Purpose of the Role

The Digital Marketing Manager will implement and help develop a new digital marketing strategy, crucial to the ongoing development of ArtsEd’s profile and reputation and the successful delivery of all our programmes.

Understanding the needs of current and prospective students and pupils and their parents, and being able to identify digital plans and initiatives which will enable ArtsEd to meet both the long and short-term needs is a central aspect of the role.

The Digital Marketing Manager will lead in the planning and implementation of digitally creative and customer focused campaigns and will be responsible for the achievement of student and pupil recruitment targets. They will work closely with senior staff and the rest of the Marketing team to deliver highly effective experiences to all stakeholders and potential stakeholders.

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for the continuing development of ArtsEd’s online profile amongst all of our target audiences, including high-level industry connections, potential supporters and the local community, alongside potential students, pupils and parents.

In addition, the Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for ensuring that ArtsEd’s messaging is consistent, innovative and compelling across all platforms.

Digital Marketing

• Plan and execute digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising campaigns in collaboration with the wider marketing team.
• Use digital marketing expertise to create effective user funnels to optimise conversion rates, tracking user behaviour in order to refine processes.

• Collaborate closely with staff across the organisation to identify storytelling opportunities to ensure a full understanding of ArtsEd’s broad range of target audiences.

• Set up digital advertising campaigns through Meta, Google Ads and other platforms

Recruitment

• Lead on the implementation and delivery of a robust digital marketing strategy to optimise student and pupil recruitment across the whole organisation. This will include:
• Building on existing digital activity to maximise its reach and impact against all of our target audiences, including digital and associated print advertising.
• Managing an associated  programme of recruitment focused events and activities, both virtual and face-to-face, to raise our profile and to maximise our enquires, registrations, applications and acceptances across all of our activities.
• Supporting the relevant teams in the delivery of this programme, which will include existing activity e.g. Day School and Sixth Form Open Days, degree audition days and our outreach programme.
• To programme our email marketing conversion communication using software Mailer Lite/MailChimp

Social Media

• Overseeing the planning and delivery of a social media plan that aligns with and enhances all strands of the marketing and communications strategy

As a Sport Coordinator, you'll be responsible for planning and delivering varied activity sessions for both adults and young people across different services, both internally and externally. You will work closely with the Sport Manager to effectively coordinate support from freelancers and volunteers. Your role will extend to broadening the accessibility of sports and exercise within SHP's services and among its residents, for both adults and the young people we support. The organisation is transitioning away from being a association-management / volunteer-led model to a small secretariat, hiring its first CEO and five other positions, including this most senior finance role. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the financial transition to an in-house model.

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to cover parental leave. 

The successful candidate will have accountability for several key areas of operational delivery of BITC’s programmes across England, Scotland and Wales. This role will ensure the high quality and consistency of performance through these aspects of operational delivery and development, working closely with businesses, internal stakeholders and external partners. This role is responsible for leading and managing a high-performing team, delivering programmes and contractual obligations across their patch. The post holder will lead on driving programme/contractual performance (both KPI’s and financial) motivating and inspiring the team.  They will also have responsibility for ensuring continued funding from key partners and securing new income; monitoring and reporting on this important activity as it contributes to BITC's vision within a set geographical area or programme/project areas.

The successful candidate will have knowledge and experience of:

· Managing the delivery of contract and programmes to meet contractual obligations

· Working with business, schools and/or community organisations to create beneficial relationships

The post-holder will oversee income generation from grant-making organisations and ensure timely reporting to funders.

• Drive growth of Trusts and Foundations income especially at the five- and six-figure level, with a particular view to supporting unrestricted income and major projects in the organisation’s pipeline.

Compliance Officer

We’re looking for a dynamic and a highly motivated individual to join a new role in our Compliance and Data Protection team.

Reporting to the Compliance Lead, the Compliance Officer will drive the development of an improved Compliance culture throughout the charity whilst ensuring that we adhere to all relevant regulations and laws.

Key responsibilities will include:

· Acting as a knowledge expert on compliance and promoting a culture of compliance within the charity in relation to data protection, fundraising and the provision of support services, by the provision of advice, guidance, internal communications and training.

· Help to review existing processes and policies and assist in the updating/development of these, along with tracking changes in the external environment that may have an impact on these policies and procedures.

· Project managing a number of key actions from an external review of the organisation’s Data Protection practices.

· Assist the Compliance Lead and Associate Director of Legal and Governance in producing ad hoc and annual compliance reports along with any annual submissions to regulators, 3rd parties or external bodies.

You will have experience in, or be able to demonstrate:

· Knowledge of Data Protection and willingness to learn in other areas of compliance
