About the role  

As Income Generation Coordinator, you’ll play a central role in supporting and strengthening our fundraising activity. Reporting to the Head of Fundraising, you’ll help deliver and track income across our individual giving, legacy, and payroll giving programmes. From donor stewardship and financial reporting to managing inboxes, calendars, and team resources, you’ll keep things running smoothly and accurately. You’ll also support client servicing for our Employers for Carers programme and help ensure strong financial and administrative processes across the wider Income Generation and Communications team.

About you  

You’ll bring strong organisation and communication skills, an eye for detail, and a good understanding of voluntary income streams. Confident working with data and financial reports, you’ll be comfortable using databases and Microsoft Office tools to manage multiple priorities with accuracy. You’re motivated, collaborative, and proactive - ready to play a vital role in supporting our mission. Most importantly, you care about making a difference for unpaid carers and want to be part of a team that’s working to create real change.

The Role 

Fundraising and Impact Coordinator

o Assist in the planning and execution of a diverse range of fundraising applications, events and community initiatives

o Support the management of event logistics, including participant communication, volunteer coordination, and on-the-day activities

o Collaborate with external partners and suppliers to ensure smooth event operations and build strong relationships for future collaboration

o Lead outreach efforts to engage new community partners, such as businesses, promoting fundraising opportunities and supporting their initiatives.

o To represent the charity in all spaces - implementing a rolling 12-month plan of meaningful touchpoints to deepen relationships

o Manage the distribution of supporter resources, conduct stock checks for fundraising materials and ensure an organised work environment for all fundraising assets

o Create engaging materials (posters, leaflets, stories etc), working closely with our social media lead on content

o Produce impact reports and collate information for reporting to funders and to support fundraising initiatives and grant applications

o Work collaboratively with the wider team, to support their work whilst deepening an understanding of our services

o Support the CEO and Operations Manager with ad hoc projects, activities, and any high-priority tasks to contribute to overall team objectives

Working pattern: full-time (36.25 hours per week) 

It is essential that you live within the Thames Valley region, or close enough to commute 

Working location: mostly remote work with some travel required. You will deliver a face-to-face service to clients in their own home or safe meeting place across the Thames Valley area as well as providing support by phone, email or other means to suit the service user. Who we're looking for 

Full training will be provided under the guidance of our dedicated Training Officer. Our induction program has been developed to equip caseworkers with the skills they need to provide high quality support to road victims and covers topics such as being trauma-informed, safeguarding and risk management. Your experience in roles within the NHS, any health and social care, road safety, counselling, the police and family liaison officers, lived experience or any type of casework could make you an ideal candidate.

• A full, clean UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (travel expenses are reimbursed) 

• Resident in the Thames Valley area.

Key Responsibilities

The Keyworker will report directly to the Specialist Support Manager and will play a critical role in maintaining the effective running of Treasures Foundation’s supported housing. The core responsibilities include:

We are looking for an experienced Product and Platforms Lead to head up the team responsible for our core digital and data platforms - including the CRM, website and other key systems. About the Role

• You will ensure the smooth running of all Board meetings and activities, through administrative support to the Board of Trustees and Corporate Services team. This will include attendance at all quarterly board meetings and some subcommittee meetings.
• As well as ensuring practical arrangements are in place for the meetings, you will work closely with the board of trustees and relevant managers, to ensure that actions are completed to ensure the board is running at maximum effectivity.
• You will also be responsible for ensuring legal compliance with our governance systems, and maintaining CSTM’s policy audit.
• You will have excellent organisational and administrative skills, as well as being comfortable working with trustees and supporting and liaising with employees of all levels. Previous governance experience is desirable, but we are looking for the right candidate so training will be provided. You will have experience in providing administrative support with excellent IT, interpersonal, minute taking and organisational skills.
• This role is 4 days per week (28 hours). There is a requirement to attend all quarterly board meetings in person. Board meetings and subcommittee meetings are usually held outside of usual working hours. Time off in Lieu (TOIL) will be given for any meetings attended scheduled outside of your usual working hours.

Responsibilities & Key Tasks

• Support a caseload of companions to reach their potential through both practical and emotional support.
• Tailor support plans to meet individual need - setting goals, assigning actions, working with other providers and considering the person’s holistic needs.
• Guide induction and exit processes for companions - to ensure that they understand the core principles of the offer at Emmaus and move on to long term, sustainable accommodation after us.
• Support with incident response - including anti-social behaviour, mental health concerns, challenging behaviour - using de-escalation techniques to manage behavior as it arises.
• Liaise with external providers such as the Community Mental Health Team, General Practitioners, DWP, probation, prisons and CAB to ensure specialist advice and guidance is sought where needed.
• Contribute to the planning and introduction of varied and meaningful activities for companions at Emmaus Hertfordshire.
• Ensure Safeguarding concerns are raised at the earliest opportunity through appropriate channels..
• Attend appointments online or in person with companions.
• Maintain accurate records in line with internal policy and with consideration for GDPR principles.
• Perform tasks to support the effective running of the community. Develop and maintain relationships with external providers.
• Participate in an emergency on-call rota to ensure 24/7 support is available for companions where needed.
• Provide written updates for key stake holders as well as for internal meetings.

About you:

We are seeking someone who is comfortable and experienced working in a small company or charity, understanding that our capacity and resources are limited. A 'can do' attitude and a motivated approach are essential. While direct experience with homelessness may not be necessary, you should have a solid understanding of the common challenges faced by those who have been homeless. Attention to detail is essential, as is the ability to identify and promptly address risks or safeguarding concerns. Empathy, attentive listening, and strong verbal communication skills are also key requirements. Proficiency with IT and the ability to maintain up-to-date records in our database are necessary. Additionally, you should have the tools to maintain your well-being in what can be a challenging but rewarding role. You will need to demonstrate and build the resilience required to work with individuals who may struggle to engage with services like ours and think creatively to encourage engagement. While practical experience supporting vulnerable adults is highly desirable, we are also interested in hearing from you if you have transferable skills and a willingness to learn, even if you haven't worked in the homelessness sector before.

Context and purpose of role

At Ramblers we work to empower the public and volunteers to take action to protect paths and access – whether claiming lost rights of way, pursuing resolutions to path problems, or objecting to changes to the definitive map. As a member of the Programmes team, the Programme Lead (Path Protection) will be responsible for the successful development and delivery of the programme across GB.

Key responsibilities

• Lead on the design, development and operational delivery of the Path Protection programme across GB.
• Create operational delivery plans – to identify milestones, monitor risks, resolve issues and manage resource requirements.
• Design and develop resources and processes to support programme implementation.
• Be responsible for managing a budget in line with programme goals and objectives.
• Be responsible for evaluation and reporting, to ensure the programme meets KPIs and delivers measurable impact.
• Manage new and existing strategic partnerships with partner organisations and those working to improve access and reduce barriers to becoming active outdoors.
• Train and support volunteers – and promote the programme more widely.
• Provide advice and guidance to the public on path protection issues.
• Engage diverse audiences from communities facing additional barriers to getting outdoors, to senior stakeholders including funders and other strategic external partners.
• Directly deliver Path Protection events to support the continued development and co-production of the programme.
• Work closely with Nations Directors, Community Development Officers and the Fundraising team to secure the support required to sustain and grow the programme.
• Ensure robust risk management systems are in place to ensure the safety of participants.
• Ensure programme compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
• Review the programme annually to identify lessons learned or areas for development to drive continuous improvement.

• Work collaboratively as a member of the Programmes team, to share learning and develop innovative practice in programme design and development.
