Summary
The NCIs are embarking on a strategic initiative to plan and scope a new SharePoint solution. We are seeking an experienced SharePoint Project Manager to join on an initial 6-month Fixed Term Contract to lead the discovery, design, and early planning stages of this business-critical project. This role sits within the Technology Services department, reporting to the Head of IT Portfolio. We are a busy and close-knit team, working across the NCI's to deliver IT solutions and services, as well as project and programme delivery.
This role is central to designing a SharePoint framework that aligns with the needs of multiple departments-each with distinct workflows and operating models. Success will depend on tailoring the solution to these differences to drive adoption and deliver tangible business benefits.
As a Project Manager we expect you to plan, develop, deliver and implement IT and Business Change projects to time cost and quality through the whole project lifecycle. This will include business case and requirements definition support, extensive project planning, financial/budget management, project controls, governance tasks, monitoring, resource management, scope, procurement, 3rd party and stakeholder engagement, people management, reporting, facilitating project teams and project Boards and compliance with change operating models.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, scoping, and documentation phases of a new SharePoint solution across multiple business units.
- Conduct stakeholder engagement activities to gather business requirements, current pain points, and operational nuances.
- Design a SharePoint solution blueprint that accommodates bespoke needs of each department while remaining scalable and manageable.
- Develop a roadmap that includes phased implementation, adoption strategies, and business change considerations.
- Ensure alignment with best practices in information governance, data retention, and security compliance.
- Drive business buy-in by clearly communicating the value and day-to-day benefits of the new solution.
- Work closely with technical teams to define system architecture, integration needs, and data migration requirements.
- Collaborate with senior leadership, change managers, and internal comms teams to support culture change and adoption.
- Report regularly on project progress, risks, and dependencies using a variety of project toolsets.
- Embed change management principles to support successful rollout and long-term sustainability.
- A market rate salary, plus age-related pension contributions between 8-15% of salary. We will also match any pension contributions you make up to an additional 3% of your salary.
- 25 days annual leave (increasing to 30 days within 5 years) plus eight bank holidays and three additional days (pro-rated if working part-time).

About the role
The Senior Policy and Public Affairs Wales role at Crisis is an exciting opportunity to make a big difference in our mission to end homelessness. With the next Senedd term fast approaching and new homelessness legislation expected, you will be joining the team at a critical time in our calls for bold action to end homelessness in Wales. The postholder will be passionate about achieving fairness and equity, advocating for others, and achieving social justice through policy change.

Role Summary
As Communications & Operations Officer, you will strengthen how Acumen Academy UK communicates and delivers its mission - supporting bold social leaders and amplifying their stories of change.
Your focus will be on communications: creating and sharing campaigns that tell the story of our Fellows, programmes, and partnerships. Alongside this, you will play a key operations support role, ensuring the smooth running of our programmes, events, and participant communications.

Purpose
The Philanthropy Leads, reporting to the Head of Philanthropy, are responsible for inspiring new prospective, cultivating and stewarding high-value donors into greater involvement with Christians Against Poverty. About You

The Role
You'll lead fundraising strategy across multiple income streams, focusing on trusts, foundations, corporate partnerships and major donors. You'll manage the full fundraising cycle from research and relationship-building through stewardship.
Reporting to the Chief Executive, you’ll execute our new fundraising strategy, support our growth plans, research funding opportunities, write strong grant applications, manage a pipeline of major donor prospects, plan our 20th anniversary campaign, and provide quarterly progress reports.
With three days a week focused on foundation and corporate partnerships work, a full-time role would typically include one day on legacy work and one day on community events.
You bring at least three years' fundraising experience, ideally in a charity setting. You're skilled at grant writing, relationship management and strategic planning. You have excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills. You're proactive, flexible and genuinely motivated by mission.

The Role
The Senior Finance and Operations Administrator is a critical, multi-functional role supporting the financial, operational and administrative systems of GGF UK. The role will report to the Head of Finance with a dotted line to the Operations Manager on all operational tasks.
Acting as a key liaison between grants management, operations and finance, this role requires taking ownership of specific financial processes – particularly those intersecting with grants payments, forex providers and internal systems. Coordinating closely with the Director of Finance and Operations, the postholder will provide proactive administrative support including diary management.
The candidate profile.
The successful applicant will have significant relevant experience in a similar role in a charitable, environmental, development, social justice, feminist, gender, human rights organisation, and/or grant-making organisation. They demonstrate knowledge and experience in charity/nonprofit grant accounting/financial issues and dealing with both financial and grant information and processes, understand accounting principles, and have knowledge of accounting, and grantmaking processes. They have experience of using banking services and payment experiences (including international payments). They demonstrate excellent administrative and organisational skills, and the ability to ensure the accuracy of work and demonstrate precise attention to detail. They will have the skills to give, receive, and work with feedback constructively. They also thrive in a virtual environment, motivated to take on challenges and collaboratively find innovative and creative solutions. Multiple language skills would be ideal, while English fluency is a must.

Lead the delivery and growth of HOST’s Hosted Grantmaking service, working closely with the Executive Director, Operations Director and other Partnership Managers, ensuring alignment between funder expectations, hosted partner needs, and internal delivery capacity.
Co-design and coordinate the Hosted Grantmaking Delivery Team, coordinating with the Delivery Circle (Finance, Due Diligence, and Legal) to ensure seamless grant operations.
Strategic oversight of hosted grantmaking cycles — from application to disbursement and reporting — ensuring accuracy, speed, and compliance in delivery.
Reporting cadence: Monthly Hosted Grantmaking performance report to Executive Director and Operations Director.
2. Hosted Grantmaking Community Support and Relationship Management
Build and lead the Hosted Grantmaking Community Support Team, ensuring all funders and hosted funders receive consistent, proactive, and informed communication.
Strengthen HOST’s funder community by developing engagement pathways, events, and resources that deepen relationships and mutual learning.
Maintain high standards of care, responsiveness, and accountability across all funder interactions.
Reporting cadence: Monthly funder community and relationship management summary.
3. Due Diligence and Grant Facilitation
Work with the Delivery Circle, Grants Manager, and Partnerships Manager: Funders to deliver due diligence processes that are rigorous, efficient, and scalable.
Ensure all funder agreements, compliance documentation, and grant records are accurate, up to date, and audit-ready.
Support the development of clear SOPs for due diligence and hosted grantmaking workflows in collaboration with the Legal Lead and Operations Team.
Reporting cadence: Monthly compliance and due diligence report.
4. Funder Relationship Stewardship and Growth
Support the Partnership Team to manage relationships with key funders and philanthropic partners, ensuring HOST is recognised as a trusted, transparent delivery partner.
Develop funder engagement plans and manage the funder relationship lifecycle from onboarding through renewal.
Identify new funder opportunities aligned with HOST’s mission and facilitate introductions for the Partnerships Director and Executive Director.
Reporting cadence: Quarterly relationship development review.
5. Reporting and Communications
Oversee funder reporting and impact communications, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with HOST’s tone of voice.
Work with the Engagement Team to produce funder updates, case studies, and inputs to the HOST Impact Report.
Ensure funders and partners understand the value, integrity, and impact of HOST’s services.
Reporting cadence: Quarterly reporting and communications alignment.
6. Systems and Process Development
Maintain clear funder and grant records across ClickUp, Zendesk, and CRM systems.
Develop and maintain SOPs for Hosted Grantmaking, funder engagement, and due diligence workflows.
Ensure consistent alignment between partnership data and financial reporting.
Reporting cadence: Quarterly systems and SOP review.
7. Risk, Compliance, and Escalation
Identify and escalate financial, operational, or reputational risks associated with hosted grantmaking or funder engagement.
Collaborate with the Legal Lead, Delivery Team, and Executive Director on mitigation actions and documentation.
Contribute to HOST’s monthly organisational risk report.
Reporting cadence: Real-time escalation; monthly consolidation.
8. Collaboration and Cross-Team Development
Work with the Partnerships Manager: Funders to align Hosted Grantmaking within HOSTs wider donor engagement.
Work with the Partnerships Manager: Changemakers to align Hosted Grantmaking with the Hosted Partner Journey.
Collaborate with the Training Lead and Data Analyst to integrate learning, performance, and impact insights into service design.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of HOST’s partnership management framework.

Required Experience

5–8 years’ experience in funder relations, partnerships management, or programme delivery within the not-for-profit, social enterprise, or philanthropic sectors.

3–5 years’ experience overseeing grantmaking, regranting, or fund distribution programmes, ideally across multiple geographies or funder types.

Proven ability to manage and grow funder relationships, including institutional, philanthropic, or high-net-worth funders.

Demonstrated experience leading or building a small team, with responsibility for coaching, supervision, and performance management.

Strong background in due diligence, compliance, and risk assessment, particularly in relation to funder funds and hosted grantmaking.

Proven success developing and maintaining systems, SOPs, and cross-team coordination for complex funder or grant processes.

Experience managing financial reporting and data-driven insights to meet funder and audit requirements.

We’re looking for a Senior Face to Face (F2F) Fundraising Manager to join our Face to Face Fundraising team. This is a fantastic opportunity within the RNLI to play a vital role in developing and growing the RNLI in-house F2F Fundraising team to reach the ambitious targets we have ahead. This role manages a team of F2F Managers who each lead a team of F2F fundraisers signing up regular supporters within a defined geographical area and raise vital long-term funding for the charity, as well as delivering lifesaving water safety messaging. The role is part of the F2F Senior Management Team, supporting the team’s development through leading projects that drive forwards team performance.
Your role
As a Senior F2F Fundraising Manager, you will be tasked with focus on the following areas:
- Recruit, train and manage a geographically diverse group of direct reports. Develop and motivate direct reports to deliver key messages, campaigns and products within the F2F strategy.
- As a senior manager in the F2F fundraising team (200+ staff), continue to develop and maintain a positive high-performing culture to ensure the team are performing at their best and developing. Drive continuous improvement across all KPIs.
- Construct and monitor financial and performance reports to ensure budget & KPIs are met, reforecasting where necessary.
- Develop a positive safety culture by identifying and managing risks to health and safety and safeguarding.
- Oversee compliance & complaints to ensure RNLI F2F fundraising adheres to best practice.
- Lead the delivery of selected team projects from initiation to completion, working with colleagues both within the F2F team and the wider organisation to provide the plans, processes and tools needed for the team to achieve their objectives. Develop solid relationships and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders across the UK and Ireland.

You’ll be flexible and prepared to work out-of-office hours with travel throughout the year. Substantial annual leave during the summer would not be practical for this role. This post requires a valid driving licence.
To be considered as the Senior F2F Fundraising Manager, you will need:
- Proven experience and success in leading a remote face-to-face fundraising team. This will either have been gained working for a charity or a fundraising agency
- Evidence of managing and motivating a team of paid staff or volunteers to achieve goals/targets
- Demonstrable experience of delivering projects that provide improvement to process
- Excellent communication skills and teamworking ethos
- Self-motivation and ability to create and prioritise own workload
- Knowledge of F2F charity sector, compliance and regulation
