Job description

Location: London, Birmingham, Cardiff, or Leeds (hybrid)
Hours: Full-time (35 hours per week)
Contract: Temporary until March 2026
Rate: £17.89 per hour or £19.75 in London (plus holiday pay)
Start Date: ASAP

About the Role
Prospectus is delighted to be supporting a large, national charity to find an organised and proactive Training and Support Officer. The role will be supporting platform upgrades and transitions to new systems, as part of a drive to improve the experience of staff and the public alike.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the rollout of new platforms by delivering training and engagement sessions to a large network of users.
  • Create and coordinate training materials and documentation.
  • Act as a key point of contact for users, providing remote support and resolving issues.
  • Champion user needs within the project team and help shape business-as-usual learning processes.
  • Track training reach and effectiveness, suggesting improvements where needed.

What We’re Looking For

  • Recent experience in a similar role, ideally within the charity/not-for-profit sector.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt plans as priorities change.
  • Competence supporting training programmes across complex organisations.
  • Skilled in creating engaging training and communications materials.
