As Project Manager, you will oversee the development and implementation of care plans designed to provide meaningful choice and a range of activities and support to meet individual needs. You will also contribute to the development of the team and be responsible for encouraging a culture based on respect and dignity for those in need of care and support, providing supervision and clear management to a team of support workers.
The ideal candidate will have experience of leading and coaching a team supporting people with learning disabilities or another vulnerable client group. Experience of supporting people with high and complex support needs would be an advantage. - To visit services and complete installations, repair, maintenance, reviews and collection of Technology Enabled Care (TEC) equipment, with new and existing service users throughout Norwood’s services in North London, Redbridge and Berkshire.

About the Role
As an Applications Manager, you will play a critical role in managing MSI applications which are underpinned by Microsoft Dynamics technology. Your role is multi fascinated: primary, to enhance and optimize client interactions from the outset, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience. You will play a key role to support our commercial sales strategy with Dynamics Sales and power apps, streamlining our operations and driving sales growth. We are seeking an organised, proactive and diligent Membership and Engagement Coordinator to lead on the administrative support for our members and the wider Engagement team. The post holder will be responsible for providing a seamless experience for members wanting to join the ESU or for those renewing their membership. The Membership and Engagement Coordinator will be responsible for developing relationships with members and branch chairs, finding ways to involve members in the work of the ESU and maintaining oversight of the organisation’s CRM.
