The role
You will lead ThriveSpark’s brand, marketing and communications so more people hear about our work and take action—whether that’s booking training, buying tickets to peer-meetups, or commissioning projects. This is a hands-on board role: you’ll set strategy and also deliver a simple, repeatable comms rhythm across web, social, email and media.
Key responsibilities

Own the annual marketing & comms plan, content calendar and core messages.

You don’t have to have any experience in SEO or website editing for this role as full training will be provided. We’re looking for individuals with:
- Good written communication skills, including the ability to simplify language into lay friendly terms
- An interest in developing new skills and helping to improve our website information
- General IT skills and an ability to use their own laptop for this role

We carry out reference checks for all individuals who will be volunteering with us on a regular basis. Volunteers will be required to complete some internal data protection and disclosure documentation before commencing the role. Volunteers must be over 18.

Al Naasih is Hidayah’s 1-to-1 mentoring programme that supports queer Muslims as they navigate the intersections of their faith and identity. Mentors are trained and matched with mentees seeking guidance and support around personal, spiritual, and emotional challenges. The programme has grown steadily since its launch in 2020, and is now seeking a dedicated Programme Coordinator to help manage and grow its impact.
The Programme Coordinator will provide vital administrative, organisational and operational support to the Programme Lead to ensure the smooth running of the Al Naasih mentoring programme. This includes supporting mentor/mentee onboarding, tracking engagement, maintaining documentation and assisting with communication and evaluation processes.

What are the key responsibilities of this role?
This role will have the following duties, but are not limited to:
Programme Administration
· Support the onboarding of new mentors and mentees (e.g. scheduling interviews, collecting forms)

You will join the charity during a challenging period and your expert knowledge and experience will be invaluable to our success. You will have a key role in ensuring we can maintain our support services and become a sustainable charity to allow us to fulfil our aims.

The role
As a Volunteer Outreach Coordinator with Living Reasons, you will play a key role in connecting people and communities with our mission. This remote role focuses on finding creative and innovative ways to engage new supporters, build partnerships with local businesses, and strengthen community links. Working primarily online, with opportunities to connect in your local area, you will help raise awareness of our work, communicate our message, and develop meaningful relationships that support the growth of the charity. By fostering engagement and exploring new ideas for community-led projects, you will contribute to building a stronger support network and, where appropriate, generate vital income through donations.

The person who is starting the charity up is autistic, has ADHD, CPTSD and also multiple physical conditions that effect daily life and is part of the LGBTQ+ community and has faced a lot of issues in life because of these things.
Living Reasons is being created to fix what we think is a challenging situation that is getting harder to achieve every week, month and year in the current economic, political, environmental and societal landscape. It is not easily defined but we hope the charity objects below will help put context to what we want to achieve, what we can say is that below are the issues we are trying to address, how we do this will change as quickly as society does, but the issues we want to tackle are these:

2) Accessibility to services
3) Limited employment, training and education opportunities
4) Lack of support during times of crisis or need
5) Lack of equity and agency for many people in society
6) Institutional discrimination that is not challenged

Overview
No Panic is a national charity, supporting people with a variety of anxiety issues, providing self-help advice over our helpline and additional support services.
We are building a team of volunteers to produce and distribute introduction material about No Panic to service users, members, students and volunteers.
We are looking for a volunteer to co-ordinate this team.
Activities
Activities will include reviewing the introduction material; assigning editing tasks to team members; monitoring progress; reviewing content and overseeing distribution.
The Co-ordinator might also do the editing, if no volunteers are available.
We anticipate this volunteering will take up about 3-4 hours per week and ask our volunteers to commit to at least a year.
Desired Skills
Successful applicants will be committed and motivated.
They will be confident, and have leadership skills.
They will be able to produce and edit documents of varying lengths to a high standard and be able to write and communicate with clarity.

Who are we looking for?
At present we are working towards being fully operational, over the next year Living Reasons will be looking to expand its reach and part of that journey is to tap in to social media as a whole to communicate openly and confidently about the areas we work in. What we are doing, we feel is new and grabbing those opportunities.
With this in mind, we want people who have a specialist interest, experience in or want to learn more about one of more of the areas the Living Reasons will be working in and confidently host lives on social media or in our currently being built website option for video drop in live sessions that are two way conversations with people.
This role will mean having to deal with challenging members of the public, there will always be moderators to ensure the people taking part in the live session remain respectful but there may be the need to respectfully challenge people's opinions in an attempt to educate.
Living Reasons will never shy away from complex conversations and being challenged on our stance, we are sure we will learn from these sessions as well.

Churches Conservation Trust (CCT) is a national conservation charity that has saved over 357 churches at risk. CCT operates the third largest heritage estate in charitable ownership in the UK, and its unique collection of English churches includes architecture, archaeology and art from 1,000 years of history.
