This is a newly created role within our Philanthropy and Corporate Partnerships team, offering a dynamic opportunity to work flexibly across corporate partnerships, major donors, and trusts to help drive our plans for growth in our new 2025-2029 Fundraising Strategy. 
 
The primary focus of the role will be to secure new corporate partnerships, with a particular emphasis on national partnerships within priority sectors, corporate donations and sponsorships. A key responsibility will be to independently secure sponsorship for our events throughout the year — specifically targeting companies to support research and clinical care conferences.
 
To be the right candidate for this role, you will:

• Have a proven track record of securing significant partnerships
• Be a confident communicator with the ability to present to a range of audiences
• Have experience in producing and delivering customised new business proposals
• Have strong stakeholder management skills, able to build relationships with corporates, trusts and major donors

The opportunity

The Partnerships Lead will act as Project Manager for the community strand of Together for Tomorrow, a five-year National Lottery-funded programme supporting grassroots climate action across Devon. Working in close partnership with Libraries Unlimited, you will coordinate delivery across libraries and grassroots groups, supporting communities to develop practical climate initiatives and helping libraries become active sustainability hubs.

You will lead on toolkits, training plans, outreach and focus groups, while also supporting monitoring and reporting. The role blends strategic coordination with hands-on delivery, ensuring the programme is inclusive, locally rooted, and aligned across all partners.

This role sits within the CAG (Community Action Groups) Devon team, a network that supports community groups to take action on reuse, repair, food waste, composting, biodiversity and wider sustainability issues. CAG provides the tools groups need to thrive, including training, resources, and opportunities to connect with others.

What you will be doing

Project, people and partnership management

• Acting as project manager for the community strand of Together for Tomorrow, overseeing planning, coordination, and delivery.
• Building and maintaining partnerships with libraries, grassroots groups, and underrepresented communities.
• Recruiting and line managing the Project Officer, who will be supporting project delivery. Working closely with the CAG Devon team to align community support and delivery models across the network.

Community development and delivery

• Helping new community groups to form and supporting existing ones to grow, diversify, or expand their climate action work.
• Facilitating focus groups and community consultations to shape project delivery and ensure activity is insight-led.
• Delivering a targeted promotion and outreach plan, with a focus on ‘deep dive’ areas and engaging underrepresented communities.

Reporting and learning

• Contributing to the development and implementation of the project’s monitoring and evaluation framework.
• You will lead on monitoring and quarterly reporting (including financial), ensuring that CAG team and wider community partners meet agreed targets.
• Acting as an ambassador for the project, sharing insights and learning to support continuous improvement and knowledge exchange across the sector.

Working closely with the Admiral Nurse Academy Support Manager and wider team, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality learning opportunities through our learning management system, Blackboard. This includes assisting the Virtual Learning Environment Design Officer in designing and building online courses and modules, supporting with storyboarding, content organisation and the development of interactive activities. You will also contribute to planning and progress meetings with the Academy team and subject matter experts.

You will help maintain our external-facing Dementia UK Academy platform, currently in development, by managing content updates, registrations, learner queries and event support. As first-line support for learners, you will also troubleshoot basic technical issues.

In addition, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth delivery of Admiral Nurse Academy activities such as webinars, masterclasses and both internal and external online events. Tutorials are delivered online to groups of up to 4 students via our bespoke online learning platform.

Tutorials generally take place between the hours of 3pm and 8pm on weekday evenings, with flexibility around the schedules of our tutors and students.

The role primarily involves contributing to FBC’s In Memory, Individual and Regular Giving Strategy, together with monitoring and managing income from online platforms and managing challenge events.

The post holder will need to be a competent, IT literate, passionate and very organised individual. Empathy and excellent communication skills are vital in this role and the candidate must be able to collaborate and work well as part of a team. 

Location: Home-based, with occasional travel to Respect’s or SafeLives’ offices in London/ Bristol, and other meeting locations including staff meetings twice a year

Salary: £35,614 Per Annum starting salary. Respect salary banding point 32-34, £35,614- £37,489 (a London Allowance of £3,299.00 will be applied to employees who live in London)

About the role:

The Senior Data Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Drive Data Team Manager and Senior Managers within the Drive Partnership to ensure data and reporting remains rigorous and robust, and informs recommendations across the Drive Programme and partners. You will do this by taking a lead role on the ongoing data collection, analysis, research design and delivery of our work across the Drive Programme workstreams.  The Senior Data Analyst will also act as a liaison between data teams within Respect and Safelives where there is identified workstreams that cross over. 

The Senior Data Analyst will manage the Drive Data Analysts to ensure high quality data collection, reporting, quality assurance, analysis, and maintenance of Drive programme data, including data collected via the projects Case Management Systems you will use data and information to influence policy and inform practitioners, commissioners, and government about the sector. This is a great opportunity to see our data and research inform and improve the response to domestic abuse. 

About you: 

• Experience of analysing and drawing meaning from large quantitative data sets, including the advanced use of Excel 
• Experience of developing and managing Case Management Systems and the reporting from the system 
• Excellent analysis skills with a strong ability to identify key themes in complex material, test interpretation and ensure that messages are relevant to practice and policy contexts
• Experience of effective line management of people with a diverse range of needs, expertise, backgrounds, and communication styles
• Confident communicating clear practice and policy implications from data and evidence and presenting them in a range of formats to both specialist and non-specialist audiences.

About the Role

As Email Marketing Coordinator, you will spearhead the creation and implementation of innovative email marketing campaigns that boost engagement and drive conversions. In this vital and rewarding role you will be responsible for the end-to-end email marketing process – from campaign planning, content development, A/B testing, list management, automation, personalisation, performance tracking and reporting.

Your principal duties and responsibilities will include:

· Leading the enhancement and optimisation of the email strategy to boost engagement, increase brand awareness, and drive revenue.

· Simplifying and improving email production processes to boost efficiency across key teams, especially in fundraising and commercial.

About You

We are looking for someone who is educated to degree level or has the equivalent in experience.

You will also have:

· Experience of managing email send platforms, including building customer journeys and reporting email success metrics, and strong understanding of email marketing platforms and automation tools.

· Expertise in email marketing best practices, including segmentation, deliverability, and optimisation strategies.

· Experience in supporter stewardship communications and journey planning to enhance engagement and maximise lifetime value.

· Excellent written English with experience writing for the web with good copywriting skills and editorial capability – able to manage the content lifecycle, with a keen sense of brand awareness.

· Excellent consultancy skills, translating digital terminology and processes into clear and concise language to a variety of stakeholders.

· Solid project management skills – able to organise and manage multiple projects whilst dealing with a number of conflicting demands and timescales.
