Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated individual who is proactive and organised to be our Membership Executive to support member engagement, retention and recruitment. Working closely with the Partnership and Engagement Manager, you will build positive relationships with members and partners, coordinate membership activities, maintain accurate CRM records, and support events and networking opportunities.

You will be regularly front facing with members and the wider public, so should be confident presenting on video as well as in person, and comfortable engaging a diverse range of stakeholders. 

The ideal candidate will have experience working within a charity or not-for-profit organisation and a membership-based environment. You will be an excellent communicator, confident engaging with a wide range of stakeholders online and in person, and able to manage competing priorities effectively.

Essential requirements

· Experience working in a charity, voluntary sector or not-for-profit organisation

· Experience working in a membership organisation, professional body or association

· Excellent customer/member service and relationship-building skills

· Strong administration, organisation and attention to detail

· Experience using CRM systems and maintaining accurate data

· Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office

· Confidence communicating with diverse audiences online and face-to-face
