This is an exciting and varied role within our Individual Giving and Communications team, playing a critical role in developing and sustaining our income from email marketing and other digital channels, in support of our vital work.

Background Information and Purpose of Post

As part of our ambitious plans in the UK, we aim to achieve significant growth in private fundraising. This post is a pivotal role enabling HI UK to maximise our income from email marketing and other digital channels.

You will support the IGC Team Manager and Fundraising Manager to deliver HI UK’s individual giving strategy by developing and running our digital fundraising activities.

The purpose of the post is to:

· Focus on increasing overall digital fundraising income year on year.

· Lead the development of HI UK’s digital fundraising activities, focusing on email marketing and paid advertising while testing and developing new income streams.

· Maximise engagement, conversion, retention and giving levels of digital supporters.

· Produce engaging content for use across digital channels.

· Monitor, analyse and report on key performance indicators to evaluate digital marketing.

· Ensure that our donors and supporters are at the heart of everything we do and provide them with a first-class experience.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Email marketing

· Create high-quality, timely and inspiring emails for HI UK’s donors and supporters every week, to increase income and engagement.

· Develop and launch multichannel emergency fundraising appeals at short notice to maximise fundraising income and supporter awareness.

· Develop and maintain email marketing automation programmes to improve supporter experience.

Paid media

· Work with our digital agency to optimise the ROI of our Search Engine Advertising (SEA) on Google and Bing.

· Develop and test new Social Media Advertising campaigns to support fundraising objectives.

· Develop and test new paid media activities to enhance fundraising campaigns.

· Develop and implement multichannel digital fundraising campaigns, working with the Fundraising Manager.

Content creation and website

· Design and produce creative content including video and images for use across digital fundraising and supporter engagement activities.

· Increase the impact of our organic social media content, particularly on Instagram and TikTok.

· Improve the HI UK website as a tool for fundraising and supporter engagement, focusing on the creation and development of appeal landing pages, donation forms, and supporter actions.

· Increase volume and quality of organic traffic to HI UK’s website through Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).

Cross cutting

· Maintain detailed reporting on key performance indicators for digital marketing, to evaluate performance, make improvements and identify tests.

· Test and improve key supporter journeys across HI UK’s digital channels to increase income, conversion rate and engagement.

· Increase the integration of HI UK’s existing digital tools and databases through automation.

· Work collaboratively with colleagues in the IGC team to improve digital activities in their areas of responsibility, including legacy fundraising, acquisition, loyalty, supporter care, and media outreach.

Other responsibilities

· Maintain a positive working relationship with the marketing teams in HI Federation and National Associations, participating in digital working groups and feeding into digital transformation projects as required.

· Ensure HI brand guidelines and organisational values are respected in all digital marketing activities.

· Manage relationships with relevant suppliers and consultants.

· Represent the organisation at relevant external events and meetings.

· Keep up to date and adhere with any changes in legislation, regulatory procedures, innovation, best practice and industry standards in relation to digital fundraising.

· Any other activities commensurate with the level of the post, as may be required.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Support Coach to join our new Independent Approved Premises (IAP) covering the night shift on a rolling rota. You will play a key role in supporting our residents who have left prison and are based within a residential setting to reintegrate into the community. You will develop and engage with our residents to produce tailored support plans which support their individual needs in successful rehabilitation and reintegration within the community. You will identify their needs, goals and skills, and then support and motivate them to achieve their potential. The service holds a strong focus on public protection and effective risk management.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of residents and participants at all times
• Engaging with residents throughout the night, ensuring they are adhering to their license conditions. This may include planning activities to engage with them such as movie nights, games nights, and other activities applicable

Role Purpose:

The Clinical Director will provide strategic clinical leadership to the Restraint Reduction Network, ensuring that all initiatives, standards, and practices align with evidence-based approaches, human rights principles, and the goal of reducing restrictive practices across education health and social care settings. This role will champion best practice, influence policy, and support the implementation of RRN Training Standards nationally and internationally.

Role Summary

· To be the clinical lead for RRN including leading our work supporting providers to improve via the six core strategies.

· To provide clinical leadership for the RRN  Partners Programme through acting as lead RRN consultant and delivering programmes.

You will support with various aspects within the service, with a focus on providing social contact and company to help enhance quality of life, personal safety, health and security, sustainment of tenancy and improving financial independence. You will support our residents to gain the relevant skills and knowledge to gain greater independence, supporting them back into the community. 

You will be at the forefront of delivering a trauma-informed, person-centred service, supporting individuals through rehabilitation, reablement, and resettlement. This includes assisting with engagement activities, developing support plans, and providing access to appropriate interventions to help residents move towards independence.

BIAS is a leading local Irish charity which has supported England’s largest community in Brent for over 45 years. We deliver our support across London through our welfare advice drop-in service, our active ageing clubs and our Be-a-Friend volunteer scheme. This is an exciting new role in which you will proactively generate and grow fundraising income across all fundraising streams to enable us to continue supporting the most vulnerable members of the Irish community. You will support our fundraising strategy by contributing to digital communications and creative content across all channels, in cooperation with project delivery teams. The role will play a central part in raising awareness and growing supporter engagement through digital  campaigns, donor events, individual giving initiatives and the development of relationships with local businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver BIAS’s community fundraising strategy.
• Develop and implement a varied portfolio of events, community fundraising activities and campaigns, all of which reflect the spirit of BIAS.
• Explore marketing opportunities to raise the profile of the charity.
• Ensure relevant processes are in place to deliver successful, profitable community fundraising activities.
• Oversee the management of fundraising systems and platforms in order to create the best possible experience for donors and participants.
• Develop a robust supporter journey for community fundraisers which leaves them with an excellent experience and generates a long-term relationship with BIAS.

To achieve these objectives, the post holder will be expected to:

• Plan, budget, coordinate and attend an annual community fundraising and events calendar with set objectives, budgets and KPIs for each activity.
• Regularly review the performance of fundraising activities/events, making  recommendations for improvement.
• Build and maintain a variety of community relationships across varying stakeholders.
• Explore and coordinate fundraising opportunities such as online donation platforms, auction platforms and text-to- donate services.
• Work with colleagues to ensure that all events are adequately supported with staff, volunteers and post-event debriefs.
• Ensure that all events and activities are compliant with the Code of Fundraising Practice, GDPR and internal policies.

This job description reflects the basic duties required of the Fundraising Manager. However, it is necessary for all staff to be flexible and you may be required from time to time to perform other reasonable duties which are required for the efficient running of the organisation. What we’re looking for…

• Experience of designing and delivering successful community fundraising events, campaigns and activities, preferably with a track record of at least two years.
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills, including budget and project management.

• Ability to keep calm under pressure and maintain a clear head, anticipating risks and problems.

You will support residents recently released from prison in a residential setting, helping them reintegrate into the community. You will work with residents to create tailored support plans, identify their needs, goals, and skills, and motivate them to reach their potential. You will encourage engagement in activities and the community, provide tools for life skills, and ensure effective risk management with a strong focus on public protection.

Key Responsibilities include:

About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Peer Support Mentor to join our team based in RBKC to support our residents who have multiple and complex needs which could include mental health, substance use, homelessness, and/or offending backgrounds. You will support in providing our residents with the support needed to help them overcome their personal barriers, and achieve their goals in a person centred approach. You will work within a residential setting, creating a safe and comfortable space which our residents can call their homes during their time within the service. The role includes:

Some key responsibilities include:

• Supporting residents with daily tasks
• Placing residents needs at the centre of all support provided and using trauma informed practice to guide care and support.
• Drawing on your own lived experience (such as substance misuse, offending, homelessness, or other relevant experiences) to support and relate to residents with multiple and complex needs.
• Plan and deliver activities within the Complex Needs Hub working with the activities team, including monthly activities with risk assessments and adjustments for clients.
• Holding a caseload, conducting key work sessions which are personable to their needs
• Carry out regular welfare checks, safeguarding checks, and general living checks
• Encourage residents to take part in activities and events
• Keep support plans up to date on a regular basis
• Work closely with the rest of the team to provide overall excellent service delivery, this may mean also supporting with their caseloads, and other tasks as necessary
• Carry out general housing management support

We're looking for a compassionate and driven Service Manager to join our residential service based in Havering. This role supports residents in temporary housing who are facing challenges with substance use. As a Service Manager, you’ll lead a dedicated team, making sure we deliver high quality support, performance and improvements across our service whilst representing values of the organisation. You'll play a hands on role in supporting individuals facing addiction, homelessness, and complex needs guiding them towards stability, independence, and brighter futures.

The service focuses on providing a 24 hour, 25 bed accommodation service to residents who are deemed to be high risk. They support those who are experiencing homelessness. All admissions are jointly agreed, and placements reviewed at a weekly Complex Needs Panel chaired by the local authority. Residents are agreed on the basis that they are:

• Overseeing support related to substance misuse, ensuring effective interventions and pathways for service users
• Line Management and Leadership, supporting your team providing advice, guidance and support throughout their employment lifecycle
