You will be responsible for the implementation and day to day project management of the individual giving programme across our existing and new fundraising products, including our regular giving F2F activity, tribute funds and appeals programme.  As part of a small individual giving team you will be working under the direction and authorisation of the Head of Individual Giving.

The Individual Giving team is responsible for income generation from individual supporters and members, using a range of direct marketing techniques via both online and offline channels. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the implementation of Mothers’ Union’s fundraising strategy as defined by the annual Individual Giving fundraising budget and plan.
• To maintain professional standards whilst representing Mothers’ Union, ensuring both the reputation of the charity and adherence to our fundraising standards are maintained.
• To ensure good communication with F2F agencies, internal team members and the public by making sure that external communication channels are kept up to date.
• To be the primary point of contact for all supporter enquiries and complaints related to face to face fundraising.

• To be proactive in keeping up to date with industry trends and changes.

Work Location/Hybrid Working Pattern

This role will be based at our Head Office in central London. Mothers’ Union operates a hybrid working model. Staff are required to work an aggregate minimum of 90 days per calendar year (pro rata for part timers) at our Head Office, Mary Sumner House in central London. Tuesdays are our anchor days where every staff member is expected to be at the office. The 90 days includes anchor Tuesdays. In addition, Thursday is a core working day where part time staff are expected to work, either at home or from the office as needed.

Purpose of the Role

The role of the Project Officer – CSO Services will lead on the coordination and management of international pro bono legal opportunities.. A key focus of this role is to engage with CSOs globally, to scope potential partners and areas which require, or would benefit from, pro bono legal assistance. This will support A4ID’s weekly pro bono projects and larger strategic projects.

The Project Officer – CSO Services will also manage larger strategic projects, which will include maintaining records, gathering feedback, reporting on progress internally, collaborating with other teams in need of relevant expertise, drafting external comms, and implementing other internal administrative tasks as necessary (e.g. updating software and implementing process changes).

At the Motability Foundation we fund, support, research and innovate so that all disabled people can make the journeys they choose. We oversee the Motability Scheme and provide grants to help people use it, providing access to transport to hundreds of thousands of people a year. We award grants to other charities and organisations who provide different types of transport, or work towards making transport accessible. We also carry out ongoing research, in partnership with disabled people and key stakeholders in the industry, to inspire innovations that continue to champion accessible transport for all.

This role is an exciting new opportunity to shape and deliver on Motability Foundation’s aims to become more insights led and to systematically involve disabled people in our decision making. You will support the Head of Insight and Evaluation in providing the organisation with insight drawn from existing research, primary research, business data and through user insight. The role will lead development of a user insight approach and clear mechanisms to involve disabled people in the Foundation’s decisions systematically. The role will establish a user insight research community (akin to a customer panel but broader in scope), which the organisation can draw from for user insight.

The role is also responsible for delivering a strategic research and insight plan for the organisation to inform operational and strategic decisions, including feeding into our strategy mid-term review. Others in the organisations will also carry out research and hence this function has a role in setting standards for quality research, a coordinating role in ensuring a cross-organisational understanding of ongoing research to avoid duplication, and to draw insights and disseminate these to relevant internal and external audiences.

What you’ll be doing

• Support the head of team by developing a strategic insight research plan.
• Lead the delivery of the insight research plan, including developing clear research briefs, working with external suppliers to deliver research and where appropriate deliver research in-house.
• Establish a user insight capability in line with good practice and mature this capability over time.

Your experience

Must haves:

• Experience of delivering user insight and/or running customer/consumer panels and/or working with supporter panels.
• Ability to design and develop research programmes and have highly developed analytical skills.
• Highly developed ability to work collaboratively with other teams across the organisation.
• Exceptional written and oral influencing skills, including the judicious use of data and the compelling presentation of insights, through engaging reports, infographics, and dashboards.
• Relevant qualification in an analytical discipline such as social sciences, economics or evidence of significant relevant professional experience.
• Experience managing research projects or commissioning external consultants.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities.
• Line and/or team management experience.

We feel that experience of setting up and/or managing consumer, customer or supporter panels is relevant. However, please note that as a Foundation we do not fundraise and as such are not looking to develop a supporter panel.

Nice to haves

• Experience of disability inclusive research – this is essential to the role. However, we will ensure appropriate training for those who do not have these skills.
• Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative data analysis tools (e.g., MAXQDA, R) and data visualisation platforms (e.g., Power BI).
• Proven quantitative and qualitative research skills and familiarity with working with large datasets.

Reporting lines and relationships

Reports to: Head of Insight and Evaluation.

Key relationships: Heads and programme managers in Charitable Operations, Head of Communications team and relevant managers, Policy team colleagues and over time other teams across the organisation looking for (user) insight. Relationships with external agencies and suppliers.

Extra Information

Prospectus is delighted to be supporting our client in their search for a Head of Finance and Operations who will lead a small dynamic team and strengthen financial and operational functions during a pivotal time of growth for the organisation.

This is a full-time, one-year fixed-term contract based in London (Hybrid). The post is renewable funding dependent. The salary for this role is £65,000 per annum.

The organisation's mission is to support global efforts to eradicate conflict-related sexual violence (CRSV) and strengthen national and international responses to it through research and action on CRSV against men and boys. Working with victims/survivors and in partnership with national and international actors on the ground, the charity undertakes long-term, in-depth work in selected conflict-affected countries, currently Afghanistan, the Central African Republic, Colombia, and Ukraine.

In this role you will report to the Executive Director and lead a hands on, driven small team. You will play a key role contributing both strategically and operationally.

You will take ownership of all aspects of financial management. This includes, financial planning and reporting, preparing management accounts, audits, bookkeeping, budget management, grant reporting, maintenance of financial systems and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

JOB PURPOSE

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and organised operations professional to play a key role in strengthening the systems, processes and projects that will underpin our 10-year ambition. The Fundraising Operations Officer will help drive improvements in how the Fundraising team manages data, reporting and income tracking. KEY OBJECTIVES

Operational Oversight

• Oversee day-to-day Fundraising operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, e.g. GDPR and IATI, across all relevant jurisdictions

Information Management

• Support the Director of Fundraising with financial planning, forecasting, and scenario analysis to inform key strategic decisions.

Salesforce Administator

Role purpose

As an experienced Salesforce Administrator with strong development and project delivery skills, you'll be the go-to expert for maintaining, improving, and scaling our Salesforce platform to support service delivery, reporting, and insight. You'll work closely with colleagues across teams to optimise systems, support data-driven decision making, and contribute to wider organisational impact.

Main responsibilities and accountabilities

· Own and manage the Salesforce support function, triaging and resolving tickets, analysing issues, and escalating as needed, while keeping users informed via our internal support system.

· Lead the delivery of Salesforce projects and enhancements, including scoping requirements, managing timelines, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring successful rollouts.

· Collaborate with the Business Analyst to design and build insightful dashboards, custom reports, and data visualisations to support decision-making across programmes and services.

· Configure and maintain all aspects of the Salesforce platform including custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, page layouts, profiles, permission sets, and user management.

· Maintain data integrity by managing imports, exports, de-duplication, and regular audits to ensure clean, consistent, and reliable information across the system.

· Conduct system testing, regression testing, and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) for all Salesforce updates and enhancements, including those from seasonal releases.

· Support the creation and integration of FormAssembly forms with automated workflows and ensure secure, accessible data capture processes.

· Develop and maintain up-to-date technical, configuration, and process documentation to support internal knowledge transfer and business continuity.

· Deliver onboarding and ongoing training for users, run workshops, and provide tailored guidance to build confidence and promote effective system use.

· Prepare and deliver data reports for internal and external stakeholders, including quarterly performance reports for funders, local authorities, and programme partners.

Person Specification

Essential skills and experience

· Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator with hands-on configuration expertise.

· Demonstrable experience managing Salesforce projects from concept to delivery.

· Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; comfortable working with both technical and non-technical teams.

· Strong understanding of agile project management principles and tools (e.g., Microsoft Planner, Jira, Trello).

· Advanced reporting and dashboard design using native Salesforce tools.

· Experience with Salesforce declarative development (e.g., Flow, Process Builder, validation rules).

· Proven ability to document systems and processes clearly for both technical and end-user audiences.

· Understanding of data protection principles and best practice in data governance.

· Comfortable with change management, user training, and system adoption strategies.

· Experience in working collaboratively with developers, product owners, and analysts.

Desirable skills and experience

The Advice Services directorate at Toynbee Hall is central to our commitment to address and alleviate poverty in London and beyond. Specialising in debt, welfare benefits, legal support, and generalist advice, our directorate has proven instrumental in significantly enhancing the financial wellbeing of those we serve. Scope of role

The Debt Advisor is responsible for providing comprehensive, video debt advice to prisoners across thirteen (13) HMPPS sites, tailored to their specific circumstances. This role involves conducting detailed interviews to understand clients’ financial problems, researching options, and helping clients make informed decisions. The advisor ensures income maximisation and provides ongoing casework support, acting on behalf of clients where necessary. Maintaining up-to-date case records and staying informed about relevant legislation, policies, and procedures are crucial aspects of the role. The Debt Advisor is also expected to complete continuous professional development and contribute to the team’s overall objectives by meeting targets, prioritising workloads, and demonstrating financial efficiency. The may also be required to attend meetings on-site at various prisons and host workshops for prisoners.

• Interviewing those that access our service using sensitive listening and questioning skills to allow them to explain their problem(s) and empower them to set their own priorities.
• Researching and exploring options and implications so that those accessing our service can make informed decisions.
• Providing in-depth quality advice and on-gong casework, including acting for the client where necessary using appropriate communication skills and channels.

Detailed case records

• Maintaining detailed case records, ensuring that all work meets all auditing and quality standards and the requirements of the funder.
• Ensuring all case records and written up in a timely manner.

Up-to-date training

• Completing a minimum of 16 hours/ equivalent of technical debt advice DPD accredited training or qualifying activity.
• Maintaining an up-to-date record of all training sessions.
