As Health & Wellbeing Coach Lead, you will oversee and support a small team of coaches, while also delivering personalised, one-to-one coaching yourself. Working closely with Primary Care colleagues and community partners, you’ll help design and deliver a person-centred, holistic programme that empowers people to manage their health and wellbeing more confidently and reduce reliance on clinical interventions.

The Role

You will play a key part in supporting the team with overseeing the delivery of all areas of building management, through our service partners and other supporting contractors. You will also be involved in the delivery of small and capital expenditure project works, and the TLS commitment to reaching NetZero by 2030.

You will liaise with key internal and external stakeholders including staff, and contractors, relating to the day-to-day running of our TLS property portfolio. You will also be expected to help raise the profile of the Facilities team, promoting our success and progress on key business objectives.

Merton Winter Night Shelter provides a much-needed emergency shelter for the homeless during the coldest winter months. We offer a warm, safe and respectful place, with a welcoming environment, providing hot food and professional support to those who would otherwise be on street. We offer an opportunity for guests to rest, recharge and be supported into a more sustainable and stable lifestyle. 

We are seeking a part time Project Assistant to work with the Project Coordinator, who leads the project on a permanent basis. Min 6hrs over 3 evenings per week and occasional management meetings outside of the shelter. This would be initially shadowing the Project Coordinator at the different shelter venues and then independently and unsupervised attending venues supporting venue convenors and their volunteers. The hours will include weekends and bank holidays.

Purpose of Job:

· Supporting the Project Coordinator in managing and coordinating the Night Shelter to ensure that all venues give a consistent service to all homeless persons accepted into the shelter, i.e., its guests.

· Standing in for the Project Coordinator in supporting shelter convenors and their volunteers on two evenings per week after initial induction.

· Assisting the Project Coordinator in providing advice and support to help each guest work through the challenges they are facing, recognising that homelessness is often a result of complex and multiple problems.

Responsibilities:

In close consultation with the Project Coordinator to:

· Liaise with the Host Venue Co-ordinators to ensure timely communication and information, particularly in maintaining the Shelter Log Book, to enable the smooth running of the shelter.

· Support guests who are using services for welfare, legal, debt, housing and other specialist issues, where necessary.

· Engage with vulnerable people in a sensitive, empathetic and professional manner.

· To assist in maintaining detailed case records ensuring all sensitive data is adequately protected and handled.

Key Responsibilities

• Use your knowledge of email excellence to bring surprise and delight to the inboxes of our supporters, contributing to the quality of their supporter experience across our 3 brands.

• Demonstrable experience planning and building emails based on data-driven decisions and overseeing delivery from planning to send.

Job purpose:

Working closely with our lawyers you will have a hands-on role in supporting Friends of the Earth’s campaigns. You will join meetings, conduct research, help to prepare legal documents, participate in our campaigning in action, and get to know what makes a campaigning environmental NGO tick. 

Possessing a degree in Law or equivalent qualification (i.e. law conversion course or joint law degree) with a 2:1 grade or above, you will have good knowledge of public, assimilated EU law, human rights, environmental and/or planning law and will have experience of undertaking detailed legal research and analysis.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Contract Manager to join our team in the South Region to lead on the delivery and development of advocacy contracts across VoiceAbility’s portfolio. This is a permanent role, working full time, 35 hours a week. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring our commissioned services meet and exceed expectations. You will be responsible for monitoring contract performance, analysing complex data, and ensuring compliance with KPIs, quality standards, and third sector funding requirements.

About you

We are looking for a skilled and experienced contract management professional with a strong understanding of third sector commissioning and service delivery. You will have a proven ability to manage and monitor complex contracts, ensuring compliance with service level agreements and funding conditions. You’ll be confident in building and maintaining relationships with commissioners, funders, and delivery partners.

You will be highly numerate, with excellent analytical skills and the ability to produce clear, insightful reports that demonstrate impact, value for money, and continuous improvement. You’ll be comfortable working with data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and will support operational teams to address underperformance and drive service excellence.

We are looking for someone who can balance the retention of existing contracts with a proactive approach to identifying and supporting new opportunities for growth and innovation in the third sector.

 How are staff supported to work remotely? 

VoiceAbility has a small number of offices. All Employees are homebased meetings will be held online as well as in person in the relevant community. 

When you need to travel for work, expenses will be paid (mileage or public transport costs).  

VoiceAbility offers the usual regular manager one to ones, Staff forums and communities of practice depending on role. Team meetings with a mix of virtual and in person approach.
