We are looking for a Project Delivery Officer to help drive the success of our IT infrastructure and services projects. In this vital role, you'll work at the heart of our Technology team, supporting the coordination of key activities, managing resources, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to budget. All to help us better serve the dogs in our care.
This is role is a fixed term contract until 31 March 2027.
What does this role do?
As Project Delivery Officer you will:
- Coordinate and monitor project activities, resources, and schedules to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and objectives.
- Track progress, manage risks and issues (RAID), and escalate concerns when necessary to maintain momentum.
- Maintain clear and accurate project documentation, including plans, reports, and financial updates.
- Support internal communications and facilitate lessons learned reviews to drive Top of Form

The Deputy CEO Directorate (DCEO) plays a key role in overseeing Dogs Trust's internal operations, ensuring the effective management of the Charity’s financial, legal, IT, efficiencies, facilities, and governance functions. The Directorate works closely with senior leadership to support the organisation's Rehoming Centres, prevention programmes, and international efforts. Role description and core responsibilities
The Office and IT Assistant plays a key role in the Foundation supporting a busy office, as well as providing hands on support to IT function.

Office Administration
· Act as first point of contact for general operational enquiries

The IT and Web Support role works closely with and reports to the IT Manager to support day-to-day IT support and web site operations organisation-wide across Retail, Education (short courses and degree), Marketing, Fundraising, Operations and Finance. In this role, you'll support day-to-day internal IT and external website operations, including supporting staff, tutors and students, solve both internal and customer problems, and help administer, maintain and develop the IT estate.
This is a wide-ranging role suitable for someone who thrives on variety and enjoys an investigative and pro-active hands-on approach to solving IT issues, content and data tasks and problems, managing systems and processes, and is comfortable understanding day-to-day needs and translating them to online and IT deliverables and working in a busy cross-team environment with non-IT stakeholders.

Main job purpose:

Main Duties

Operations Support
- Guide and assist ISEAL staff in using software tools effectively by leading inductions, writing guidance, sharing best practice, providing training and trouble-shooting issues that arise

Member communications

- Support other ISEAL teams to communicate appropriately with members through our different channels and mailing lists, checking for adherence to brand guidelines
- Support the Membership Coordinator and Membership Manager with drafting blogs, news items, and group posts to share updates with members via the ISEAL Platform
- With the Membership Coordinator, regularly review content on the ISEAL Platform to ensure it remains accurate and up to date, liaising with other teams where necessary
Monitoring our membership programme
- Regularly collect data to help monitor our member communications, engagement with member-only events, and use of the ISEAL Platform
- Create and update quarterly reports and dashboards to help identify and communicate key trends and inform improvements
- Support the Membership Manager with the preparation of quarterly and annual engagement reports to send to members
- Deliver administrative processes that underpin member relationship management and track member engagement, including maintenance of member records within Salesforce

Role Purpose
This role is centered on global identity and access management (IAM), with a primary focus on Microsoft Entra ID. The ideal candidate may bring experience expertise across the broader Microsoft 365 security ecosystem: Intune, Defender, and Sentinel. dmap for identity and security technologies while ensuring a secure, compliant, and well-governed environment.
Key Responsibilities

Serve as SME for hybrid Microsoft Entra ID, by providing strategic guidance, technical leadership, and hands-on support for identity and access management initiatives

Configure and manage Conditional Access, PIM, and RBAC to enforce adaptive access controls and identity governance aligned with modern security frameworks emphasizing continuous evaluation of user, device, and session risk

Configure and troubleshoot SSO, Provisioning, and any other MFA integrations with enterprise applications

Track and incorporate operational/incident trends to evolve enterprise IAM and security posture
-
Troubleshoot and resolve complex identity and endpoint security issues in real time

Maintenance of Microsoft Intune, to support device compliance, configuration profiles, and related security controls to improve security postures

Maintenance of Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, with a strong understanding of threat protection, attack surface reduction, and endpoint detection and response

Maintenance of Microsoft Sentinel, to aid in building and managing analytics rules, workbooks, playbooks, and incident response workflows within a SIEM environment

Perform cloud security analysis, configuration assessments, and develop tailored recommendations for internal teams and external clients

Provide technical guidance and support for Microsoft 365 E5 security services, including solution design, implementation strategies, and operational optimization.
The ideal candidate

Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Security, cloud architecture, IAM or related roles

Experience architecting and implementing IAM strategies

Solid experience with KQL, PowerShell, and automated policy deployment

Experience designing and implementing policies and procedures related to: Cloud tenant security (O365), Conditional Access, PIM, MFA, Auditing, logging, threat detection

Bachelor's degree in computer science, cybersecurity, or related technical field (or equivalent experience)

Preferred certifications:
Microsoft certifications such as Identity and Access Administrator Associate, Security Operations Analyst Associate, or Information Protection Administrator
CISSP, GIAC, Security+, or other relevant IT security certifications -
Previous work in technical consulting or client-facing security engineering roles

Deep understanding of hybrid Active Directory configurations and cloud-native identity governance

Working knowledge of Defender for Cloud, Sentinel playbooks, and advanced security workloads

Assistant IT Support Technician
Salary: £24,901.50 per annum
Contract: Permanent
Work Pattern: This is a full time position working 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday

About The Role
We have an exciting opportunity to join our IT team, helping to provide support to users across our locations.
This role will receive support and ongoing guidance from across the team to build on your experience so a keenness to learn and develop your skills is key.
You will ideally have experience of supporting a wide range of end users in a Microsoft network using Windows 11 and Office 365. You must be confident in configuring and maintaining PC’s, laptops and associated peripherals, together with a good understanding of basic LAN and WAN network support techniques. Additionally, you should possess strong communication skills and be able to assist a wide range of users, often remotely, in a professional and polite manner.
About You
As an Assistant IT Support Technician, you will:
- Assist in ensuring speedy resolution of 1st line Help Desk queries and change requests
- Provide IT related support to the WWT end-user community.
- Play a key role in processing, configuring and issuing new PC’s, laptops and associated peripherals to WWT requirements.
- Troubleshoot PC’s, laptops and associated peripherals and escalate to senior IT staff and / or 3rd party support where appropriate.
- Perform common user account administration including creating / removing user accounts and managing permissions.
- Keep updated relevant IT documentation.
- Assist other members of the IT team in their daily activities and IT projects.

The Society
The Royal Geographical Society (with the Institute of British Geographers) is the learned society and professional body for geography and geographers. It is also a charity and a membership organisation. The Society was founded in 1830 and has been one of the most active of the learned societies ever since. It was pivotal in establishing geography as a teaching and research discipline in British universities and continues to play a key role in geographical and environmental education.
The Society is a leading world centre for geographical learning – supporting education, teaching, research, professional practice and scientific expeditions, as well as promoting public understanding and enjoyment of geography and providing advice to policymakers.
The Position
The IT Manager will work with our outsourced helpdesk provider to deliver maximum availability of the network, data and systems, to ensure we are secure and compliant and to provide support and training to our staff. The IT infrastructure includes an extensive wired and Wi-Fi network throughout the building with approaching 100 Wi-Fi access points. This network is critical for the smooth running of the Society’s day to day activities and the successful operation of events on the premises, which account for turnover in excess of £1m p.a.
The IT Manager will also be the internal technical/project lead on the ongoing development of the Society’s CRM system, Centrepoint’s oomi product.
Salary and Benefits:
This is a permanent, full-time post subject to successful completion of a probationary period of three months. The salary range for this post is £45,000-£55,000 per annum depending on experience and qualifications. The post is based in Kensington, London.

Your role is to manage a range of Central Services for the Eikon Charity and to be a familiar constant presence in the Eikon offices. Central Services includes IT, Data Compliance, Health and Safety, Facilities. Facilities includes the site at Fullbrook and the associated site maintenance of the cabins and the garden. In addition to this you will line manage the reception function on site. A portion of the role will be managing outsourced providers who are accountable to support the specialist nature of these services. These outsource providers include Health and Safety (Croner) IT (ramsac) Data Protection (Satswana). You will also support the service data management work, this involves monthly reporting and service data provision, in accordance with the reporting calendar.
Responsibilities
IT Management
- Manage the operational IT delivery via Eikon’s IT partner (ramsac)
- Manage the continuous improvement of the IT infrastructure
- Oversee and direct the work and tasks of the data officer (IT support)
- Attend quarterly management meetings with outsourced IT provider including technical IT consultant visits
- Oversee Help Desk approvals
- Review monthly total IT estate in partnership with ramsac and Data Officer
- IT hardware, software and comms:
- Manage the relationship with repair partner (one touch) and disposal partner (CPR)
- Manage the procurement processes for hardware, the installation and allocation of hardware (e.g. printers, AV equipment, laptop, mobile devices, wifi infrastructure etc.) with the support of the Data Officer
- Manage the communications licenses with our comms partner (DRC)
- Oversee the MS license estate and allocation of MS software and our third party applications
- Contribute to planning and assist with the delivery of the IT roadmap
Data Protection and Management
- Manage data compliance in accordance with relevant legislation and regulations (GDPR), with support from the fractional data protection provider, Satswana
- Manage the relationship with Satswana (outsourced Data Protection Officer)
- Ensure Data Protection Impact Assessments are in place across the organisation
- Recording and reporting of routine data breaches, escalating if significant breach has occurred
Data Reporting (Services)
- Support with the provision of data to help monitor and evaluate all services in line with ambitions
- Collaborate with line manage on bespoke data requests
- Support the organisation in ensuring data integrity of reports
- Manage the monthly reporting templates (Mindworks outputs, Data Protection Impact Assessments, Internal outputs and Internal outcomes)
- Manage the quarterly reporting templates (Mindworks outcomes, Innovations Grant, Youth Support Practitioners end of term reporting, Fundraising Strategic reports, data for exec report and data for bespoke reporting requests)
- Responsible for reviewing and recommending changes to the Data Protection Policy
Fire, Health and Safety
- Responsible for fire, health and safety management and standards across the whole organisation, supported by a specialist organisation (Croner)
- Responsible for managing the Health and Safety relationships with the outsourced provider (Croner)
- Responsibilities include but aren’t limited to:
- Fire, Health and Safety Policy
- Ensuring Fire Health and safety procedures in place for the Fullbrook site
- Monitoring and where possible ensure the organisation is implementing the relevant policies, procedures and associated forms across the organisation for Fire, Health and Safety
- Raising Fire, Health and Safety risks and working collaboratively with Leadership to put in place measures to mitigate against them
Facilities
- Manage the facilities at Fullbrook, including the provision of reception roles and responsibilities, office and garden maintenance and support to onsite teams, interior and exterior décor – including noticeboards
- This includes line management of your team and dotted line supervision for garden club volunteers for garden maintenance; this includes managing the relationship with the gardening contractor
- Overseeing annual compliance checks. e.g Pat Testing; Smoke alarms; air conditioning units
- Managing the relationship with the outsourced cleaning contractor (Minster Cleaning Services)
- Responsible for reception cover. From time to time it may be necessary for you to support in filling gaps in reception cover. i.e. sickness/holidays/absence
- In collaboration with colleagues continuously improve the facilities space, always focusing on the service users and underpinned by a strong ethos of equality diversity and inclusion, wellbeing and safeguarding
- Responsible for coordinating scheduled and unscheduled site maintenance
- Review, with oversight from appointed Trustee, our organisational insurance; ensure it is fit for purpose, renewed in a timely manner and manage the relationship with our Brookers WRS
