Westway Trust are seeking an experienced and confident Team Administrator to provide efficient and effective administrative support to the Property Department, playing a key role in ensuring the annual cycle of organisational requirements in terms of administration are well planned, on track and delivered by the relevant part of the team.

Key responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:

By providing high quality governance and administrative support you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organisation. Key Tasks

 Overseeing our Governance & Administration:

• You will organise and service the Trustee Board and Board Committee meetings, including agendas, minute-taking, follow-ups on actions, ensuring compliance with governing documents and charity law.
• Be the key contact for trustees, including overseeing their recruitment, induction and training.
• Better connect our governance and management processes through improving alignment of our Trustee and management reporting cycles and coordinating meetings and the delivery of Exec reports.

The Felix Project is London’s largest food redistribution charity. Our vision is a London where good food is never wasted, and no one goes hungry. Purpose of the Job 

We are looking for the Assistant Kitchen Manager to play a key role in the Kitchen team.

Felix’s Kitchen is the longest running Production site we have here at The Felix Project, the staff and volunteer team in the kitchen, turn surplus food into almost 5,000 meals a day. These meals are cooked and packed on site and then go into our network of depots and on to some of the 1,200 community organisations we support.

This role is support in the managing of the day to day running of the kitchen, its team, the food production and packing of the meals and all aspects related to these responsibilities. Assist The Kitchen Manager in all aspects of the operation and planning for the kitchen.

No two days are ever quite the same in our kitchen, we work with volunteers and surplus food this means we adapt and thrive in a fast and changing environment. This role supports and oversees the entire operation, from the kitchen and chef team to the packing room and packing team, our volunteers and engaging and organising within the wider Felix Project.

Duties and Responsibilities

Your normal duties and responsibilities will be set out in your job description. However, the charity may require you to perform other duties from time to time. 

• Support all kitchen staff so they can fulfil their role
• Assist in the smooth running of the kitchen and packing area, taking a hands-on approach
• Ensure that the operation hits its agreed targets of production

• You will ensure the smooth running of all Board meetings and activities, through administrative support to the Board of Trustees and Corporate Services team. This will include attendance at all quarterly board meetings and some subcommittee meetings.

This is a key role within a small and busy finance team. The postholder is responsible for a range of transaction processing and finance administration; mostly focused on purchase ledger, sales ledger, assisting with the month-end process, and plays a vital role in upholding the charity’s financial controls.

Role: Finance & CRM Administrator

Reporting to: Financial Controller, with a dotted line to the Directors/Fundraising team

Purpose of job: To work with the Finance and Fundraising teams to provide excellent finance, CRM & other systems administration. This will support income generation, research, data capture and information security throughout the Museum. This new role is essential to the success of the Finance & Fundraising teams, in providing effective finance and CRM administration support. The Finance and CRM Administrator will support income generation activities including fundraising and venue hire, as well as playing a vital role in keeping the Museum’s accounting systems working effectively.

This includes processing all types of financial transactions on Xero and maintaining records on Beacon. You will work as a key part of both teams supporting the Museum’s strategy through the provision of high quality financial & other data, and the maintenance of the underlying systems.

Spotlight on Corruption is a small team with outsized impact that shines a light on the UK’s role in corruption at home and abroad.

We build the evidence base for reform through investigative research and extensive engagement with experts and frontline staff, and act as policy entrepreneurs, developing innovative and pragmatic solutions. We are looking to recruit an experienced individual with a strong background in financial management, strategic planning and operational management, to play a central role within our small but dynamic team.
