We’re recruiting a Social Value Advisor to join our Social Value team, supporting projects and partnerships across the London and Southeast England. In this role, you will play a central part in delivering our Group Social Value Strategy and championing the impact we create with our partners and appointed companies throughout the region.
This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about making a positive difference in local communities. In this role, you will work in the Social Value Team and the Charities Liaison Team, supporting wider Group functions by playing a key part in ensuring our initiatives continue to improve lives and places. You will assist LHCPG’s Group and Regional Business Units in implementing the broader Social Value Strategy across our products, services and projects, whilst collaborating with associate partners and companies planning community projects and supporting them to report on the outcomes of their social value plans.
You will also be:

This dynamic, cross-regional role supports colleagues and customers across the London and Southeast region. The position requires travel throughout your assigned areas, meaning a valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential. Additionally, you must live within a commutable distance to attend your designated regional office at least once a month for team collaboration
We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal abilities, capable of collaborating and engaging effectively with various teams and stakeholders at all levels. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent attention to detail, possess outstanding verbal and written communication skills and evidence proficiency in IT, including familiarity with relevant systems and software packages. You can confidently present content to colleagues and clients and turn strategic plans into measurable results. You will also have:
- A degree in a relevant subject or relevant experience in corporate socialresponsibilityor social impact and innovation
- Knowledge of social value approaches and measurement frameworks used in the public sector

What does this role do?
As a Graphic Designer, you will:
- develop and evolve Dogs Trust’s visual identity and campaign concepts across digital and print,

About the Role
As a Support Caseworker, you will provide timely, compassionate and person-centred support to individuals and families referred to our services. Through structured holistic conversations, you will identify individual needs, develop personalised support plans, and help people access information, practical guidance, peer support and appropriate internal and external services.
Working closely with colleagues, healthcare professionals and partner organisations, you will support individuals to navigate key stages of their journey, ensuring they feel informed, empowered and connected to the right support at the right time. We are looking for a Prospect Researcher to play a pivotal role in developing our fundraising portfolio and in driving income growth across high-value fundraising. This role will be central to building robust pipelines and unlocking new opportunities across philanthropy and partnerships.
What you'll do
- Undertaking detailed desk-based research into individuals and corporate foundations to identify prospective major donors and philanthropic partners for NDCS and DCW.
- Analysing financial capacity, philanthropic interests, networks, affiliations and giving history to assess suitability and potential
- Developing and maintain accurate prospect profiles, wealth indicators and ratings to support prioritisation and portfolio management

About Chapter One
Chapter One is a small but growing charity, working to ensure that every child has 1:1 reading support at the time they need it most.
Our Early Literacy Intervention programme is based on a programme that works successfully in the USA and it provides daily, 1:1, 7 minute phonics sessions for children who are behind in phonics. Using a bespoke technology tool, a trained Early Reading Interventionist works individually with target children.
We also have our unique Online Reading Volunteer programme which currently supports about 3,500 children a year. It pairs struggling five to seven-year old (KS1) readers with reading support volunteers who come from over 150 local and national businesses. The volunteer pledge is very focused: readers commit 30 minutes a week to read with a child using a bespoke digital platform for an entire academic year. The results are transformative, boosting children's reading confidence and ability.

Hours
- Galleywall Primary School: Monday to Friday, 10:00am–12:00pm (2 hours per day) – 10 hours per week

This role will involve delivering a programme of 1:1 focussed sessions for selected Reception and Year 1 children. The ELI will be trained to use Chapter One’s specialised online tool designed to support learners who are at risk of falling behind with their phonics.
We are looking for a highly motivated, energetic individual who enjoys working with young children and who wants to make their mark in a fast-growing charity. We can offer training, a small friendly team and a chance to improve the lives of children facing disadvantage.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct an initial baseline assessment of selected target children in Reception and Year 1 to determine where further support is needed.

Use Chapter One’s online tool to deliver differentiated, daily, 1:1, targeted, 7 minute phonics sessions to pupils using a systematic, synthetic approach.

Use a variety of additional activities to reinforce phonics skills.

Support children to use their secure phonics knowledge to read decodable books.

Develop pupils’ phonics fluency and confidence in preparation for the Year 1 Phonics Screening Check, where applicable.

Document each session with a child, including the skills practised or mastered and a goal for the next session.

Maintain and update daily pupil progress trackers, identifying phonics skills secured and areas requiring consolidation to inform future teaching.

Challenge pupils to reach each new goal and celebrate pupil success.

Work closely and on an ongoing basis with classroom teachers, reading support staff and the school team to understand progression of the schools phonics teaching.

Work closely with classroom teachers to establish tailored plans for each child.

Provide school leaders with data and information on pupil progress.

Gather feedback from school on progress of the programme and any implementation challenges, aiming to help Chapter One to continuously improve programme delivery.

Collaborate with colleagues at Chapter One to further improve the ELI model, the online tool and programme delivery.
Qualifications Criteria

We’re looking for a Digital CRO Specialist to help enhance our website, shop and fundraising products, improving conversion and delivering better customer experiences across our digital landscape.
About the role
In this role, you’ll support optimisation across BHF’s digital platforms, using data, research and experimentation to improve customer journeys and increase digital conversion. Working closely with teams across Digital, UX, Content, Product, Analytics, Marketing and Fundraising, you’ll contribute to key testing initiatives and the wider CRO programme.
You’ll be:
- Supporting experimentation across the full testing lifecycle using analytics, research and development skills.
- Using tools such as GA4 and Mouseflow to analyse audiences, identify trends and inform hypotheses.

About you

This role will be reporting to the Financial Accountant and will be overseeing the end-to-end Accounts Receivable process including billing, credit control and cash allocation. The post holder contributes directly to strong financial controls and will be assisting with month-end and year-end close activities including journals and reconciliations. This role will be preparing key balance sheet reconciliations timely and accurately, assists with Accounts Payable when needed and will be an important liaison between the Finance department and key stakeholders within and outside the organisation.
- Oversee the end-to-end Accounts Receivable process including billing, credit control and cash allocation.
- Ensure invoices are issued accurately and on time in line with organisation guidelines.
- Monitor outstanding balances, follow up on overdue accounts, including liaison with budget managers and debtors.
- Record cash book payments and receipts.
- Monitor the AR inbox.
- Produce AR ageing reports and highlight risks and overdue balances.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to strengthen efficiency and controls.
- Assisting with month-end and year-end procedures, including journals and reconciliations.

Qualifications

The Community Table Coordinator plays a key role in delivering Shoreditch Trust’s community food and wellbeing activities, including Community Table lunch programme, Recipes of Life courses, Flavours of Home, and other food-based programmes.

Main Responsibilities
Programme Delivery

The Role
We are looking for a motivated and skilled Project Development Co‑ordinator in the London area. You will deliver NEA’s work programme across the region, leading stakeholder engagement, community outreach and direct support to low‑income and vulnerable households. Travel within London and occasionally beyond will be required.
This role offers the opportunity to: • Lead and deliver impactful projects during a critical time for household energy needs • Build partnerships with local authorities, housing providers and community organisations • Provide one‑to‑one energy and fuel debt advice • Deliver group awareness sessions and upskilling activities • Oversee project outputs, outcomes and reporting • Support development of new programmes, including funding proposals and presentations
