We’re looking for a talented and ambitious Senior Trusts & Foundations Officer to join our passionate team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownerships of a strong portfolio of charitable trusts and foundations, developing long-term relationships and securing multi-year funding to sustain and grow our services.

The Role:

You’ll be managing and growing a portfolio of key trusts and foundations, delivering exceptional stewardship.

You will be researching and working to secure new income opportunities focusing on five figure grants and writing powerful funding applications and reports to inspire and engage new funders.

You’ll work closely with internal teams to develop cases for support and play a key role in achieving ambitious income targets to fund our ‘Homes from Home’.

About the role

As a Counselling Project Administrator, you will be responsible for the smooth and efficient project administration of Woman’s Trust Counselling services.

This role is part-time, working 28 hours per week to cover a period of maternity leave with a start date of December 2025.

The Finance Officer (Accounts Receivable) provides accurate and timely processing of all income, including donations, grants, membership fees, and trading income, ensuring compliance with financial policies, controls, and statutory requirements.

About the role

Having established a strong fundraising capability and team with significant income growth over the last 4 years, Kidney Care UK is now looking for an exceptional Head of Fundraising to take the Charity to the next level.

You will work closely with the Director of Fundraising, Marketing & Communications to develop and implement a new 5-year fundraising strategy for the charity, with direct responsibility for managing Trusts and Foundations, Individual Giving, Legacy, In Memory, Community, Trade, and Challenge Event income streams.

Policy Specialist (Children and Young People)

We are currently looking for a Policy Specialist to join Mencap. This position sits within the Policy and Public Affairs teams of Mencap’s Campaigns, Advocacy and Activism Directorate (CAA). You will work closely with our influencing, information and advice, campaigning, and research work, as well as sector partners like the Disabled Children's Partnership. 

This is an exciting new role to deliver policy change and enhance the rights of children and young people with a learning disability. At a key time to influence Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) education reform, we are seeking a policy specialist to shape policy work that reflects the needs and experiences of children, young people, and their families. Working within the policy team, you will be responsible for developing evidence-based policy work and influencing decision-makers.

This is a full time position (37.5 hours per week). We are flexible with your work location, but there may be some occasional travel needed to our London office or Westminster.

You will: 

• Translate complex work into clear and persuasive policy briefings, consultation responses and reports.
• Work within wider coalitions of charities, building collaborative relationships and ensuring that the needs and priorities of our community are addressed.
• Develop and expand Mencap’s ‘Policy Shapers’ work, ensuring our work reflects the experiences of children and young people with a learning disability and their families.
• Support our information and advice team, briefing them on important developments, inputting into casework discussions relevant to your areas of work, and supporting the creation of public information resources.
• Represent Mencap at meetings and events, with MPs, civil servants, and sector partners.
• Identify and analyse relevant research to develop evidence-based policy recommendations.

You will bring to this role:

• Experience of working on public policy issues.
• Strong communication skills: experience tailoring your messaging to a variety of different audiences and representing an organisation.

You will be working within the Curriculum Team which sits within the Chief Social Worker directorate. The team oversees the design and development of Frontline’s programmes, including the Approach Social Work three-year master’s programme and our in-house practice education training known as the Consultant Social Worker (CSW) programme. 

The Curriculum Team is responsible for delivering teaching and learning to participants, designing and delivering assessment, marking, moderation and ensuring that robust quality assurance processes are in place. The Curriculum Team works very closely with a variety of teams including, but not limited to Delivery, Programme Management, Academic Registry, Partnerships and university partners.

The Principal Curriculum Lead for Practice Education and Social Worker Development will be responsible for Practice Education and social worker development, providing strategic leadership and academic direction for the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of the Practice Education CSW Programme and other training for students and qualified social workers. 

Some key responsibilities include:

• Provide vision and leadership for our Practice Education provision, ensuring programmes reflect professional standards, innovation, and best practice.
• Lead curriculum design and enhancement to maintain academic rigor, coherence, and alignment with PEPS 1 and 2 and Social Work England requirements.
• Lead and teach across the CSW practice education programme and Master’s Dissertation module, embedding innovative and research-informed pedagogy and contribute to teaching and assessment across other programmes.
• Maintain current knowledge of social work education, pedagogy, and practice through research and scholarship.

A little bit about you 

We are looking for a qualified social worker, registered with Social Work England (SWE) who has a masters’ degree in social work or a related discipline, with substantial experience in social work practice and higher education teaching. You’ll have strong leadership and management skills, with an excellent understanding of social work values, ethics and professional practice frameworks including a strong commitment to equity, diversity, inclusion and social justice.

We have a fast-moving culture within the team and organisation, so we’re looking for someone who is who is well organised, details-focused and can use their initiative to do what works. You will have excellent communication skills, be able to build relationships with people and be willing to learn. The British Psychological Society (BPS) is seeking a dynamic Project Lead to join the Business Improvement Team. This role will initially focus on delivering key projects within our Education and Training Directorate, contributing to the transformation of psychology qualifications and assessment design.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Leading the planning, execution, and delivery of allocated projects within the Education & Training area

Candidates should be educated to degree level, with strong knowledge of project management frameworks. You must have proven experience in leading complex projects as well as excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.  You should be able to work autonomously as well as within a team, and be able to adapt to changing contexts.  Knowledge or experience within an education, qualification or training environment or an understanding of psychology qualifications and assessment models would be advantageous.

Citizens Advice Hammersmith and Fulham (CAHF) is the leading provider of generalist advice services in Hammersmith and Fulham. We help approximately 18,000 people each year with free, confidential, and impartial advice on a wide range of issues.

Our Assessors are the first point of contact for anyone in the community that contacts us by phone or in person. The Assessor establishes what the issue is, ensures that all relevant information is collected, provides information and advice, and identifies the best next steps, ensuring clients are directed to the appropriate Citizens Advice Hammersmith and Fulham (CAHF) advice project, or external agency.

Successful candidates will be supported by our supervisory team to develop the skills needed to succeed and thrive in the role as well as having access to our wealth of resources.

This role requires a passion for helping people to work through many challenging situations.

Applicants must demonstrate the following,

• Organised focused approach, with the ability to accurately record information.
•  An ability to use sensitive listening and questioning skills to get to the root of the issues and empower clients, whilst maintaining structure and control.
• Good IT skills, especially the ability to use databases and navigate websites.

Ideally you will have experience of delivering advice (Welfare benefits, debt, housing and employment) but transferable skills and experience will be considered.

All shortlisted candidates will be asked to take a written test with those achieving a satisfactory score invited to interview.

Salary:Pro rata to 22.5 hours per week- Regional £28,728- £30,265, London £31,289- £32,826 per annum,

We are looking for a passionate, proactive and planned marketing and engagement specialist to join us in a busy, visible and creative role. This is an exciting time to join the team as we roll out a new brand programme, strengthen our narrative as a trusted and leading environmental justice organisation, and build on our successes fighting for people and planet.

This role will be responsible for the development and delivery of integrated marketing and communications plans that grow awareness of the Friends of the Earth brand amongst our target audiences and help us win campaigns by effectively engaging our supporters and grassroots network of groups.

Key Skills:

• Experience of delivering integrated digital and offline marketing and strategic communication campaigns.
• Proven ability to manage the expectations and needs of multiple stakeholders and navigate differences of opinion to deliver excellent results to deadline.
• Understanding of how to gather, analyse, interpret and apply audience insight from a range of different research types to meet project objectives.
• Knowledge of different models of audience segmentation and how to develop content and comms that engage different audiences to benefit both supporter and donor acquisition goals.
• Experience of commissioning creative content from both in-house creative teams and external agencies to develop disruptive and inspirational marketing activations.
• Ability to project manage the marketing and engagement aspects of end-to-end campaign activities, coordinate, negotiate and keep the budget oversight for marketing activity.
• Demonstrable ability to consult and share your subject matter expertise to teams and projects across the organisation.
• Understanding of why it is important to constantly be building our brand and to know how we might do that, especially via our trusted corporate partnerships.
• A strong knowledge of communication channels and how best to maximise campaign impact through them, especially traditional media.
• Ability to gather, process and evaluate results from marketing activations and then take the learnings into follow up work to continually seek to improve results.

The team: 

The Engagement team plays a critical and visible role in the organisation. We lead strategic projects, put engagement into the heart of our campaigns and offer expert advice and analysis to teams across the organisation. We are a high-performing and friendly team that strives to experiment with new ideas and support each other in the process.

This role will work alongside other Marketing Officers who will provide peer support and report into the Marketing & Engagement Manager whom you will work closely with, while also supporting the work and objectives of the wider team. We are cross-organisational in scope so a large part of the role will also be collaborating with different teams such as our production hub, Content & Creative, Campaigns, and Individual & Major Giving teams amongst others.

This is a hands-on role and requires the skills needed to work in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate should have a flair for storytelling with the ability deliver the charities' messages and demonstrate their impact though audience-specific content across traditional and social media channels, in written, video, graphic-led formats.
