Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development of wider donor communications, including newsletters, appeal letters, impact updates, and stakeholder engagement content.

• Conduct in-depth research on prospective donors and funders, using tools such as philanthropy databases, financial filings, and media reports.
• Develop profiles and briefing materials for engagement with high-net-worth individuals and foundations.
• Support due diligence processes to ensure alignment with the organisation’s values and mission.
• Contribute to network mapping and relationship-tracking projects to identify key influencers and potential partnerships.
• Provide support with internal reporting, strategy development, briefing documents and other materials as required.

Person Specification:

• Strong written communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive, concise, and engaging fundraising content.
• Proven experience in research, preferably within fundraising, philanthropy, or the not-for-profit sector.
• Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• An analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Experience using research tools such as iWave, 990s, or similar donor intelligence platforms is desirable.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a genuine interest in international affairs and social impact.

Resurgo and Citizen Church are partnering to establish a new charity, which will oversee the Spear South Wales programme. Initially, successful candidates will be employed by Citizen Church for a fixed term of six months while the charity is set up, following which they will transition into permanent roles, employed by the new Spear South Wales charity but still with a close connection to Citizen Church. Key Responsibilities

Spear Programme

• Lead group sessions of up around 10 young people, using coaching skills to transform their attitudes to their own ability and the workplace, and to raise their awareness and maximise potential in stepping into the world of work
• Prepare and deliver coaching sessions on a weekly basis and find creative ways of developing ongoing relationships with Spear Trainees. This includes running application workshops with past Trainees as well as maintaining records and reporting on statistics

Relationship management

• Build and manage relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including referrers, local businesses, and other organisations
• You will support with job fairs, mock interview days and welcoming external visitors to the centre

Church Community

• Spear South Wales is run in partnership with Citizen Church, meaning you will work alongside a vibrant church staff team and have the support of the church in the running of the programme
• You will be required to establish a personal presence within the community, and build a strong and committed network of supporters in the partner church. While it's desirable that this is your regular place of worship, we would consider candidates already in other local churches who are unable to move

About The Role

What you’ll be doing:

As COO, you will play a critical leadership role in the strategic and operational success of LtL. You will work closely with the CEO and the management team to deliver the charity’s vision, overseeing day-to-day project delivery across the UK. You will take the lead for LtL H&S and Safeguarding responsibility alongside deputising for the CEO. It is essential you are happy to and would enjoy frequent travel across the UK.

Stakeholder and Partnership Management

· Act as a senior representative for LtL at external meetings, events, and with funders or partners.

Travel

What you need

Essential

· Proven experience in a senior operational role, preferably within the charity, education, or environmental sector.

· Track record of successfully managing complex, multi-partner projects at a national or regional scale.

· One or both of Safeguarding and Health & Safety training qualifications.

· Excellent leadership, line management, and team development skills.

· Outstanding project management skills including budgeting, planning, evaluation, and reporting.

· Strong understanding of governance, safeguarding, and risk management in a not-for-profit context.

The role is office based in Victoria and / or Paddington but requires travel across the borough of Westminster. 

Our client has an opportunity for a Housing Operations Officer to join their team and effectively manage their portfolio of properties. This is a varied role where you will get involved with rent accounts, tenancy signups, managing rent increases and general enquiries. This role also involves ensuring we are managing our portfolio based on contractual agreements as well as timely invoicing.

As a small team, you will be called upon to support with voids and repairs during times of team holidays and absence. 

With good general social housing experience, administration and communication skills you will be highly organised and have a meticulous approach to work, ensuring all records are accurately filed and kept up to date. You’ll have experience of working in an office environment and have good IT skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint. You’ll be customer-focused with the ability to build working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders and be adaptable to any changes in the work priorities.

Role overview: 

A pivotal senior position within the Legacy and In Memory Fundraising team, this role works closely with the Head of Legacy and In Memory Fundraising to lead key fundraising initiatives and stewardship efforts. Responsibilities include overseeing recruitment, staff development, and performance management, as well as contributing to strategic planning and budget oversight. The role also leads the delivery of a multi-channel legacy marketing programme and ensures external suppliers meet agreed service levels. The role will line manage two team members, take on broader leadership responsibilities within the department, and actively promote legacy giving across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Head of Legacy and In Memory Fundraising to shape and implement the overarching strategy and budget, with a key focus on expanding the supporter pipeline, increasing In Memory donations, and safeguarding long-term Legacy income.

About the role:

The postholder will support the delivery of a specialist domestic abuse (DA) project in partnership with Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust (CLCH) in the London borough of Brent. The role aims to raise awareness and promote best practice in responding to domestic abuse across CLCH staff, improving support for patients impacted by domestic abuse. This will involve delivering training, workshops, and guidance to health professionals, providing consultancy on embedding DA response pathways, and helping CLCH navigate referrals to local domestic abuse support agencies. The role combines professional training, advocacy, and systems change to strengthen the health sector’s response to domestic abuse. The postholder will work across the Brent borough, attending community hubs and co-locating to deliver services when needed.

The postholder may be approached by staff seeking advice or consultation regarding male victims of domestic abuse. While the role’s primary focus remains on supporting women, the postholder will be open to supporting male victims through appropriate signposting and referral guidance. They will also be willing to undertake relevant training (e.g. Respect toolkit) to ensure inclusive and informed responses. Training will be provided.

A car may be desirable for this role, though not essential.

About You:

To be successful as the Domestic Abuse Advisor & Trainer you will need the below experience and skills:

• A thorough understanding of the dynamics of domestic violence (physical, emotional and sexual violence, so-called ‘honour-based violence’, forced marriage, stalking and harassment) and its impact on women, children, families and communities.
• Experience in designing, delivering, and promoting engaging training and learning sessions on domestic abuse, tailored to professionals and stakeholders across a variety of settings.
• Experience of partnership working and of maintaining excellent working relationships with a range of stakeholders as well as experience of working within in multi-agency environment.
• Ability to provide consultancy and guidance to multidisciplinary teams on domestic abuse-related issues, offering informed advice and support.
• Excellent communication skills (listening, verbal, and written), with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse professionals and stakeholders.

The National Lottery Community Fund is looking for a proactive and detail-driven Facilities Officer to join our dynamic Workplace Facilities team. This role is part time, 3 days a week (flexible on chosen days).
