The role:
The CRM Systems Manager champions and enables long-term customer engagement through the management and continued development of our CRM systems, primarily Tessitura. Working closely with the Head of Digital and Data, you will lead the Globe’s use of Tessitura and the wider integrated ecosystem, ensuring it is optimised for the organisation’s business needs.

The skills:
We’re looking for someone with hands-on experience supporting CRM and ticketing systems, ideally Tessitura, who can help us develop how we use the system to deliver our strategic objectives and audience goals.
You’ll be confident writing SQL queries, using reporting tools like SSRS and exploring new technologies to extend our capabilities. Alongside this, you’ll be able to translate these technical ideas into plain language and deliver training that builds confidence and capability.
You’ll bring business analysis and problems solving skills to develop and deliver smart solutions and you’ll be able to quickly build strong relationships across teams to ensure everyone makes the most of our systems.

Job Summary
The Advocacy and Campaigns Manager will play a crucial role in shaping and delivering Put Children First, the advocacy and campaigning initiative of Alder Hey Children’s Charity. The post holder will be responsible for influencing decision-makers, engaging stakeholders, and leading impactful campaigns to ensure children’s health and wellbeing are prioritised in public policy.
This role requires a strategic thinker with strong public affairs expertise, policy understanding, and excellent communication skills. The campaign is child led and will involve working with children to raise their voice. The post holder will also work with politicians, policymakers, clinicians and internal stakeholders, partner organisations, and the public to advocate for change, ensuring that Alder Hey Children’s Charity is a leading voice in children’s health policy and advocacy. Main Duties/Tasks
Advocacy & Campaigning Strategy

Work with the Head of Marketing & Communications to develop and deliver a proactive and inclusive advocacy and campaigning strategy to drive meaningful policy change that benefits children’s health.

Identify and respond to policy developments, advising on how Alder Hey Children’s Charity can influence key decision-makers and stakeholders.

Lead campaign planning and execution, ensuring activities engage supporters, stakeholders, and policymakers effectively.

ABOUT THE ROLE
This role builds on the work of our Feminist Green New Deal project. The Feminist Green New Deal puts the needs and priorities of women, racialised and marginalised groups at the heart of all climate policy and action and advocates for a care-led green recovery from our multiple crises of climate breakdown and inequality. The role will continue to develop our Feminist Green New Deal work engaging new audiences, stakeholders and writing new policy papers.
As a Feminist Climate Justice Policy Campaigner you will make connections with policy makers, government departments, NGOs and influencers, bringing an intersectional feminist lens to these spaces. You will need to keep up to speed with UK climate policies and how these impact women.
Wen works at the grassroots and policy level ensuring that grassroots perspectives are part of and shape climate policy making so a key part of the role will be linking these two levels. You will work closely with our Climate Sisters programme and the Tower Hamlets Food Partnership which inform our Feminist Green New Deal policy asks and campaigns, advocating for inclusive climate policy rooted in the priorities of women, particularly racialised and marginalised groups. We are looking to recruit a policy campaigner with in-depth knowledge of the policy systems and strategic thinking about how to advocate for feminist climate justice at local, regional and national level in the UK working in collaboration with others.

Bring an intersectional feminist climate justice lens to policy makers and debates with a focus on climate, health, food justice and environmental policies

Work collaboratively with Wen’s Climate Sisters team to make strong connections between the grassroots and policy, drafting and devising policy responses to influence government climate policy

About the role
As Digital Fundraising Executive, you will manage specific digital campaigns to drive supporter acquisition, engagement, retention and income. You will play an important role in ensuring we provide the best possible online experiences for supporters, and that our content and journeys are as effective and engaging as they can be.
Contract
This role is available full-time (35 hours per week, Monday – Friday) with some flexibility around hours worked, or part-time (at least 28 hours per week). You will work remotely or a hybrid of remote and working in our collaborative, modern office space in Haywards Heath, which is open Tuesday – Thursday and is a short train journey from Brighton, or a 45-minute train journey from London. Job summary
The Royal Society of Tropical Medicine and Hygiene (RSTMH) is a charity that supports members who work in, or are interested in, tropical medicine and global health.
In September 2028 it is hosting the International Congress for Tropical Medicine and Malaria (ICTMM) on behalf of the International Federation for Tropical Medicine (IFTM), in Liverpool, UK.
ICTMM 2028 expects to receive over 1,500 attendees, hopefully with over 40% coming from outside of Europe. It is an educational meeting with a high proportion of the content driven by abstracts. The event is being delivered by RSTMH with the support of a Professional Conference Organiser (PCO).
The ICTMM Events Manager has responsibility for coordinating the development and delivery of ICTMM 2028 at RSTMH, working with the RSTMH team, the PCO, the event venue ACC Liverpool, IFTM, and other suppliers. The individual would be based at RSTMH where the role would start on a part-time basis and move to be full-time 17 months before the event.
The role requires an able self-starter who understand the logistics and considerations of running a scientific, abstract-driven event of 1,500+ attendees, of working with a PCO and of educational events attended by a high number of international guests. There will be some travel to Liverpool and the role would require some overnight stays there before and during the event.
The candidate needs to have excellent event management and project management skills, communication and relationship building skills, and to be organised and flexible with a great attention to detail. They should be as comfortable developing an events strategy, as answering queries about tickets sales, and negotiating sponsorship. Alongside delivering the ICTMM meeting there are opportunities for partners to deliver events at the same venue, which are also the responsibility of the events manager.
The role will start as one day per week and then move to be full time as we approach the event. The current expected timings are
- Up until 31 March 2026 – 7 hours/1 day per week
- 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2027 – 21 hours/3 days per week
- 1 April 2027 to 30 September 2028 – 35 hours/ 5 days per week
Up to 1 April 2027 the role is purely office based, and there is flexibility to work the hours between Tuesday and Friday (not Mondays). The role has core hours of 10am-4pm so the working day needs to be within these hours.
The role may require work in the evenings or weekends and potential time staying in Liverpool.
Main responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive project plan for all aspects of ICTMM 2028, working with the PCO, and be responsible for ensuring all stakeholders meet deadlines leading up to the event
- Coordinate stakeholders working on ICTMM 2028, ensuring all are up to date with progress and relations run smoothly – including RSTMH, PCO, conference venue, IFTM, ICTMM Strategic, Sponsorship and Scientific Committees and other third parties

Hillside is looking for a part time Caseworker to join the Mental Health Recovery Team which supports Islington residents with:
- Person-centred, coproduced and trauma informed recovery-focused interventions.
- Promotes independence and self-management for members
- Delivers a wraparound service in partnership with local authority, statutory agencies and community partners.
- Ensures members ‘involvement in active volunteering and coproduced activities, service planning and reviews
Main responsibilities:
- Motivate, lead and encourage member participation at all levels of responsibility, working alongside members to complete tasks.
- To work as a member of Hillside Team to deliver outcomes for the Recovery Programme
- To keep systems and database up to date with members ‘information
- To provide information and support at a time of crisis to service users.
- To manage a caseload of complex adult client cases, providing client centred, practical and emotional support.
- To conduct risk assessments and deal with safeguarding concerns promptly and in line with Safeguarding protocols and procedures.
- To offer information and support to members regarding their mental health, and signposting to appropriate organisation for issues concerning housing, benefits and any legal matters
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
- Experience in direct support work with adults with mental health diagnosis or other vulnerable people including providing emotional and practical support (one year minimum)
- Excellent caseworker with good assessment, motivational and empowerment skills
- Experience of working cooperatively and effectively in a team
- PC literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Sensitivity to cultural differences and the ability to work in diverse settings and with people with diverse needs.
- Knowledge and skills to operate within a trauma-informed approach.
- Ability to provide non-judgemental, non-directive, person-centred and confidential support to members in crisis
- A clear understanding of safeguarding policies and procedures
- Ability to break down objectives/tasks to manageable components and maximise the potential for member participation
- Understanding of and commitment to the principles of social inclusion
- Understand and be able to implement the Equality Act and GDPR
- Deal with difficult and/or challenging situations as they arise to ensure members’ safety.

Other tasks
1. Act as designated key worker with responsibility for goal planning to a group of members
2. Participating with colleagues organise social programme activities for members
3. Monitor project progress against agreed outcomes and provide necessary reports to the Senior Management
4. Motivate, lead and encourage member participation and enable members to maximise potential for involvement in the Workday Programme
5. To work occasional out of hours work, on a rota basis if needed, in accordance with the needs of the programme.
