter Care Coordinator role sits within the Supporter Experience team, whose goal is to ensure that all Scope supporters, whether they are giving time, money, or voice, have the best experience each time they interact with us.
The role
As Senior Community Fundraiser, you will play a key role in helping Scope achieve its mission to create a fairer society for disabled people. About the Role:
As a Triage & Early Intervention Officer, you will be the first point of contact via telephone, text or email for clients referred to our service. You will conduct comprehensive impact and risk assessments, provide immediate and short-term interventions, and ensure that each client receives tailored support that meets their individual needs.
As a Triage & Early Interventions Officer you will:
- Conduct comprehensive impact & risk assessments for clients.
- Provide tailored responses to clients' needs, including children and young people and those affected by domestic abuse, ensuring they are aware of their rights.
- Manage a caseload of clients requiring immediate & short-term interventions, developing support plans & referring to other agencies as needed.

Reporting into one of the Co-CEOs, the Director of Finance, People & Culture will lead Womankind’s finance, HR, and Resources functions while ensuring regulatory compliance across jurisdictions (UK and Kenya). The key duties of the Director of Finance, People & Culture are as follows:

The Organisation
Beat is the UK’s eating disorder charity. We exist to end the pain and suffering and loss of life among people affected by eating disorders:
- We help them to understand their illness, support them to get treatment and help them towards recovery.

The Person

- Significant experience leading organisation-wide HR strategy and operations, with a proven ability to build an inclusive, high-performing culture. CIPD qualification desirable but not essential.
- Proven experience leading finance in a complex organisation, ideally in the charity or not-for-profit sector to ensure long-term financial sustainability. Qualified accountant (CCAB-recognised body: ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA) or equivalent senior-level financial management experience.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence colleagues, Trustees, and external partners.

Purpose
This role leads the coordination of Kids’ online engagement and digital inclusion work for young people with SEND, including information provision, participation, and wellbeing support. Our goal is to reduce isolation and protect mental health through a supportive, inclusive digital environment. We’ll begin by consulting directly with young people to understand what they need most. Together, we’ll co-create new online content and resources that truly reflect their voices and experiences.
What the Programme Offers:
- Online information with resources codesigned with young people with SEND.
- A series of interactive webinars and guided online activities.
- Free devices and data to improve access to those who need it most, plus the support to ensure everyone can participate.
We will reach over 1,800 young people over the two year funded period.

Key responsibilities:
Funding
· Responsible for overseeing the end-to-end funding process from development of applications to decisions and monitoring of funded programmes.
· Overseeing ongoing delivery of the funding strategy by working with Funding Managers to effectively deliver and manage funding portfolios.
