We now have a permanent opportunity for a Senior Cloud Administrator to provide 3rd level project and helpdesk support, acting as an escalation point for the support team. This opportunity is integral to providing consistent IT support across all three of our centres.
In this role you will ensure our internal physical and virtual server and network is maintained for 7 day a week operation. Your focus will be on infrastructure, and you will work across all six of our business applications. This offers you diversity in your work and the opportunity to work on technically complex challenges.
Joining a team of 10, you will be collectively supporting a user basis of around 700. The support requests will invite you to use your entire skill set and provide opportunities for continued development.

The Opportunity
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a reliable, conscientious and self-motivated individual to join our Management Information (MI) team in the role of MI Support Officer. Our MI team has a strong reputation in all areas of data management.
Inspire provides a full MI service to the nine local authorities that make up the London East sub-region and we work in close partnership with wider London local authorities, career companies and other national partners to support the needs of young people through the intelligent use of management information. We have a reputation for providing insightful and informative data analysis to meet local and national requirements, always ensuring the highest standards of data integrity and security.
Key responsibilities of the MI support officer include:
- Support the delivery of MI and data services to local authorities in East London.
- Provision of a management information helpline service to all stakeholders and service users.
- Support database administration and maintenance.
- Run database queries and reports to extract and collate data.
- Accurately process large datasets using a range of data management tools.
- Support the production and publication of a range of reports.
- Completion of regular data quality monitoring tasks to support the accuracy of data submissions and reporting.

What we want from you
We're on the lookout for a Data Insight Analyst who's ready to dive deep into the world of data-driven decision-making.
If you're someone who gets a kick out of using data to tackle real-world challenges and shape organisational strategy, then you might just be the perfect fit for our team. You'll need to be comfortable working with large datasets, flexing your data mining and customer profiling muscles.
Experience-wise, we're looking for someone who's no stranger to analytics software like Tableau, Faststats, or similar tools. When it comes to databases, you should be fluent in SQL and have an ability to optimise the use of data from across various sources.
First-hand experience with CRM systems such as Raiser’s Edge would be advantageous, especially in the charity sector, and if you're curious about data science or even have experience in this area, even better.
Apart from excellent analytical skills, you’ll have an inquisitive mind and love solving problems. We are looking for a strong communicator, confident at delivering your analysis outcomes whether that’s to a room of colleagues or chatting with stakeholders, your ability to convey complex insights in a clear and compelling way will be highly valued.

Are you an experienced manager with a passion for delivering high quality services to people with learning disabilities? If so, you may be just the person we are looking for to take lead on developing and moving forward our brand-new flagship supported living service in Brent!
This is an excellent opportunity to truly make a role your own and get involved in the project from the start, which will be supporting 10 adults with mild/moderate to severe learning disabilities, as well as additional mental and physical health needs.
You will play a pivotal ambassadorial role, spearheading Centre’s 404 service expansion into the London Brough of Brent and bringing our expertise, vision and values to families in need.
This varied and dynamic role will lead on the set up, coordination and provision of excellent person-centred care and support to service users, enabling them to live independently in their home and be supported in all aspects of day-to-day living. As Project Manager, you will oversee the development and implementation of care plans designed to provide meaningful choice and a range of activities and support to meet individual needs. You will also contribute to the development of the team and be responsible for encouraging a culture based on respect and dignity for those in need of care and support, providing supervision and clear management to a team of support workers.
The ideal candidate will have experience of leading and coaching a team supporting people with learning disabilities or another vulnerable client group. Experience of supporting people with high and complex support needs would be an advantage. In return, we offer a supportive environment in which people are encouraged to develop their skills, as part of a well-established and experienced team of managers.

We are seeking a Programme Officer to join our Work Experience Team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an organised, enthusiastic and confident individual to join us in a role which has responsibility for ensuring suitable and safe work experience placements are sourced, managed and available for students. Our Work Experience programme provides a taster of the ‘World of Work’ helping to raise career aspirations and support academic progression. Our team work with local and central London employers and education providers and provide placements for over 5,000 young people each academic year.
Key Responsibilities of the role include:
- To secure, update and manage work experience placements.
- To handle telephone enquiries about the work experience programme, communicating with teachers, employers, parents and schools.
- To be a key point of contact for schools/educational establishments managing and overseeing the work experience process.
- To produce information and provide support to the Head of Work Experience and other team members.
- Completing one-to-one interviews with students with additional needs to ensure suitable placements are secured.
