Job description

Partnerships & Development Manager

Hours:  37.5 hours per week (full time)

Salary: £40k per annum

Contract: Maternity Cover Fixed Term Contract (currently until July 2027)

Reporting to: Executive Director of Strategic Partnerships

Youth Business International (YBI) is looking for a Partnerships & Development Manager who combines programme management expertise with partnership development and income generation.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working across effectively managing an established portfolio of global programmes, donor partnerships and identifying, developing new funding opportunities.

Working closely with the Executive Director of Strategic Partnerships, YBI’s global network, internal teams and external partners, you will help connect impact with investment – using insight from an effectively managed programme portfolio and stakeholder intelligence to help shape innovative partnership models.

You will need to be self-motivated, adaptable, very organised and comfortable working with high levels of autonomy and pace.
