Peaches Womb Cancer Trust is looking for an experienced Marketing and Communications Manager who is passionate about developing accessible and relevant assets that reach all current and future stakeholders of our charity. This is a hands-on, creative role that would suit someone passionate about social media, marketing, and making a difference in the lives of others.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with prior experience in marketing and communications to enhance their skills in the charity sector and help raise awareness of womb cancer, and Peaches, with all audiences within a brilliant organisation!

You will undertake a wide range of marketing and communications activities and have an opportunity to inform our direction of travel. The role is part time, working remotely with a requirement to attend regular team meetings in the Greater Manchester area. 

It is crucial that anyone at risk of, living with and living beyond womb cancer has a clear understanding of Peaches’ mission, vision and support. In this role, you will develop our marketing and communications strategy; planning and implementing tailored activity. You will be responsible for growing the online presence of Peaches Womb Cancer Trust and deepening engagement with stakeholders, ensuring our message reaches the right audiences in the most effective ways. You will also have prime responsibility for managing our social media channels, creating digital content and campaigns that raise awareness, promote fundraising and share the stories of those we support.

You will work closely with our Clinical Nurse Specialist and Operations Executive and will be responsible for ensuring that we have the assets and materials we need to achieve maximum sustainable impact for the charity. You will work within our branding guidelines and budget to build upon our previous assets and materials, increasing engagement across all platforms including the media. You will also work with national and international partners on joint campaigns, press releases and events. This is a varied and exciting role. There’s never a dull moment at Peaches!

The Initiatives and Partnerships Manager plays a key role in the Trust’s Initiatives and Partnerships Team. The post holder will support the development and implementation of the Trust’s projects, manage team members and on occasion support external and partnership projects. Our work is varied, ranging from early-stage feasibility planning, partnership development, fundraising, business planning and design development, as well as supporting our conservation team who lead construction phase oversight. 

This role builds on the successes of the Trust’s longstanding Regeneration programme, which has undertaken pioneering Regeneration projects addressing some of our most pressing conservation needs, as well as developing new operating models for some of the churches in our care. Main purpose of the role 
As our Fundraising Manager, you will be responsible for the development and delivery of our fundraising strategy, working closely with the Executive Director, the Finance Team, the Insight Fundraising Officer and the Trust and Foundations consultants. The Fundraising Manager will develop existing income streams and strengthen stakeholder and supporter engagement. As Fundraising Manager, you’ll work closely with other global team members to review and implement our fundraising strategy in line with our strategic goals. 

Main Responsibilities: 

1. Play a leading role in the development and delivery of ICC’s fundraising strategy and the success of direct marketing, telemarketing and online campaigns to generate cash, regular giving and Gift Aid. 
2. Plan, research and implement all aspects of direct marketing aimed at acquiring and retaining new and existing supporters. 
3. Establish a robust donor stewardship strategy, building strong relationships with existing  and potential donors and increasing donor retention and engagement 
4. Lead on the cultivation and stewardship of partnerships with churches. 
5. To manage the direction and relationship with our Trust and Foundation consultants by collaborating in the research, writing and submitting targeted Trust applications and report on grants awarded. 
6. Work with the team to support the legacy giving strategy, to maximise long-term income. 
7. To have oversight of the in-house CRM database (Microsoft D365). Work with the team to develop competency in the effective use of our CRM database as part of our donor stewardship and reporting structure. 
8. To assist and promote ICCs presence at fundraising and other events.
9. Manage the ongoing development and implementation of a regular giving strategy and donor care to reduce attrition rates. 
10. Regularly monitor and evaluate direct marketing campaigns, Trust fundraising, recurring giving and legacy fundraising, provide results and feed the learning back into the organisation. 
11. To keep abreast of key issues and best practices within the direct marketing/fundraising sector. 
12. Ensure fundraising practices comply with GDPR, the Data Protection Act and the Code of Fundraising Practice. 
13. Undertake additional duties as requested. 
14. Line manage the Insight Fundraising Officer and lead our Trusts and Foundations partner.

1. Plan, coordinate, and manage our annual fundraising event.

Gulab Sorkh Foundation (GSF) is an independent charity supporting former members of the Afghan security forces and their families, who have come to the UK under the Government’s Afghan Relocation and Assistance Policy (ARAP). Camp Jojo is currently in transition. Over the first 8 years it has worked from one established site in Mersea, Essex; but we are now opening a second site near Appleby in Cumbria. The role of Program Manager will work across the whole organisation, towards the successful development of the values and the proven model in a second site; and its partnership with the Essex site will be an important part of the role.

Camp Jojo is growing from a young, largely trustee led, organisation to a staff team led organisation. Again this role will be a fundamental part of that transition. This is a predominantly an operational post, and not responsible for the finances of organisation, though it will deliver operations within the board approved budget. They will also sit on, or chair, several of the Committees of the charity; including the Senior Operations Team.

The role will offer leadership to key functions of Camp Jojo, Camp Jojo staff and contractors, and to members of the Camp Jojo Board, in relation to the work of the charity. Whilst the majority of the work will be remote the incumbent will be required to attend some meetings and events in person, including at both sites. They will also be required to attend at least part of the actual camp events. They may need to work flexibly, according to the seasonal demands of the charity.

The Program Manager will have a varied and sometimes high-pace job environment. As such, they will need to handle multiple tasks, manage their own time well, interact professionally with the Camp Jojo community and be very good communicators. They will deal with model consistency, values, and operational issues across both sites.

About the role 

In this role, you’ll work within the Major Gifts and Special events department to design and implement an effective strategy to maximise income from high value audiences (£10k+) in Scotland.

Encompassing trusts and foundations, statutory funders and major donors, you will build strong working relationships with internal and external contacts to grow both our reach and income to deliver for the Parkinson’s community.

By creating, managing and developing strong relationships between Parkinson’s UK and prospective funders and donors, you’ll secure income for specific projects and programmes to deliver our organisational strategy within Scotland.

What you’ll do:

• Drive and implement a strategy to maximise income from an agreed portfolio of high value funders and prospects with a Scottish interest.

• Personally create, manage and develop relationships with new and existing trust and statutory donors and philanthropy donors leading to increased and sustained financial support.

• Further develop a major donor pipeline - identifying connections, qualifying individual prospects and securing philanthropic donations.

• Create, manage and develop relationships with statutory funding bodies to secure income for agreed priority projects in Scotland.

• Work with stakeholders to understand future priorities, identify funding opportunities and work collaboratively to build and present multi year funding proposals.

What you’ll bring:

• Experience of personally securing gifts from high value funders (5 and 6 figures)

• Experience of cultivating relationships and making successful asks in a variety of ways, such as in writing, by email and face-to face

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships with a wide range of people and establish credibility with both donors and colleagues 

• Experience of personally securing gifts from statutory and lottery funding sources or stewarding major grants/tenders

About the role

In this role, you’ll use your quality improvement expertise to support health & care professionals with projects and programmes, equipping them with the latest tools, resources, evidence and data to develop and improve services for people with Parkinson’s.

You’ll support the development of a vibrant national network, working in collaboration with the Professional Engagement team and the regional clinical leads. • Build relationships to influence service improvement across the Midlands region, and support the development of a vibrant national network

• Maximise participation in the UK Parkinson's Audit and relevant surveys

• Support health & care services to develop and implement service improvement plans, using the results of the UK Parkinson's Audit as a lever

• Promote the Excellence network funding opportunities, providing support where appropriate with the development of business cases and grant applications

• Experience and expertise in service redesign and effecting change within health and/or social care in the Midlands Region

• Knowledge of health and care structures and commissioning across the Midlands Region

As a key part of our fundraising efforts in our high-performing East region, you will have the opportunity to drive income generation through a variety of initiatives, including challenge events, fundraising groups, and corporate partnerships such as charity of the year. Overall purpose

The Data and Insights Manager will be a vital part of Breaking Barriers’ Data and Innovation Team, which has overall responsibility for Breaking Barriers’ data infrastructure and data analysis (relating to clients, programmes, fundraising, corporate partners and communications). They will oversee the gathering, processing, analysis and presentation of Breaking Barriers’ data, in order to ensure we are as evidence-based and effective an organisation as possible. This will offer the opportunity to influence decision making at all levels and have a genuine impact on Breaking Barriers’ clients. The Data and Insights Manager will also take ownership of various projects to improve the organisation’s CRM (Salesforce) and its integration with other applications. In addition, they will support the Head of Data and Innovation with the management of the Data and Innovation Team’s working relationships with other teams and with coordinating the Data and Innovation team’s work.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in CRM management, ideally having worked as a Salesforce Administrator. They should possess a high level of data literacy, with knowledge of data analytics and visualisation. They should excel as a project manager and a communicator with a willingness to work collaboratively across teams. There is considerable scope for personal development in this role, with opportunities to shape the organisation’s future systems with a key emphasis on self-driven learning and development. The role would suit a pro active, creative and driven individual, who is keen to learn and to make a big impact working across the organisation.
