About the role

As Senior Caseworker, you will provide first and second-tier specialist advice and casework support on a range of welfare benefits issues. You will manage a caseload of complex cases and will take cases to the First-tier Tribunal. Issues we commonly advise on include PIP, LCWRA and Universal Credit.

You will also offer guidance to our Pro-bono Project volunteers on their appeals cases, review cases and submissions to ensure accuracy and quality, and deliver training to PBP project volunteers. You will contribute to the work of the policy team, sharing expertise, insights and evidence.

About you

You will have significant experience as a welfare rights advisor and possess in-depth knowledge of welfare benefits legislation, case law, and procedures, including challenges to decisions and representation at tribunals. You will have at least five years' experience delivering welfare benefits advice on a range of issues and have substantial experience of representing clients at the First-tier Tribunal. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and have a commitment to working with communities who are marginalised and underserved.

With a passion for helping people to overcome poverty, you will have the ability to interview, advise, and work with service users empathetically. You will have a commitment to working in an anti-poverty charity that sees Policy & Influencing and Advice work as complimentary and integrated components of its strategy to eradicate poverty. Identifying and highlighting social policy issues and trends arising out of your advice and casework you will help inform our policy influencing and campaigning.

The Role

We have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join us in the position of Data Analyst to work on a full-time basis, 37 hours per week. Alternatively, we will consider part-time hours on a job share basis.

As part of NEA’s Policy and Advocacy Directorate, you will work within our highly effective Insights and Impact team, as we focus on a decade of delivery that guarantees a fair energy future for all and ensures those on the lowest incomes and living in the least efficient homes receive the support needed to protect health and wellbeing.

The post holder will support National Energy Action in harnessing the power of data analysis and visualisation in the delivery of our charitable aims. They will form part of a process to embed a ‘data driven culture’ within the charity, enhancing our capability and capacity to:

Understand and evidence the needs of fuel poor households.

Develop and apply data insights to directly inform the management, development, and delivery of NEA services.

Effectively communicate our data insights to diverse audiences and through different mediums

Develop and apply data insights to inform and support our advocacy and policy-related campaigning.

Develop and apply data insights to inform and develop fundraising and partnership opportunities.

What you will need to succeed

You will have demonstrable and applied experience in a data analyst role and hold an appropriate qualification in a relevant subject. You will be familiar and confident in using data visualisation tools and programming languages to manipulate, analyse and present data.

A compelling communicator you will have the ability to translate complex data into easily digestible, accessible and actionable insights that can be easily understood by diverse stakeholders. The right candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and will build relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders. 

Finally, we are passionate about what we do, and we would like you to be too; you will be able to demonstrate an understanding of NEA’s mission to eradicate fuel poverty.

About the Assistant Accountant role

This role sits within our finance team, who provide financial control and support across all three entities of Coin Street: Coin Street Community Builders (CSCB), Coin Street Centre Trust (CSCT), and Coin Street Secondary Housing Co-Operative (CSS). As our new Assistant Accountant, you will focus on managing the daily banking process, ensuring transactions are accurately uploaded and maintained in the finance system to support smooth financial operations.

As our new Assistant Accountant, you will

• Manage daily banking tasks, including extracting statements and uploading transactions to finance systems and databases.
• Process and reconcile monthly credit card transactions, ensuring compliance with company policy. 
• Maintain financial data accuracy by reviewing VAT codes, reconciling balance sheet accounts, and closing outstanding purchase orders.  
• Prepare intarcompany journal entries.
• Support system improvements, including open banking integration, and assist in staff training to ensure adherence to financial procedures. 

To be successful you will need to demonstrate the following

• AAT Level 4 or part-CIMA qualification.
• Demonstrable experience in posting bank transactions. 
• Complete understanding of accruals and prepayments. 
• Experience using computerised accounting systems and proficiency in the use of MS Excel.

About the Youth Endowment Fund

We’re here to prevent children and young people becoming involved in violence. We do this by finding out what works and building a movement to put this knowledge into practice.

Last year, 244 people in England and Wales tragically died after being assaulted with a knife. Of these, 32 were children. Every child captured in these numbers is an important member of our community and society has a duty to protect them. Even when violence doesn’t strike directly, we know that the fear of violence has a terrible effect on children’s lives.

The Youth Endowment Fund exists to try and permanently change things. To succeed, we must build an exceptional body of knowledge about violence affecting young people and how we reduce it. This knowledge has to be both rigorous and highly relevant to those making decisions about how to support vulnerable young people. We need to find out what works and what doesn’t through evidence synthesis, data analysis and qualitative research into children’s lives. We need to convert this into highly accessible content on what works, how delivery organisations need to change their practice and how the systems they operate in need to be reformed. We then need to work with the right people that can make change happen, across systems, policies and practice, to have a real impact on reducing violence affecting children’s lives.

We can’t do this alone, we have to build and maintain brilliant partnerships across government, with other funders and with wider society. We are looking for an exceptional individual to lead on this work. We also need to have an eye for the future. Our present endowment must be spent down by April 2029. We need someone who can lead on planning for the future.

Key responsibilities

You ensure that we:

· Are ready for the future: Born with a ten-year endowment, the YEF has become the leading authoritative voice on how to reduce violence affecting children. We must spend down this endowment by April 2029, so need to start thinking about after this date. You will lead on ensuring we have a great plan for post 2029. You will spot the best opportunities, assess them and, over time, take them. This includes both building great external relationships and also ensuring there’s a clearly articulated, inspiring narrative – filled with facts, examples and case studies - of what has been delivered to date and what needs to happen between 2029 and 2039 to double down on our mission. To do this, you will orchestrate the expertise and knowledge of colleagues across the organisation – ensuring that what you need comes together perfectly.

· Build and maintain great relationships across government: We have an increasingly large number of relationships across government – providing advice and support on what works to prevent violence. You will be ready to offer advice to colleagues on those relationships where needed. You will build new relationships and maintain them where they are needed so we are ready for the future. You will be really well organised too ensuring that internal colleagues know which relationships they own and making sure that key regular meetings are in place. We have a simple process that tracks these relationships; you will make this process work well for us – with minimum bureaucracy and maximum effectiveness. You will also provide help and advice and coaching as YEF colleagues think through how best to get system changes to happen that will ultimately reduce violence.

· Build great relationships with other organisations that will be key to the future: As the lead organisation on reducing violence affecting young people, we increasingly receive and see a host of opportunities to partner with other organisations including funders on projects, co-funding and research. You will support this work – leading on relationships that are essential in making us ready for the future. You will spot the opportunity, build relationships, bring in other YEF colleagues, pull together key information, write brilliant documents where needed, win others over. In short, you will make great things happen.

As a senior member of staff in the organisation you also:

We are River Action

We are a small and agile campaigning organisation on a mission to rescue Britain's rivers from a toxic cocktail of agricultural, sewage and industrial pollution. We support community action, galvanise and mobilise public opinion, influence government policy, and call out destructive industrial practices to incentivise changes that end pollution. 

We are building a talented team of positive disrupters and community mobilisers to deliver our strategy to urgently protect and restore our rivers for the benefit of community and wildlife.

This role requires someone to have excellent writing skills and the ability to draft complex policy documents as well as top line arguments for wider communication. .

What you’ll be doing

As our Policy and Advocacy Manager, you will play a leading role in shaping and advancing River Action’s political and policy influence, working closely with the Head of Legal and Policy, Chief Executive and wider team to develop and execute an impactful policy and advocacy strategy.

River Action is the Co-Secretariat for the APPG on Water Pollution, offering our Policy and Advocacy Manager a unique opportunity to shape the policy direction for River Action and also to influence policy development across Parliament. 

You will also work closely with our public affairs agency who manage our daily Westminster activities. 

You will:

• Lead River Action’s policy and advocacy work on agricultural, sewage and industrial water pollution, with a focus on regulation, funding and legal frameworks. 

• Collaborate with River Action’s team and external partners to ensure our collective work is underpinned by robust and forward-thinking policy analysis and evidence.

• Develop policy analysis to support campaign, communications and policy strategies, based on a strong evidence base and a sound understanding of the relevant legal and policy frameworks.

• Translate complex policy and evidence into concise documents with clear messages and compelling campaigns to engage political and policy stakeholders.

• Monitor and analyse political and policy developments, interpreting their implications and opportunities for River Action and its supporters.

• Generate analysis to enable participation in public consultation processes, including drafting high-quality and persuasive consultation responses and briefings for Westminster and Whitehall audiences.

• Increase our political influence with exciting policy interventions, ensuring River Action’s voice is heard at the highest levels of decision-making.

• Build and maintain relationships with key policymakers, civil servants, industry experts and partner organisations.

• Support grassroots community groups and third-sector partners in engaging with their local representatives for effective advocacy.

• Organise and attend key political meetings and events, including the Water Pollution APPG, stakeholder roundtables and parliamentary events.

• Manage strategic policy partnerships, including our relationship with Wildlife and Countryside Link and other third-sector organisations.

• Ensure River Action’s policy and advocacy efforts align with our creative campaigns, by making sure colleagues and spokespeople are well-briefed and communications content is well-informed to maximise reach and impact.

Essential knowledge, skills and experience:

• Experience in a similar policy and advocacy role, ideally within the environmental sector. 

• Policy and/or legislative experience, with a good understanding of the workings of the UK government and Parliamentary procedure.

• A good understanding of the UK water industry, the key UK water-related policies and the issues that are impacting our rivers, land and wildlife.

• Excellent communication and writing skills with close attention to detail and the ability to produce concise and persuasive briefings, reports and consultation responses.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to working creatively and at a fast pace with colleagues, stakeholders and partners. 

• Excellent organisational skills, including the ability to proactively plan and prioritise work and to report your progress and impact.

• Ability to work flexible hours and travel as necessary.

• A good and supportive team player with a willingness to muck in as and when required.

Written submission

Please prepare a 2 page policy briefing for MPs on a current issue affecting the health of UK rivers. Your briefing should be written in a clear, persuasive style suitable for a Parliamentary and government audience and:

• Identify a water-related issue (e.g. agricultural pollution, sewage discharges or water management).

• Provide a concise analysis of the impact on rivers and biodiversity.

• Summarise relevant UK Government policies and legislation.

• Propose two or three practical policy recommendations for decision-makers.

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and highly dedicated Customer Success Manager to become a trusted partner to our charity clients. This role is crucial to the success of our clients, combining strategic account management for all dedicated clients and hands-on project management and campaign build for managed services clients.

You will be responsible for nurturing strong, long-term relationships, ensuring our clients achieve their fundraising goals and realise maximum value from our platform and services. You will also be the main driver of renewals, keeping churn at a minimum and working with the Head of Partnerships and Head of Commercial Strategy to increase lifetime value alongside identifying and executing up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship & Account Management:

• Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders at non-profit organisations, deeply understanding their digital fundraising goals and aligning our solutions with their strategic objectives.

• Work closely with the Growth team to deliver smooth and effective handover milestones, ensuring ongoing client confidence.

• Conduct regular check-ins and strategic reviews to assess client satisfaction, gather feedback, and platform updates.

• Proactively manage client health scores through our CRM  to help identify opportunities to increase client’s value and reduce churn.

• Explore different ways in which clients may benefit from additional use of the platform and managed services.

Project Management & Campaign Delivery:

• Lead project management and campaign build within the Social Sync platform for all your dedicated managed services clients.

Onboarding and Adoption:

• Deliver a quick "Time to first value" through proactive account management, particularly during a client's initial days or weeks.

• Develop and execute strategies to drive adoption and engagement with our platform, tailoring approaches to each client’s unique needs and goals.

Success Planning and Outcomes:

About the Role
As the Chief Executive Officer, you will provide strategic leadership and ensure effective governance for MDXSU. You will empower and support our elected student officers and build strong relationships across the Middlesex community and beyond. You will also be responsible for the union's financial performance, legal compliance, and reputation.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding and belief in student leadership and social justice, along with a proven track record of developing and delivering high-quality organisational strategies.

The Access to Justice Founation is seeking a manager to lead data systems, quality, and management across our organisation. The successful candidate will:

• Oversee data collection – ensuring we collect the right data, in the right way, as accurately as possible
• Maintain the systems that hold our data (primarily Salesforce)
• Support colleagues to access, use, and present our data.

This role will report into our Operations Team, which has a cross-functional remit and provides support to all other teams at the foundation. We’re looking for someone who can work collaboratively and employ a customer-centric approach to support colleagues and enable their work. Further, the Foundation is in an exciting period of growth, and we’re currently making a major investment in our Salesforce instance while also developing our team’s data capabilities. We’re looking for someone who is proactive and enthusiastic to jump into this role. You will help nurture and support a critical piece of our organisational infrastructure and our team’s capacity. With support from the senior management team, you will be at the heart of our efforts to successfully manage all our data and related systems.

We are seeking a fixed-term Grants Manager to join the Access to Justice Foundation through July 2026. The successful candidate will join us at a particularly exciting period of organisational growth and will support us to deliver on increased grant making activity. They will lead the day-to-day operational delivery of our grant making programmes – including overseeing systems and processes to ensure efficient and effective grant making and maintaining relationships with grantees, other funders, and key stakeholders as required. As a member of the Grants team, you will report to our Grants Director (who is responsible for the strategic direction and management of the Foundation’s grant programmes and who leads the Grants team). This is both a grants administration and project management role – we are looking for a candidate with both sets of skills.

Main Responsibilites:

Content Development & Design 

• Create high-quality digital and media learning materials, including guides, toolkits, presentations, eLearning modules and video resources tailored for creative professionals
• Translate complex topics into accessible, innovative and impactful learning content that supports a variety of professional development pathways and diverse audiences
• Use authoring tools (such as Articulate, Vyond, Canva, Thinkific etc.) to create interactive and visually engaging learning experiences, incorporating video, audio, and creative media
• Champion inclusion by ensuring all content reflects Artswork’s commitment to and standards of access, diversity, equality, inclusion and cultural relevance
• Upload, organise, and update course content on our Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring resources are accessible, easy to navigate and up to date
• Utilise insights from post-training assessments, platform engagement metrics, and qualitative feedback to refine and enhance learning materials and evolve our offer 

 Collaboration & Team working 

• Work in collaboration with the Learning Development Manager, Professional Development team, subject matter experts, and clients to shape meaningful learning experiences
• Generate ideas that contribute to Artswork’s commitment to continuous quality improvement in its training and help us grow our learning offer
• Support project timelines, manage documentation, and contribute to the successful launch of new professional development programmes
• Contribute to the APD growth strategy through ideas and practical solutions  

 Sales and Marketing

• Ensure all content supports Artswork’s brand tone, visual identity and core messaging whilst supporting a high quality and effective learning journey for participants
• Work with the Sales & Marketing Lead and the Communications team to align training materials with product launches, campaign milestones, and promotional strategies
• Work with the Sales & Marketing Lead to repurpose existing content for marketing purposes
