Working Well Trust is a mental health and employment charity in London. All of our projects share the aim of improving the lives of people with mental health support needs, learning disabilities and/or complex issues through training and employment.
We are recruiting Employment Advisors to join our IPS service, you will be based in the Tower Hamlets team, working 35 hours per week and co-located in a mental health treatment team within the Borough. This service was awarded the IPS Grow quality mark and 'Good' Fidelity in 2023 and adheres closely to the principles of the IPS model in supporting people in to employment. This role will be working with clients who have mental health support needs, wanting to gain paid employment.
There are currently both permenant and fixed term contracts available. The fixed term contract ends 31st March 2026 (maternity cover).
Experience of employment support is not essential, it is more important that you share our passion and commitment to employment as an integral aspect of wellbeing and supporting people to find the right job for them. You will receive training on the IPS model and in supporting people with mental health issues. We welcome applications from people with lived experience of mental health, either personally or through a close contact.
You need to have a desire to support people to achieve their employment goals, and the ability to multitask and manage your workload effectively. Good organisation skills are essential for this role, in addition to an interest in mental health, and the role it plays in the workplace. The successful candidate will need to become comfortable in approaching employers, and showcase the advantages of our service in order to work with them to recruit our clients to fill vacancies and sustain employment.
You will work with clients (managing a caseload) who have mental health support needs, to assist them in securing sustainable paid employment in line with their preferences. You will deliver the IPS approach (for which training will be given); providing person centred support and guidance to clients, whilst building positive relationships with local employers to enable clients to move into suitable employment.
You will work as part of a mental health team (NHS Trust) maintaining positive and integrated relationships, fostering a holistic approach to recovery through employment. You will work closely with clinical teams, providing a coordinated approach that always remains client led. You will also be working to targets whilst maintaining a high-quality service.

This is a brand-new role with the exciting opportunity to help shape and grow Save the Rhino International’s fundraising from high-net-worth individuals, charitable family trusts and foundations, and corporate partners who share our passion for conservation. As Senior Philanthropy and Partnership Manager, you will lead on building and managing relationships with both new and existing supporters, helping to secure significant funding to support our long-term goals.
You’ll be responsible for the full supporter and partner journey, from identifying and approaching new prospects, to developing tailored proposals, making personal asks, and delivering excellent stewardship. You’ll bring a collaborative approach, strong communication skills, and a flair for building lasting partnerships based on shared values and trust.
This is both a strategic and hands-on role, working closely with colleagues across fundraising and communications. It’s ideal for someone with a strong track record in philanthropy and partnership fundraising who’s ready to take the lead and make a real impact for rhinos in the wild.

Essential skills and experience
- Proven ability to design and implement fundraising strategies for high value donors, including developing cultivation, solicitation and stewardship plans
- Minimum 3 years’ fundraising experience with high net-worth individuals, family trusts and foundations and proven track record of securing and managing significant five and six figure donations
- Experience in developing stewardship and recognition strategies that deepen engagement and foster long-term support
- Knowledge of key sector regulations and guidance, including from the Charity Commission, Fundraising Regulator, and Chartered Institute of Fundraising, with a strong understanding of GDPR and data protection
- Experience using CRM systems and fundraising databases, with an understanding of how to apply data mining and segmentation strategies to support donor engagement and income generation
- Experience of developing high-quality funding proposals and narrative and financial reports
- Very strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence with the ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships across geographies and cultures

The Individual Giving team is responsible for raising over £21m. Legacies are vital to Diabetes UK, with gifts in Wills funding around 40% of our work every year.
The role of the Legacy Marketing Manager will be an integral part of our legacy marketing team, working together to lead the strategic planning, support and delivery of integrated, multi-channel direct marketing campaigns, consortium activity and events to promote legacy giving and grow our pipeline of supporters.

Main Purpose of the Role:
To be responsible for the implementation and day to day project management of the individual giving programme across both existing and new fundraising products, maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, members, volunteers and internal teams across Mothers’ Union to ensure the success of the appeals. As part of a small team you will be working closely with and under the direction of the Head of Individual Giving.
Key Responsibilities:
- To project manage multiple appeals delivering accurate campaigns on time, on budget to a high standard, meeting agreed targets.
- Analyse and interpret direct marketing campaign results, and produce regular reports, drawing conclusions, completing campaign reviews and making recommendations to improve future activity such as targeting and testing suggestions to improve performance of the programme and feed into longer term strategic plans.
- Ensure all materials produced are accurate and compliant with relevant data protection and gift aid legislation (where applicable). Undertaking all activities in line with best practice standards and processes as set out by the IoF, Fundraising Regulator and any other bodies as prompted by the Head of Individual Giving.
- Write campaign briefs including campaign objectives, creative, digital, print and production briefs, feeding into decisions on creative approaches, copy and all technical aspects of the direct marketing programmes
- Write or amend existing copy and proof-read accurately. Critique, manage and evaluate work by external or internal agencies to a high standard and high level of accuracy
- Lead contact for our face to face fundraising activity, from briefing, monitoring and reconciliation to delivering training and fulfilling requests, including coordination of visits to Mother's Union projects
- Lead on any challenge events or wider individual DIY fundraising or organisational income generating events as assigned, meeting agreed targets set by the Head of Individual Giving.
- Monitoring, managing and reporting of key KPIs including campaign income, spend and other performance metrics on a regular basis. Reporting to the Head of Individual Giving, highlighting variances and updating fundraising team reports making sure information is accurate and reconciled where necessary.
- Designing and delivering targeted training programmes for groups of fundraisers or members on behalf of Mothers’ Union as well as providing effective one-to-one campaign support as required.

In addition, Thursday is a core working day where part time staff are expected to work, either at home or from the office as needed.

About the role

Key duties

The Trust was founded 35 years ago to promote and defend human dignity. Since then, we have given over £47m to organisations, and this year we will spend some £10m. We have significantly increased our grantmaking over recent years and intend to continue on a trajectory of growth. This role will join us as we look to the longer term future and begin to develop a new strategy that will build on all that is being achieved through our current strategy, which ends in 2027.

The new Grants Manager will need to be genuinely interested in grantmaking in our priority areas and will have the curiosity to learn and develop new areas of knowledge and expertise. Context and purpose of the role
It’s an exciting time to join the Ramblers as we have recently refreshed our strategy to support the delivery of our long-term ambitions.
You will join a small, high-performing team responsible for generating £5 million per year from individual giving, legacies, grants and corporate partners, all to deliver the Ramblers ambition for a future where everyone can enjoy the benefits of walking in nature.
Working closely with the Product & Innovation Manager, you will play a key role in delivering the fundraising strategy, leading on the delivery of our individual giving and legacy marketing campaigns across a range of channels. You will create high-quality, compelling campaign materials and ensure an excellent donor experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Income generation
- Play a key role in the implementation and delivery of the individual giving and legacy marketing strategy
- Support the growth of individual giving income in line with annual targets
- Develop and deliver regular cash and legacy marketing appeals to a high level, including:
- Developing propositions and cases for support
- Create compelling direct marketing materials, including writing persuasive copy and developing strong creative content
- Project management to ensure delivery on schedule and within budget
- Managing relationships with agencies and suppliers including design and print
- Manage a portfolio of affiliate fundraising campaigns
Donor stewardship
- Ensure the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system is used effectively to facilitate accurate supporter stewardship and reporting

- Working with the Production & Innovation Manager, identify a pipeline of potential mid- and high-value donors for stewardship and conversion

- Work closely with the data team to ensure selections are accurate, timely and relevant to our various audiences, and use income data to make recommendations for future campaigns
- Maintain accurate, up to date and compliant records of individual giving campaigns and appeals

Relationships

Essential:

Purpose of the role:
The purpose of this role is to build on our programme of strategic engagement with our key audiences, in order to build our presence, influence and networks in a wide range of UK sectors and topical issues. This includes leading the design and delivery of some of our focused programmes in which we award Fellowships and supporting the Fellows awarded into these programmes to help them increase their UK impact once they’ve done their overseas learning. This role is responsible for delivering all engagement activity across our Arts and culture, Community and citizenship, Environment and resources and Governance and public provision universal themes.
Key responsibilities:
Programme Development and Delivery
- With oversight from the Engagement Director, and working with members of the Advisory Council to develop the focus and goals of a three-year Fellowship programme within our Governance and Public Provision universal theme through a process of desk-based research and consultation workshops
- Working with the Head of Comms to design and plan the launch of the new programme to applicants
- Working with the Head of Fellowship to design a support package for applicants into the programme
- With oversight from the Engagement Director, creating and facilitating a Working Group of Fellows, partners and Council members to support the cohort of Fellows awarded within this programme. Open Door is a young people’s mental health charity that has been based in Haringey, North London for 49 years. It aims to improve mental health and life-chances of young people. It’s been a successful few years for PCR’s Events team with good results across the portfolio, raising over £1.4m (against a target of £800k) in 2023-24 and more than £2.3m in 2024-25 (against a target of £1.7m). The team structure has recently been refreshed, bringing in new roles to ease capacity and ensure the whole team can do their best work – contributing to PCR’s lifesaving mission, developing in their careers and enjoying their jobs within our ambitious and supportive team.
This role is a new position within the structure, created to focus on our growing third-party events portfolio, an area which is performing well across the sector and deserves more attention. It is an important role which will oversee the innovation, planning and delivery of all third-party events, whilst taking a leading role on wider infrastructure development for the team.
You will work with colleagues across the organisation to seize opportunities, whilst ensuring best practice in our fundraising activity and the delivery of brilliant stewardship during supporters’ participation in third-party events & beyond.
The position reports to the Head of Events & Community and will supervise the work of two Events & Community Executives on relevant projects. A key role in the Emmaus UK fundraising team, the Corporate Partnerships Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining a portfolio of corporate relationships that will support Emmaus’s continued growth across the UK. Our partnerships are multi-faceted, combining financial support with pro bono skill sharing, gift in kind support and volunteering opportunities to deliver genuine impact across the Emmaus federation.
Who are we looking for?
The Corporate Partnerships Manager will line manage the Partnerships Fundraising Officer, working together with them to deliver engaging activation opportunities for partner organisations.
Working within the Fundraising and Influence directorate, reporting to the High Value Partnerships Lead, the role will be central to the delivery of the strategic objectives of the fundraising team. By working collaboratively with an experienced, passionate team of fundraisers, you will develop innovative opportunities to bring supporters closer to our work, resulting in engaged, lasting partnerships that deliver the income we need to meet the consistently high demand for all of our services.
What we offer

About the role
As a Senior Direct Marketing Manager in the team, you will take the lead in driving the strategic development of the Individual Giving programme forward, using supporter insights and data to deliver outstanding supporter experiences at every touch point across both online and offline channels. You’ll be a leader in the team, managing both your direct report and matrix teams to deliver multiple projects at the same time. You’ll also manage significant income and expenditure budgets and deliver exceptional fundraising campaigns to maximise income opportunities which will help more people and families secure a safe home.

You'll lead a talented team and agency partners to create inspiring, multi-channel campaigns that build long-term supporter relationships and maximise income. With responsibility for planning, budget management, and insight-driven campaign delivery, you'll champion cross-team working and foster a positive, inclusive team culture – helping Shelter grow its impact through evidence-led, supporter-focused fundraising.

About the team
This post sits within the Individual Giving team, which is responsible for delivering a diverse programme of work with ambitious income targets that support our organisational strategy, across cash, regular giving and lottery products. The team has grown over the past few years and has benefitted from both investment and opportunity for innovation.
