The Open Wing Alliance (OWA), a program of The Humane League, is a global coalition of approximately 90 animal protection organizations across 70+ countries united in a common goal: to end the abuse of chickens worldwide. For the past several years, we have focused our efforts on eliminating cages from the egg industry by securing cage-free policies from major retailers, restaurants, and manufacturers. OWA groups share tactics and resources to secure as many wins for animals as possible, specializing in institutional campaigning that can be tailored to our members’ unique circumstances and challenges.
As Temporary Global Campaigns Coordinator, you will be part of a team responsible for researching, coordinating, and launching hard-hitting global corporate animal welfare campaigns against major multinational companies. These campaigns involve collaboration and coordination with animal protection organizations around the world and directly contribute to The Humane League’s org-wide goal of ending the abuse of animals raised for food by securing global cage-free policies that significantly improve the lives of millions of egg-laying hens.
As a campaigner, you’ll have the opportunity to develop knowledge of our targets, our primary campaign strategies, and the tools we will use to win. You will assist with the execution of tactics spanning email, social media, advertisements, and other digital spaces, and you’ll also help the team leverage our digital action platform by setting up digital actions with a high degree of accuracy. The ideal candidate will bring determination, creativity, and a collaborative mindset. This position reports directly to the Associate Director of Global Campaigns.
This is a temporary, full-time, remote position, beginning in January 2026 and ending in December 2026. The duration may be extended or shortened at The Humane League’s discretion. The temporary hire will provide coverage while a permanent staff member is on leave. This position provides the opportunity for optional domestic and international travel, equivalent to 2 or more trips per year.
This position can be based in the United States, Canada, Ireland, Portugal, the United Kingdom, Austria, Czechia, Denmark, Hungary, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Sweden, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, or Peru. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct research to help inform campaign strategies, tactics, project plans, and communications (including slogans and language). Gather and monitor contact information, data, and key details about target companies and their executives.

Support Global Corporate Campaigns Leads with the preparation and execution of campaign tactics in line with THL’s overarching strategy, including (but not limited to) email and social media actions, phone calls to corporate employees, petitions, and advertisements. Assist in planning the schedule of campaign tactics and developing campaign materials, including website content, videos, petitions, advertisements, social media actions, and literature language.

Collaborate with internal teams at THL and external stakeholders in the OWA to align on goals and debrief on the progress of our campaigns.

Work closely with other members of the Global Campaigns team to plan, design, and monitor impactful digital actions that will advance our cage-free work and secure victories in global campaigns.

Assist with setup of digital actions within the OWA’s internal platforms for action taking and supporter building. Coordinate with campaigners, OWA groups, and IT teams as needed.

Support Global Corporate Campaigns Leads in coordinating and motivating OWA members across 90+ organizations to take action.

We’re looking for a Senior Face to Face (F2F) Fundraising Manager to join our Face to Face Fundraising team. This is a fantastic opportunity within the RNLI to play a vital role in developing and growing the RNLI in-house F2F Fundraising team to reach the ambitious targets we have ahead. This role manages a team of F2F Managers who each lead a team of F2F fundraisers signing up regular supporters within a defined geographical area and raise vital long-term funding for the charity, as well as delivering lifesaving water safety messaging. The role is part of the F2F Senior Management Team, supporting the team’s development through leading projects that drive forwards team performance.
Your role
As a Senior F2F Fundraising Manager, you will be tasked with focus on the following areas:
- Recruit, train and manage a geographically diverse group of direct reports. Develop and motivate direct reports to deliver key messages, campaigns and products within the F2F strategy.
- As a senior manager in the F2F fundraising team (200+ staff), continue to develop and maintain a positive high-performing culture to ensure the team are performing at their best and developing. Drive continuous improvement across all KPIs.
- Construct and monitor financial and performance reports to ensure budget & KPIs are met, reforecasting where necessary.
- Develop a positive safety culture by identifying and managing risks to health and safety and safeguarding.
- Oversee compliance & complaints to ensure RNLI F2F fundraising adheres to best practice.
- Lead the delivery of selected team projects from initiation to completion, working with colleagues both within the F2F team and the wider organisation to provide the plans, processes and tools needed for the team to achieve their objectives. About you

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A SURVIVOR PARTICIPATION OFFICER
The National Safeguarding Team provides professional safeguarding advice to the Church of England on matters of national policy as part of its wider transformation plan, which includes the development and implementation of national policy, training, quality assurance and audit, and work with survivors. The National Safeguarding Team also leads complex casework and supports dioceses in their safeguarding of children and adults.
An investigation by the Independent Inquiry Child Sexual Abuse conducted in 2019 has highlighted some areas for improvement in the Church of England Safeguarding Structure and Practices. This investigation reviewed the extent to which the Church of England and the Church in Wales protected children from sexual abuse in the past. It also examined the effectiveness of current safeguarding arrangements. A public hearing on these specific areas was held in 2019. The report, published in 2020, also drew on the previous two case studies on the Anglican Church, which related to the Diocese of Chichester and Peter Ball. In addition to recommendations made in the case studies, IICSA made eight recommendations in this report, covering areas such as clergy discipline, information-sharing and support for victims and survivors.
The Redress Scheme project is part of the Church of England's Safeguarding Programme, which activates the recommendations of the Independent Inquiry Child Sexual Abuse's Anglican report (IICSA), and aims to embed structure, quality assurance and continuous improvement in line with its Safeguarding principles. Following the Church of England's recent approval of a comprehensive redress scheme for survivors of Church-related abuse, the project is now moving into the implementation phase, and we are looking for a new member of the team to help us prepare for the opening of the Scheme.
To assist this project, there is a requirement for a Survivor Participation Officer to be performed by a specialist with relevant experience and expertise. The role will be primarily focused on supporting the victims and survivors participating in the various workstreams and activities of the Redress Scheme project.
The terms 'survivor' and 'victim' are labels and carry limitations. Neither word captures all personal experiences, and people have the right to describe their experiences in a way which is most comfortable and appropriate to them. We use these words to refer to individuals who have been subject to abuse (House of Bishops Glossary Reference Guide 2017:12) and the term 'survivor participation' to describe the activities and moments when victims and survivors are taking part and volunteering in safeguarding changes and developments.
The Survivor Participation Officer will play a crucial role in supporting the work of the Redress Scheme project within the National Safeguarding Team (NST), taking responsibility for enabling and supporting victims and survivors to participate in different workstreams and activities of the project.

The postholder will serve as the main point of contact for victims and survivors who will be participating in the Redress Scheme project. They will also develop and manage safe, trauma-informed, and inclusive survivor participation activities and events and facilitate meetings and activities to gather insights and invite participation from a wide range of survivors.
They will also work with other NCI departments involving, for example HR & Payroll, as well as Safeguarding Bishops and Safeguarding teams of the Church of England in support to the mission of the Church of England and this projects in particular.
The postholder must have exceptional empathy, compassion and understanding for the personal experience of victims and survivors who have experienced abuse, particularly (but not exclusively) within the context of faith settings, including the Church of England or other denominations or traditions.
The postholder must have demonstrable experience of building relationships of trust and rapport with individuals who have lived experiences of abuse. They must be able to demonstrate that they have consistently used trauma-informed principles and ways of working in their work. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Extensive data protection and privacy experience.
- Extensive knowledge of UK and EU Data Protection and Information Security principles, as well as best practice.
- Experience undertaking data protection impact assessments (DPIAs), legitimate interest balance tests and reviewing privacy contractual clauses.
- Experience providing pragmatic advice to stakeholders on data protection issues.
- Solutions focused mindset.
- Strong stakeholder management, with the ability to communicate complex data protection information to different audiences.
- High accuracy and attention to detail.
Experience in the charity sector or an understanding of fundraising is highly beneficial for this role.
