The Role

As our Fundraising Manager, you will be both strategic and hands-on, leading income growth while helping us nurture and evolve our overall approach to fundraising.

We’re recruiting an Infrastructure Systems Manager for a not-for-profit organisation undergoing a major shift from legacy on-premise systems to a modern, cloud-first environment. This role is ideal for a strong IT Officer or 3rd line engineer with hands-on project experience who is ready to step up. You’ll lead technical work across Azure adoption, cloud migrations, legacy decommissioning and internal system improvement.

• Support and manage Microsoft-based infrastructure across on-prem and cloud.

The Role

We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Operations & Systems Manager to play a central role in ensuring Global Dialogue’s operations run smoothly and effectively. You’ll collaborate closely with the Chief Operating Officer, core operational team, and the hosted and incubated programmes to provide a trusted, responsive operational service that enables programmes to focus on their mission. About the role

This critical role leads our Service Desk in delivering responsive, high-impact second and third-line support across our core systems, applications and hardware. 

You'll champion clear, consistent processes that empower Helpdesk Analysts to resolve more issues at first contact, building a culture of continuous learning, collaboration and shared problem-solving. Acting as a senior escalation point for complex technical challenges, you’ll drive improvements to system stability, service quality and user satisfaction, while ensuring colleagues from around the world (including those working in French or Spanish) receive timely, thoughtful and effective support. 

At its heart, this role shapes a support function that is proactive, knowledgeable, and always focused on maximising organisational impact.

About you

You'll bring strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Windows environments and enterprise-level administration, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex, multi-system issues at second-line level and beyond. With well-developed communication skills, you're confident supporting colleagues at all levels and are comfortable working within ITIL-aligned service management practices.

You'll have experience leading or guiding technical teams, ideally across multiple locations, and a deep understanding of modern Microsoft technologies, service desk tools, and the realities of providing dependable support in a busy environment.

Knowledge of ITIL, Microsoft 365 administration, infrastructure fundamentals or IT project methods would be a bonus, as would experience supporting teams in development or international settings.

The London Survivors Collective is comprised of seven organisations (The four London Rape Crisis Centres, Galop, Survivors UK, and Respond) working together to provide comprehensive support to victim/survivors of sexual violence across London. Our alliance model enables us to draw on each member’s expertise and provide all victims/survivors with the specific care that is tailored to their needs.

Services are tailored for women, men, non-binary, LGBTQ+, disabled, neurodiverse victim/survivors addressing intersectional and unique needs. North London Rape Crisis at Solace supports women and girls, transwomen, and non-binary people aged 11+ who have experienced sexual violence at any point in their lives.

About the Role

This is an exciting time to join Solace and North London Rape Crisis. The Helpline Team Manager will provide effective leadership and management of NLRC Helpline service. They will work to ensure that callers into the Helpline receive a high quality, psychologically informed service. The Helpline Team Manager will oversee a team of skilled volunteers and ensure the helpline is a fully staffed, efficient, and supportive service.

They will provide direct line management to an administrator and recruit, train and manage Helpline volunteers to ensure that services are facilitated efficiently and in line with trauma informed practice.

You will support the development of the Helpline service by working in partnership with local services and organisations to ensure survivors are aware of the helpline offer. You will be ensuring diversity and equity is at the centre of the service and service delivery, and that the service continues to be responsive to, and meet the needs of all survivors in a trauma-informed, anti-oppressive way.

About You

Successful applicants will have knowledge of sexual violence and its impact on victim/survivors. You will have strong time management and organisational skills, excellent collaborative working skills and knowledge of the rights for survivors of sexual violence. You will also be empathetic and work from a psychologically-informed framework. It is essential that you have experience of using Office Excel and the ability to use an online case management system. You will also have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Role Overview

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and delivering the day-to-day operations of the Schools Consent Project across England and Wales. In particular, this involves booking and coordinating the delivery of workshops across all educational settings; acting as the first point of contact for legal queries, feedback and safeguarding issues from volunteers and service users; and fostering strong relationships with our schools and partner firms.
