Sutton Night Watch is a registered charity which was set up to support and raise awareness for the homeless people within the London Borough of Sutton and surrounding areas.

Over the past 10 years, with the support of local business, the local community and fundraising efforts, we have been able to grow and expand into our own, permanent base in December 2019.  From here we are able to not only provide the essentials such as food, showers and clothing supplies, but we are able to also offer our service users a range of health services, benefit advice, wellbeing and educational based courses, clothes, washing facilities and most importantly, a place where people are seen, heard and understood. We also support people to find secure accommodation. In the past 3 months we have found homes for 13 people.

Job Purpose:

The Fundraising Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing fundraising strategies to secure financial support for the organization.

Our annual fundraising target is set at c250k (cash income) plus additional targets for in-kind donations, preloved donations and donated services. These support the growth and sustainability of our operations, ensuring we can continue to provide essential items and services to local people experiencing homelessness.

This role involves managing donor relationships, coordinating fundraising campaigns, organizing events, and ensuring income targets are met to sustain and grow the charity’s mission.

Key Responsibilities:

Fundraising Strategy & Planning

• Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy across individual giving, corporate partnerships, grants, trusts, community fundraising, and events.
• Set annual income targets and monitor performance against goals.
• Identify new opportunities for sustainable income generation.

Donor & Stakeholder Management

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with donors, corporate partners, and sponsors.

IA is offering an exciting opportunity for a compassionate and experienced Stoma and Pouch Care Specialist Nurse to help us lead and develop our strategic clinical support services to people living with an ileostomy or an internal pouch.

The successful applicant will have been in a similar role for at least 12 months as an experienced Stoma/Pouch Specialist Nurse and qualified to at least (NHS) Band level 6. As someone who is passionate about helping people who have been through, or are considering life-changing surgery, your empathetic approach, high standards and professionalism together with your excellent clinical knowledge and experience will put the patient at the heart of everything that you do.

In addition to direct support through one of our many communications channels, your clinical experience will help us to further our charitable aims, developing additional strategic services supported by our team of staff, trustees and volunteers, many of whom have been through life changing surgery themselves.

As someone who is flexible in their approach and is prepared to think outside of the box, each day will offer a different challenge. Whether you are representing IA at external meetings, on various multi-disciplinary committees or advocating for improvements in products and services available to people living with a stoma and internal pouch, your strong voice and stakeholder management skills will represent both the charity and the voice of the patient.

As a hybrid role, the successful applicant is expected to be a self-starter with drive and determination to help us to grow our services and develop our patient support model. FearFree delivers services across the Southwest for victims, children and perpetrators of domestic abuse, sexual violence and stalking with the aim to break the cycle of abuse and support all to live free from fear. We provide trauma responsive support, and this post will be fundamental to ensuring service users, stakeholders and partners experience this in our daily delivery.

Our compassionate and dynamic Group Facilitators provide the ‘beating heart’ of support within our multi-disciplinary teams working with individuals of all ages affected by domestic abuse, including those with harmful behaviours, and sexual violence.

This varied and rewarding role involves delivering trauma-informed groupwork and limited one-to-one support across a range of programmes, including:

• Empowerment and recovery groups for those who have experienced domestic or sexual abuse.

Peer Mentoring and Survivor Involvement

Through regular supervision, reflective practice, and wellbeing initiatives, you will promote resilience and mental health, enabling staff to deliver high-quality, trauma-informed support to survivors of domestic abuse.

You will support teams to deliver consistently excellent support to people using our services, ensuring contract compliance, and drive continuous improvement and innovation in a changing landscape.

Our adult adoption support service works primarily with adopted adults and birth families. Adopted adults can access their records and receive an intermediary service and be supported through a reunion. Insights and Impact Manager £41,738 

The Role 

Are you passionate about putting girls' voices at the heart of programme design? We're looking for a collaborative and data-informed Insights and Impact Manager to bring research, evidence and learning into our work at GFS. You'll design and lead monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL) across all programmes, build systems to gather insight from girls and young women, and ensure their experiences directly shape our delivery and strategy.

Duties & Responsibilities

Lead and develop the finance team, ensuring effective management of budgets, forecasting, payroll, and statutory reporting.

Oversee financial governance and controls, ensuring compliance with charity and company legislation.

Manage the annual audit process and liaise with external auditors.

We are recruiting for Community Fundraising Lead to recruit and support volunteers to fundraise and deliver income growth; balancing the need to be hands-on and actively fundraise with developing fundraising initiatives for the long-term. Working with both the Marketing and Income Generation teams, there will be opportunities to collaborate on projects and develop leads for support to maximise on fundraising activities and donor acquisition.

Life is a UK charity for vulnerable women and families facing unexpected pregnancy or pregnancy loss. About You

Reporting to the Head of Fundraising, the postholder will be ambitious and proactive, supporting in the creation of new relationships and looking for ways to promote the charity in various local settings. • Manage the operations of the charity’s youth programmes in London including our two Choices & Consequences exhibition sites, Youth Ambassador Programme and other projects.
• Deliver inspiring, high-quality workshops and help train others by modelling best practice and supporting their development
• Work closely with the team to maintain consistently high standards across all our programmes, playing a key role in quality assurance and continuous improvement.
• Take the lead on specific projects as needed, helping us grow and evolve our youth work in line with our mission.

Programme Development

• Assist with the review, shaping and strengthening our youth programmes by using insights from young people and service user feedback to inform ongoing development and improvement.
