About the role
The DAPO Project Manager will work closely with the DAPO Programme Manager and SafeLives Finance Manager to support the successful delivery of the programme and maintain effective commissioning relationships with service providers across each pilot area. Key responsibilities will include overseeing commissioning contracts, supporting programme implementation, managing stakeholder relationships, and providing regular progress reports to commissioners.
Hours: 22.5 hours per week with flexible working hours and provision of an out-of-hours response as needed.
Location: Remote working. You will be required to travel when the role requires it.
Contract: Fixed term contract to 31st March 2026.

Community Cleanup Champion
Are you a community-minded person who is self-confident, energetic, reliable and enjoys being outside?
There are part-time roles available with community litter picking charity CleanupUK, who need help in their mission to engage people in looking after their local environment.
If you have a few hours a week to spend encouraging local communities and organisations to litter pick, then this could really suit you.
CleanupUK is recruiting three Community Cleanup Champions to work closely with our partner organisations in one of the following areas, encouraging local litter picking via our Cleanup Hub network:

Cleanup hubs are spaces to store equipment for individuals and groups in the community to use. By hosting this equipment and loaning it out, Cleanup Hubs are championing volunteering in the community and promoting litter picking.
CleanupUK provides equipment and promotional support to help Cleanup Hubs get started with litter picking and engaging local people.
Cleanup Champions work closely with Cleanup Hubs and other partner organisations to encourage more people to get involved in litter picking locally.
We are keen to find cheerful people, with a sense of fun, who care about the environment and enjoy chatting to people of all backgrounds.
Main Purpose of the Role:

To increase the number of people borrowing litter picking equipment from the Cleanup Hubs in your local area.

To represent CleanupUK at a local level by attending litter picking events and supporting the development of the Cleanup Hub network.

To develop strong relationships with partner organisations in the community:

Supporting existing Cleanup Hubs to increase levels of engagement in their area by contacting new groups.

Research and develop potential new partner organisations.
Key Tasks include:

Helping to keep active records of the litter picking that is taking place. This includes: ensuring litter picking statistics are being logged online by hubs, taking photos for our social media channels, and making notes on our shared database.

Online research to help us to identify new community partners, and attending online or face to face meetings with new prospective partners.

Attending monthly team meetings online, and an annual face to face day-long team meeting.

Developing an awareness of local funding opportunities and communicating these to our fundraising team.

About the role:
The British Museum is seeking a Management Accountant to join the Finance department and provide a first-class management accounting service across the Museum. In this role, you will prepare timely and accurate management accounts, analysis and forecasts, whilst delivering projects on time and within budget.

Some of the things you would be responsible for as a Community Manager:
- Responsible for the admission welcome including assess new referrals, interviewing potential Companions, welfare and care of Companions, their integration into the Emmaus Community and the wider community at large, developing a sense of extended family.
- Lead and implement a culture which provides confidentiality, promotes professional boundaries, protects data, and safeguards Companions, Volunteers and staff.
- To manage support relating to Companion’s needs regarding their daily living requirements, physical and mental health, safety and personal development.
- To assist and encourage Companions to move into independent accommodation where appropriate
- Ensure that effective Safeguarding systems are in place and maintained, acting as the organisation’s Designated Safeguarding Person, with delegated responsibility for policy development, implementation, and reporting.
- Working in partnership with the Retail Manager, facilitate, encourage, and support companion engagement and training within the social enterprises to ensure they are viable businesses.
- Assist the Multi Site Property and Facilities Manager in the upkeep and maintenance of the Community, to ensure that it provides a pleasant and comfortable home for the Companions, whilst adhering to health and safety requirements.

About the role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with experience in data management and Raiser's Edge to support the Advancement department.
In this role, you will manage and improve the Raiser's Edge database, ensuring data accuracy, supporting fundraising and membership initiatives, and overseeing the Database team. You will be essential in managing donation tracking, membership processes, gift aid claims, and financial reporting while also contributing to the ongoing development of data systems to support future growth and potential changes in platform or infrastructure.
The Planning and Operations team within the Advancement department is looking for a motivated individual with experience in data management and Raiser's Edge. In this role, you will manage and improve the Raiser's Edge database, ensuring data accuracy, supporting fundraising and membership initiatives, and overseeing the Database team. You will be essential in managing donation tracking, membership processes, gift aid claims, and financial reporting.
Key areas of responsibility:
- Leading and developing the Database team, consisting of the Data Manager (Membership) and Database Assistant.
- Ensuring the accuracy and security of donor and membership data, collaborating closely with the IS team.
- Supporting the Senior Gifts and Planning Manager, Membership Services, and the Head of Planning and Operations to implement effective systems and procedures for ensuring data quality.
- Overseeing key data processes, including managing mailing lists, assisting with Gift Aid claims, and generating accurate financial reports.
- Providing training and support to staff across the Museum, ensuring proficiency in using Raiser's Edge for both fundraising and membership tasks.
- Analysing data and identifying areas of improvement, innovation, and cleaning priorities.
- Supporting data and systems development work to ensure readiness for potential future changes in platform or infrastructure.
