The Clinical Service Manager will be responsible for supporting the effective day-to-day management and development of The Maya Centre’s clinical services. Key duties will include:

• Providing clinical management across The Maya Centre’s therapeutic services and therapist teams.
• Managing the client journey from referral through to assessment and allocation.
• Overseeing referrals, triage, assessments and allocation processes for new clients.
• Acting, alongside the Clinical Director, as a senior clinical point of contact and providing case consultation where required.
• Supporting and managing therapists, including responding to clinical queries and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
• Undertaking clinical risk assessment and risk management as required.
• Ensuring outcome measures, including CORE, are completed and used effectively across clinical services.
• Maintaining high standards of clinical governance, record keeping, monitoring and evaluation.
• Supporting the recruitment, induction and professional development of therapists.
• Working with the Clinical Director, CEO and wider team to develop and improve The Maya Centre’s service model.
• Building positive relationships with partner agencies, community organisations, health and social care providers, funders and other stakeholders.
• Supporting consultation events, stakeholder engagement and the promotion of The Maya Centre’s services.
• Contributing to reports for trustees, funders and other audiences.
• Attending relevant meetings, including clinical team meetings, supervisors’ meetings, management meetings and CPD sessions.
• Representing The Maya Centre externally at relevant inter-agency and clinical meetings where appropriate.
• Supporting fundraising, events and wider organisational activities when required.

Person specification:

Essential

• Full membership, registration and accreditation with UKCP, BPS, BPC and/or BACP.
• A minimum of three years’ post-qualification clinical experience.
• Evidence of continuing professional development in line with relevant professional body requirements.
• Experience of working clinically with clients who have experienced childhood trauma.
• Experience of culturally sensitive clinical practice.
• Knowledge of relevant legislation and its implications for clinical practice.
• Good knowledge and experience of a broad range of psychological therapies.
• A minimum of two years’ experience of clinical service management.
• Experience of management within an organisational context.
• Experience of working in different cultural contexts.

This is not a general communications role. It is a specialist advocacy and policy influence position, focused on translating evidence and health worker experience into parliamentary and media impact. If you want to shape how UK politicians and the public think about global health and see that shift lead to real changes in funding and policy, this is the role for you.

Job purpose
Reporting to the Deputy Chief Executive, you will lead GHP’s external affairs and communications function across the full range of the organisation’s strategic priorities. This includes designing and executing GHP’s advocacy strategy for priority programmes — with the Every Mother, Everywhere MCH programme as the flagship — while also building GHP’s broader profile as the leading UK voice on NHS institutional partnerships, health workforce policy, and the mutual benefit case for UK investment in global health. You will manage GHP’s relationships with key stakeholders in parliament, government, and the media, and ensure that GHP’s full portfolio of work is visible, compelling, and connected to the policy arguments that matter most to funders and decision-makers.
 

You will oversee GHP’s secretariat relationship with the APPG on Global Health and Security, develop and support networks of health worker and diaspora advocates, lead media and parliamentary engagement, and coordinate a coalition of civil society, clinical, and community organisations around shared advocacy priorities. With the communications team, you will also work closely with the fundraising and programmes teams to ensure GHP’s communications and public profile actively support income diversification and donor engagement across institutional, trust, and corporate funding streams.
 

While the immediate priority is our Maternal and Child Health Advocacy programme and its parliamentary and media objectives, this role carries wider organisational responsibility for GHP’s positioning, reputation, and voice in public discourse on global health. The postholder will line manage the Communications Manager and be accountable for the coherence of GHP’s external communications across all channels and programmes.

Rape Crisis England & Wales (RCEW) is the national campaigns and membership body for a network of independent, community-based Rape Crisis Centres working to end child sexual abuse, rape, sexual assault, sexual harassment and all other forms of sexual violence.

The 24/7 Rape and Sexual Abuse Support Line is a national service led by Rape Crisis England & Wales and funded by the Ministry of Justice.

We are looking for a thoughtful, committed and experienced *professional who can lead RCEW’s approach to survivor engagement within the 24/7 Support Line in line with our values and centred in care and safety for all survivors.

Job Summary

The Survivor Engagement and Outreach Coordinator will lead our work with survivors to ensure that the 24/7 Support Line is a supportive and an effective service.  The post holder will re-establish the service’s Survivor Reference Group (SRG) which is the lead mechanism to shape the way we design, deliver and promote the 24/7 Support Line. They will work alongside people with lived experience in a respectful and supportive way at all times and ensure that all survivor engagement is centred in care, safety and ethics.

The post holder will also lead our outreach activities connecting with other organisations to promote the 24/7 Support Line in order to build collaborations with other survivors particularly from underserved and marginalised groups of people.

The post-holder will have a proven track record of lived experience engagement, and a good understanding of latest best practice including survivor-centred and trauma informed approaches. They will have excellent people skills including emotional intelligence, strong communication and facilitation skills, and be well versed in child and adult safeguarding. They will be committed to equality, diversity and inclusion.

Key Responsibilities

Working with survivors including the Survivor Reference Group (SRG)

•  Lead on the re-establishment and effective running of the Survivor Reference Group (SRG), including recruitment, induction and session planning and delivery.
•  Develop and/or update policies, procedures and practice to inform and support a survivor-centred, and trauma informed effective running of all engagement.
• Ensure that SRG meetings are facilitated safely, inclusively, and in line with best practice in the field of survivor engagement.
• Collect qualitative insights from SRG sessions to inform service improvements, and coordinate with the service’s operational teams to ensure they shape service development.
•  Ensure survivors are informed about how their contributions have influenced service changes. Where their contributions have not been able to influence the service, be transparent as to why, and learn and reflect about how to shape the approach to balance what could be seen as extraction with advocacy.
• Identify opportunities and liaise with other relevant organisations to design and deliver ad-hoc survivor engagement sessions with groups who may not otherwise join the SRG, but who are wanting to engage in a more limited way to share their views and recommendations.
•  Work to best practice in child and adult safeguarding while also centring survivor-centred approaches in all responses. 
• Always ensuring ethical practice. This includes but is not limited to informed consent.  
• Where necessary, work in collaboration with other colleagues to prevent and respond to complex safeguarding issues; and ensure that learning from concerns and complaints inform all efforts to improve the 24/7 Support Line service.  
• Work in collaboration with other colleagues to inform and improve our approach to ethical storytelling so that our survivor engagement work including the SRG safely features in promotional materials. Ensuring ethical practice includes but is not limited to informed consent.

Outreach work to other organisations and survivors

• Liaise with colleagues and partner organisations to ensure that the most marginalised voices are represented and included  in all engagement. This may mean adopting more agile and adaptive ways of working
• Build relationships with other suitable new organisations to help promote the scope and role of SRG in the 24/7 Support Line in order to learn about other survivor engagement models and reach other  survivors.
• Deliver outreach information sessions to other organisations and community groups about the 24/7 Support Line to raise awareness amongst underserved communities.
• Work with the other staff at RCEW as necessary including those in data to interpret trends in service demographic data, and in communications to develop specific outreach and other strategies to engage survivors and which aligns with broader promotion of the service.

• Participate in team meetings, cross-organisational projects, and wider organisational activities as required.
• Maintain effective communication and collaborative working relationships with colleagues across the organisation and partner network.
• Keep up to date with relevant legislation, safeguarding guidance, sector developments, and wider organisational priorities relevant to the role.

Person Specification

• Track record in leading survivor engagement programmes of work in the violence against women and girls or other relatable sectors.
• Proven experience in facilitating lived experience groups, advisory panels or other participatory projects or programmes in an accessible and inclusive way.
• Experience in outreach, engagement and partnership working, particularly with marginalised or underserved communities.
• Practical experience of safeguarding adults and children, ensuring safe and ethical engagement preferably in the context of VAWG.
• Experience of trauma-informed principles and practice and how to apply this to service delivery and survivor engagement.
• Experience of upholding confidentiality and managing data protection when working with  vulnerable groups of people.
• Ability to respond to challenges, feedback, and survivor needs in a respectful, flexible and solution-focused way.
• Up-to-date working knowledge of best practice in lived experience engagement including in survivor-centred or survivor-led approaches.
• Extensive knowledge of the barriers survivors (particularly women) face in accessing services and lived experience opportunities, and strategies to ensure inclusivity.
• Understanding of intersectionality and how this impacts a survivor experience and their ability to access and engage with services.
• Experience of working with different groups of people including those who may require reasonable adjustments to actively participate.
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently.

About the Role

The House of Architecture is a bold vision to open up architecture for all and is a transformation programme consisting of 5 workstreams, including two major capital projects and a digital portfolio.

The role is responsible for managing all financial aspects of House of Architecture programme, including working closely with other members of the RIBA Finance team, HOAP project leads, HOAP lead contractors (external project managers and quantity surveyors), procurement and other internal and external stakeholders.

This includes the monitoring, analysis, reporting and dissemination of HOAP finance information in accordance with RIBA finance processes and coding structures. It requires collaboration with HOAP project leads (budget holders) to provide timely and insightful financial reporting, budgets and forecasts, and HOAP invoice processing.

As part of the RIBA finance function, the Finance Business Partner, HOAP will produce the HOAP monthly management accounts, quarterly forecast, annual Budget and 5-year business plan, which will include analysis, in numerical, graphical and written formats when required in collaboration with workstream budget holders.

As this role is a key support to the HOA programme there is dotted line management to the HOA Programme Manager.

What are we looking for?

Significant experience in a Management Accounting, Finance Business Partner or Finance Manager role along with experience working on large capital projects or transformational programmes.

Essential Skills

• Fully qualified (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) accountant with significant post qualification experience on large programmes (a programme inclusive of multiple projects, running over multiple years, with opex and capex elements)

• Significant experience in a Business Partnering role supporting projects, to include budget preparation, long term business planning, supporting preparation of business cases for new activities, developing different kinds of financial reports, using forecasting and historical financial information for various audiences.

• Experience handling the purchase-to-pay finance process, including raising purchase orders and coding and tracking of project invoices and costs.

• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to tailor reports to their audience.

• Advanced Excel skills.

Desirable Skills

• Experience using and writing reports from the Finance system, Open Accounts.

• Experience of business case financials, grants and funder reporting.

Oasis Nurture

Oasis Nurture is a project that is carried out on the Village. It is a therapeutic intervention designed specifically for those children who might be described as the missing middle – those who do not meet the threshold for an ECHP but who nevertheless struggle to engage with the curriculum for a variety of reasons.

Oasis Nurture is just completing its pilot phase, working with four local schools, offering a two day a week intervention to a small group of children.

As the Clinical Lead, you will ensure the highest standards of therapeutic care, support a team of dedicated practitioners and teachers and collaborate with schools, social services, and mental health agencies to create a wraparound support system for children.

The Role

In this role you will be:

· Providing clinical leadership and case management expertise

· Holding and managing a small caseload of complex therapy cases, providing direct intervention where needed.

· Supervising the team and leading reflective practice

· Fostering a culture of collaboration, curiosity, and kindness within the team.

RCJ Advice is an independent charity, based originally out of the Royal Courts of Justice in central London, providing a number of local and national services.

In collaboration with national Citizens Advice, we run a national service which provides advice and support to staff and volunteers from local Citizens Advice charities across England & Wales on immigration legal matters, enabling them to better support their clients. By supporting the local charities, we can help build their confidence and knowledge to deal with queries themselves in the future.

We deliver this service through a national telephone helpline, and this role will provide advice and guidance focused on Level 1 and 2 queries.

At RCJ Advice, the Immigration team consists of two paralegals and one solicitor. Both paralegals work on the helpline most days. Whilst the service is primarily there to deal with enquiries through a helpline, there will be an opportunity to support casework. You will also have the opportunity to build good working relationships with staff and volunteers across our other services.

You will come with a level of understanding of immigration law/rules, and will have been giving immigration advice for at least six months, whether solely or as part of giving general advice. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to conduct research and communicate complex information in a way that people will understand.

This is a hybrid role, working in our office within the Royal Courts of Justice in London at least 2 days per week with the option of homeworking up to 3 days per week.

Crisis is the national charity for people experiencing homelessness. We have embarked on our 10-year strategy for ending homelessness. We know it is not inevitable. We know together we can end it.

Overview of role

The UK Casework Lead is responsible both for a personal caseload and for the supervision, output, quality and revenue performance of RLS's UK legal team of three frontline caseworkers. We are looking for a qualified solicitor who is also IAAS accredited at Supervising Senior Caseworker level, qualifying ideally to supervise both the Immigration and Asylum and the Public Law contracts. The post holder will also hold the role of authorised litigator.

The postholder will be expected to generate legal aid income at a level that covers their own gross salary cost, and to lead the team's growth in legal aid billings against an agreed annual target. 

We are looking for someone with a positive, can-do approach and a strategic, ambitious, big-picture view of the team and the work. We want someone who will set direction for the UK team, grow the LAA contract in line with RLS’ strategic objectives, and support caseworkers and operational colleagues to become confident, self-supporting practitioners on a day-to-day basis, working in a trusting collegiate environment.

Key responsibilities 

Legal aid income generation 

• Lead the growth of RLS's legal aid income and maintain a personal legal aid caseload sized to generate billings covering the postholder's own gross salary costs. 

• Design and oversee caseload allocation across the team so that caseworkers develop skills and expertise, progressing swiftly in their professional development, legal aid revenue grows in line with the strategic target of 10–15% year-on-year, while preserving quality of advice and client care. 

Personal casework 

• Carry a legal aid caseload in immigration and asylum / public law, including controlled and licensed work as appropriate. 

• Provide high-quality legal advice and representation to clients throughout the application procedure, on appeal and in related judicial review claims where applicable. 

• Maintain client files and records to LAA, SQM, and SRA standards, and in line with GDPR and RLS's internal procedures. 

Supervision and team leadership 

• Supervise three frontline caseworkers (currently covering refugee family reunion and asylum) - including regulatory compliance, file reviews, technical supervision, casework allocation, performance managementand professional development. 

• Set and keep under quarterly review, ambitious-but-achievable case targets across the team in consultation with caseworkers, and monitor progress against them. 

• Help to supervise pro bono volunteer lawyers and trainees through three established pro bono partnerships

• Deliver internal and external training

• Foster a supportive, learning-oriented team culture 

Legal aid contract and regulatory compliance 

• Act as the LAA Supervisor for both RLS Immigration & Asylum and Public Law legal aid contracts 

• Manage the LAA contract end-to-end: compliance with the contract specification, oversight of controlled and licensed billing, exceptional case funding applications and billing of ECF files, and audit (LAA, SQM)readiness. 

• Act as the LAA authorised Litigator, the RLS's Quality Representative for the Specialist Quality Mark (SQM); manage Peer Review readiness and oversee actions arising from LAA and SQM audits, reviews or visits. 

• Ensure full compliance with IAA, SRA (where applicable) and SQM standards and record keeping across the UK casework team. 

• Maintain accurate financial records and information as required. 

• Provide half yearly reports to the RLS ED and Trustee Board on RLS audit readiness, and confirmation of progress to monthly and annual record keeping being up to date.

Monitoring, evaluation and reporting 

• Lead monitoring and evaluation of the legal team's outputs: case numbers, client outcomes, billing performance and quality indicators. 

• Report against targets internally (to the ED) and to funders where required. 

• Use case management system data and other evidence to inform team development, fundraising proposals and external impact reporting. 

General duties 

• Keep abreast of developments in immigration and asylum law and practice 

• Deliver training internally for caseworkers, trainees and pro bono volunteers 

• Adhere to all RLS policies and procedures, including safeguarding. 

• Undertake other duties within the scope of the post as agreed with the Executive Director. 

Person specification 

Essential criteria 

Candidates must meet all the following: 

• Qualification and accreditation: Solicitor qualified in England & Wales and IAAS accredited at Supervising Senior Caseworker level, qualified ideally to supervise both the Immigration and Asylum and the Public Law contracts. If only currently qualified to supervise the Immigration and Asylum contract, willing to work towards eligibility to supervise the Public Law contract as swiftly as possible.

• Casework experience: At least five years' (or equivalent) experience of running a caseload of complex asylum, immigration and human rights cases in a legal aid environment (including appeals and judicial review). 

• Billing track record: Demonstrable experience of meeting personal and/or team legal aid billing targets, and a clear understanding of how cost-billable work is generated and managed in practice. 

• Supervision experience: Experience of supervising caseworkers working in an LAA environment, including SQM and Immigration Specification compliance, file review, technical supervision and performance management. 

• LAA contract knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of LAA contract and specification provisions in the immigration and asylum, and public law categories, including controlled and licensed work, exceptional case funding,

• Tribunal experience: Experience of litigation in the Immigration Tribunals and the Administrative Court.

• Working style: Strong organisational skills; able to prioritise and meet deadlines; comfortable working autonomously in a small team and balancing personal casework with supervisory responsibility (anticipatedratio 75:25) 

• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; able to deal effectively with clients, colleagues, commercial pro bono partners and external stakeholders.

This is a rare opportunity to lead advocacy on two of the most important fronts in international development. You will co-lead the External Engagement and Influencing workstream of What Works to Prevent Violence – Impact at Scale (What Works II), a FCDO-funded programme working to prevent and eliminate violence against women and girls globally. We operate a 50% onsite hybrid working model, with our office-based staff splitting their time between site based and home working. This enables our office-based staff to balance the benefits of home working with onsite collaboration and maintaining a connection to our cause.
