About the role  

We are looking for an experienced Head of Finance to help deliver our mission and support the growth and consolidation of the charity. As a member of our Senior Management Team, you will play a key role in implementing our new strategy as well as managing risk.

You will take overall responsibility for the organisation’s financial management, working closely with the Chief Executive and the Treasurer.

You will provide effective finance partner support to other functions within the charity to support its fundraising, operations and development.

You will also be responsible for the line management of the Finance & Business Administrator, working with the Chief Executive to both oversee and support the governance and compliance services function of the charity.

The Nature Friendly Farming Network (NFFN) is a farmer-led organisation helping farmers restore the balance between farming and nature. We support farmers by sharing knowledge, resources, and case studies to boost food production, protect wildlife, and build climate resilience. This role is a maternity cover role.

We are seeking an organised, enthusiastic and proactive individual to provide maternity cover and coordinate NFFN Scotland’s Knowledge Exchange (KE) programme of activities. 

The sucessful candidate will have a sound understanding of Scotland’s farming and crofting sectors, strong organisational and communication skills, and the ability to maintain and develop relationships and inspire change. This role involves hitting the ground running,  working closely with farmers, crofters, partner organisations, and the wider NFFN team to deliver a programme of impactful events, grow the network, and support knowledge sharing to accelerate the adoption of nature friendly farming practices.

This maternity cover role will play a key role in delivering NFFN Scotland’s KE strategy, contributing to the growth of our network and raising awareness of nature-friendly farming across the country. They will work closely with the NFFN Scotland Manager and the farmer-led steering group, as well as other NFFN staff involved in farmer and public engagement, to ensure alignment with the wider organisational strategy. Strong communication skills and the ability to engage confidently with a range of audiences are essential, as is a proactive and collaborative approach to working across teams and with external partners. 

This is a home-based role based in Scotland, and the successful applicant must be willing and able to travel to farms, meetings and events across the country, including occasional overnight stays. Valid UK driving licence, or an equivalent licence permitting you to drive in the UK is essential.

As an Acquisition Executive, you will play a pivotal role in growing our supporter base and driving income to ensure we can continue to provide our essential services. Role Purpose 

As Community Support Lead: Grantmaking, you will provide the day-to-day administrative and operational support that enables HOST to deliver hosted grantmaking activities accurately, safely, and efficiently for our hosted partners. 

You will be line managed by the Community Support Manager and work closely with the Partnerships Manager: Grantmakers to deliver Hosted Grantmaking. Your primary focus will be grantmaking administration: due diligence coordination, grant agreement support, process tracking, records management, and audit-ready documentation. 

You will also provide secondary cover for general Community Support activity, including onboarding administration, payment or invoice queries, routine partner communications, and escalation. Relationship ownership and strategic funder or partner management will sit with the Community Support Manager, Partnerships Manager: Grantmakers, and relevant senior colleagues. 

Core Responsibilities 

1. Hosted Grantmaking Administration and Process Tracking 

• Maintain clear, accurate, and up-to-date grantmaking records across ClickUp, Zendesk, CRM systems, shared folders, and relevant internal trackers. 

• Track hosted grantmaking processes from initial request through due diligence, agreement preparation, approval, disbursement, and reporting. 

• Monitor deadlines, dependencies, missing information, and next steps, following up promptly and clearly. 

• Support the Community Support Manager and Partnerships Manager: Grantmakers to maintain visibility of live grantmaking activity, bottlenecks, risks, and upcoming priorities. 

• Keep grantmaking documentation organised, complete, and accessible to Finance, Legal, Partnerships, and Community Support colleagues. 

2. Due Diligence Coordination and Documentation 

• Administer due diligence processes for hosted grantmaking activities, ensuring required checks are initiated, tracked, and documented. 

• Coordinate the collection of information and supporting documents from hosted partners, grantees, funders, or internal colleagues as directed. 

• Maintain audit-ready due diligence records, ensuring forms, evidence, approvals, and risk notes are saved in the correct systems. 

• Spot missing information, incomplete checks, or process delays and escalate promptly to the Community Support Manager, Partnerships Manager: Grantmakers, or relevant colleagues. 

3. Grant Agreement and Grant Process Support 

• Coordinate the administrative steps required to prepare, review, issue, sign, and store grant agreements and related documentation. 

• Track agreement status, including drafts, internal reviews, approvals, signatures, amendments, and filing. 

• Liaise with Legal, Finance, Partnerships, and Community Support colleagues to keep grant agreements moving through the agreed process. 

• Flag inconsistencies, missing approvals, unusual terms, or unclear documentation for review by the Community Support Manager or Partnerships Manager: Grantmakers. 

4. Payment, Disbursement and Finance Coordination Support 

• Support the administrative coordination of grant disbursements, payment requests, invoice corrections, and related finance workflows. 

• Check that payment-related documentation is complete before progressing requests to Finance. 

• Track payment and disbursement status, following up on missing information or delays where appropriate. 

• Respond to straightforward payment or invoice queries from hosted partners, escalating complex or sensitive issues as needed. 

5. Community Support 

• Provide flexible cover across general Community Support activities, including onboarding administration, system guidance, routine hosted partner queries, and follow-up actions. 

• Support onboarding processes by preparing materials, updating records, tracking completion of onboarding tasks, and ensuring next steps are clear. 

• Maintain accurate records of partner interactions, ensuring relevant issues, risks, and decisions are documented and shared with appropriate colleagues. 

• Escalate relationship-sensitive, complex, or higher-risk matters to the Community Support Manager or relevant Partnerships lead. 

6. Systems, SOPs and Process Improvement 

• Support the creation, testing, and improvement of SOPs for hosted grantmaking, due diligence, grant agreements, onboarding, and payment-related workflows. 

• Identify gaps, duplication, or unclear steps in grantmaking and Community Support processes, and suggest practical improvements. 

• Keep internal checklists, templates, and guidance up to date so grantmaking processes are easier to follow and audit. 

7. Risk Identification and Escalation 

• Identify potential financial, operational, compliance, or reputational risks arising from hosted grantmaking administration or partner support activity. 

• Escalate risks promptly to the Community Support Manager, Partnerships Manager: Grantmakers, Legal, Finance or Partnerships colleagues as appropriate. 

• Maintain clear records of risks, decisions, approvals, and follow-up actions.

• Experience in administration, operations, grants administration, programme support, community support, or client service. 

• Strong organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail and confidence managing multiple tasks, deadlines, and trackers.

The Support Team Leader will provide operational leadership for ORL's Housing Support Team, ensuring residents receive safe, high-quality, person-centred support that promotes independence, wellbeing and successful move-on.

The postholder will lead and develop Support Workers, oversee support planning, safeguarding, case management, partnership working and quality assurance, and ensure services meet organisational values, contractual requirements and sector best practice.

· Support volunteer induction and positive volunteer engagement, ensuring safeguarding responsibilities are understood.

· Promote compliance with health and safety, GDPR, organisational policies, legislation and emergency procedures.

Finance and General Duties

· Manage resources responsibly, maintain accurate financial records and support budget, rent and Housing Benefit processes in line with ORL procedures.

· Attend meetings, undertake required training, maintain confidentiality and promote the values and reputation of One Roof Leicester.

· Undertake other duties reasonably required by the Deputy CEO.

Additional Information

 · The role requires regular travel between One Roof Leicester properties and partner organisations.

· Occasional evening or weekend work and some manual handling may be required.

About AAFDA

AAFDA is a national charity providing specialist, trauma-informed advocacy, emotional support and peer support to families bereaved by fatal domestic abuse, including domestic homicide, suicide where domestic abuse was a known factor, and unexplained deaths linked to abuse. We work to raise the status of bereaved families, strengthen professional and systemic responses, and influence policy and practice so that lessons are learned and future deaths are prevented.

About AAFDA All

AAFDA All is a four-year project developed in partnership with Imkaan to create, pilot and evaluate a culturally responsive advocacy and peer support service for bereaved family members from Black and minoritised communities who have lost a loved one to fatal domestic abuse. The project aims to reduce barriers to support, build trust with communities and specialist organisations, strengthen peer connection, and ensure that lived experience shapes service development, practice and wider systems change.

Role Purpose

The Project Co-ordinator will lead the development, co-ordination and day-to-day delivery of AAFDA All, ensuring that the service is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, safe, accessible and shaped by the voices of bereaved family members from Black and minoritised communities. The postholder will work closely with AAFDA colleagues, Imkaan, the Specialist Advocate, volunteers, community partners, statutory agencies and the Service User Advisory Group to develop referral pathways, support co production, co-ordinate peer support activity, monitor outcomes and embed learning across the programme.

Other information

The role will involve regular travel across England, Scotland and Wales to raise the organisation’s profile and engage with members, partners and key stakeholders.

There is flexibility on your location given the requirement to travel and that your office will be home-based. You will need to travel to in-person quarterly team meetings (usually in London or the north of England) and to Board meetings which alternate between online and London.

It is expected that travel will be by public transport and easy access to the rail network is therefore required to ensure journeys can be made sustainably. 

This is a full-time position, 37 hours per week. We use a flexi-time system with core hours 10am-3pm, and are committed to being a flexible, supportive and understanding employer. This is a permanent position with a probationary period of three months.

Every story matters here. Some are quiet, some joyful, some hard to tell. As a Video Production Executive at Alzheimer’s Society, you will help bring these stories to life with care, honesty and craft.
You will join a creative team that believes in storytelling as a force for understanding, challenge and change. Working with the Video Production Manager, you will create and edit content across social media, interviews, campaign films and longer-form storytelling.
This role has a strong focus on editing and post-production. We’re looking for someone who enjoys shaping stories in the edit: finding the right moments, building pace and structure, working with sound and graphics, and turning raw footage into engaging, polished content.
People come to this role from many paths, whether film or media training, freelance work, community storytelling or self-taught practice. What matters most is strong editing ability, a good instinct for storytelling and a commitment to creating inclusive, respectful work.
What you’ll do
You will work across the production process, but a significant part of your role will be focused on editing and post-production, supporting everything from quick-turnaround social content to interviews, campaign films and longer, story-led pieces.
Using Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or similar professional editing software, alongside tools such as After Effects where appropriate, you will edit raw footage into clear and engaging stories. You will make confident decisions around narrative, pacing, music, sound and visual treatment, as well as adapting content for different channels and formats.
You will create cutdowns and different versions of content, add subtitles and graphics, and apply accessibility best practice so our work can reach as many people as possible.
You will also have opportunities to support filming and production. This may include shooting interviews and documentary-style content, setting up lighting and sound, and helping to create a calm, respectful environment where people feel comfortable sharing their experiences.
Alongside editing and filming, you will support production planning and logistics, including call sheets, scheduling and risk assessments, and contribute creative ideas about how our stories can be brought to life.
Collaboration is central. You will work closely with the Video Production Manager and colleagues across our creative and wider teams, respond constructively to feedback and help ensure finished content is delivered accurately and consistently across platforms including social media, YouTube and internal channels.
About you

You may have:

- Experience working across the full video production process, from pre-production through to filming and editing
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro (and ideally After Effects), with the ability to edit content to a high standard
- Practical experience recording sound and working with lighting in documentary or factual filming environments
- Experience working on story-led content, including supporting people to share personal or sensitive experiences in a respectful and ethical way
- An understanding of motion graphics, or a willingness to learn and develop skills in this area
- A collaborative and inclusive working style, with strong organisation skills and a commitment to accessible, high-quality storytelling

As our Digital Fundraising & Campaigns Lead, you’ll manage and oversee the delivery of our digital fundraising and donor acquisition activities, ensuring campaigns are innovative, data-driven and aligned with our mission.

About You

To join us as our Digital Fundraising & Campaigns Lead, you will need:

- At least five years’ experience in digital fundraising and marketing in a charity or mission-driven organisation
- A minimum of two years’ management experience leading digital fundraising or marketing teams
- Experience writing, reviewing, and editing copy for a variety of audiences and users
- Experience in project management
- The ability to communicate clearly, assertively, and diplomatically at all levels
- Demonstrable success in developing and delivering multi-channel digital campaigns with measurable impact

- Strong creative ideation and direction skills

Thanks to funding from the Movement for Health Grant Scheme, we're creating an exciting new fixed-term role to develop the MS Warrior Alumni Club. Building on the success of the 12-week MS Warrior programme, you'll help create opportunities for people to remain active, connected and supported long after the programme ends through local activities, online communities and volunteer-led peer support.

Working alongside volunteers, people living with MS, healthcare professionals and community partners, you'll create opportunities that encourage ongoing physical activity, wellbeing and peer support across Scotland.

A key part of the role will be recruiting, supporting and developing a network of MS Warrior Alumni Champions. Using their own lived experience, these volunteers will encourage others to build confidence, overcome barriers to physical activity and become part of a supportive, community-led network.

You'll also develop partnerships with leisure providers, community organisations and healthcare professionals, creating more inclusive opportunities for people living with MS to be active in their local communities.

This is an opportunity to shape an innovative model that has the potential to influence how community-based physical activity and peer support are delivered for people living with MS across Scotland.

No two days will be the same. One day you might be facilitating a community conversation with people living with MS, the next you'll be supporting volunteers, developing new partnerships or helping launch a local wellbeing activity.

About the role

As Head of Research and Evaluation, you will be responsible for the development and delivery of our research and evaluation strategies. This work will help us to understand and provide insight into the challenges and difficulties faced by families with disabled children, the quality of services we provide and the difference our support makes for the families we serve.

You will ensure that the voice of families is at the centre of our research and evaluation approach to help shape existing and new programmes and services, and our policy and public affairs work.

If you join us, you’ll be:

• Leading the continued development and implementation of Family Fund’s research and evaluation strategies.
• Developing and overseeing our evaluation and service quality frameworks, including our Theory of Change outcomes measurement framework.
• Championing the ‘voice of families’, embedding their lived experience at the heart of our research.
• Managing and delivering high-quality research and evaluation projects/initiatives.
• Producing accessible, engaging, and impactful research outputs for a variety of audiences.
• Promoting the use of innovative and participatory research methodologies.
• Presenting and disseminating research findings internally and externally, including at events, conferences, and through publications.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and representing Family Fund in strategic research partnerships, networks, and advisory forums.

For this role you will need to have experience in developing and managing research and evaluation strategies, frameworks, activities and production of subsequent products. You will also need to have experience of working in partnership with other organisations, and of resource and budget management.

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent analytical skills as well as sound knowledge of quantitative and qualitative methodology and best practice through the research cycle. You will need to have good writing skills and an ability to communicate effectively with different audiences. You will also need to have the ability to interpret and present research in an accessible and engaging way.

You will be a self and team motivator with excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop and sustain positive relationships with a range of stakeholders. You will be pro-active and driven to succeed.
