Headway is seeking a passionate and driven Individual Giving Fundraiser to join our Fundraising Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting people affected by brain injury by helping us grow and nurture our individual donor base.

About the Role

You will lead on managing and developing our portfolio of individual donors, including Friends of Headway members, regular givers and cash appeal donors, and in-memory supporters. Working closely with the Director of Fundraising and the Marketing Manager, you’ll deliver engaging campaigns, strengthen donor relationships, and help us meet vital income targets.

For a global healthcare organisation undergoing digital transformation, we're recruiting an interim Project Manager for at least 3-months. Reporting to the Director of Data and Digital Transformation, this role will lead on several digital transformation projects at various stages of project life cycle. This role will partner with teams across the business and other Project Managers, the Product team, BI team, and IT teams, as well as the Governance and operations divisions to drive the organisation forward on its journey to improve and enable change.

• Leading a range of in-flight projects (various stages of project life cycle) across digital, data and technology clusters including business change, IT systems/products, and improvements to current platforms

Person Specification

Essential

• Experience managing or delivering a research project from start to finish (e.g., Master’s dissertation, PhD, or equivalent applied research).

• Ability to plan and manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including report writing.

• Commitment to co-production, lived experience leadership, and inclusive research practices.

The Information Governance team are the champions of Data Protection and Information Governance within Alzheimer's Society. The team’s key objective is to enable all areas to use information appropriately whilst achieving the Society’s overall aim of creating a world without dementia. The Senior Information Governance Officer will support the wider Information Governance team in achieving this objective.  They will be the first point of contact in the Society for data protection, information governance and records management questions, providing advice and guidance as appropriate to ensure the safe and legal processing of information. These queries will be from across the Society and could be in relation to service delivery, fundraising, campaigns, IT, volunteering or employment matters.

About you

- Great knowledge and experience of managing information in line with Data Protection legislation and regulations

What you’ll focus on:

- Information Governance team activities including completing Data Protection Impact Assessments, undertaking supplier Due Diligence, managing rights requests and responding to queries
- Managing incidents, advising on remedial actions, supporting the business to identify root cause, notifying the regulator as required
- Analysing and producing reports on data protection risks, incidents, rights requests for various groups and committees within the Society
- Co-ordinating Society’s Information Asset Register reviews and advising Asset Owners and Managers on their responsibilities
- Advising the Society on records management topics, updating and maintaining retention schedules and records management procedures
- Co-ordinating Society responses to annual NHS Data Security & Protection Toolkit, including check and challenge on proposed responses from business areas

About The Role
We are recruiting for a Head of Audience Strategy to join on a permanent contract. This is a home-based role working full-time, 35 hours per week, with occasional travel required for team and stakeholder meetings and events.

The last few years have seen unprecedented growth in the public profile of dementia, driven in part by the growing size, impact and ambition of Alzheimer’s Society – the UK’s leading dementia charity. We now need to ensure that everyone who needs dementia support today can access it, while improving our ability to attract, engage and retain the donors, volunteers and campaigners who so generously give money, time and voice to deliver enduring change. Crucial to this is strategic audience development: driving growth by being clearer about who we need to engage, why, and how.

As Head of Audience Strategy, you will develop a comprehensive strategy that delivers a step-change in the maturity and effectiveness of audience insight at Alzheimer’s Society. Built on a range of high-quality insight, data analysis and modelling, the strategy will reflect the evolving relationship to dementia and our Society among the public and other key external stakeholders.

You will work to identify the priority groups we need to engage to drive sustainable growth across all areas of engagement. You and your team will support teams to develop acquisition and engagement strategies which feel truly audience-led, orchestrating warm supporter communications and journeys which ensure we’re growing the right audiences to meet our objectives.

A priority will be ensuring that teams have the right tools to understand, segment and target their priority audiences. You will also be responsible for supporting teams to generate high-quality evaluations of activity in relation to audience goals – using these to capture new insights that improve our overall understanding and demonstrate the value of your team. At all times, you’ll act as an articulate champion of the power of audience strategy. You will lead senior conversations across the Society about what we know and wish to achieve with our audiences and constantly seek opportunities for your team to support others to enhance their impact and deepen their engagement.

We have provisionally scheduled the first stage of interviews for this role to take place on Wednesday 19th and Thursday 20th November.

About you
Joining us, you’ll have experience in developing and implementing audience or engagement strategies, and extensive experience of diverse qualitative and quantitative research methods and data analysis. You will also be able to demonstrate proven ability to synthesise these insights and apply them to all levels of the marketing funnel, across cold and warm audiences.

Crucially, you’ll be able to build positive relationships, influence key stakeholders and use your communication and leadership skills to manage and motivate cross-functional teams. You’ll be able to take a holistic view across the areas you manage and use this insight to contribute to organisational strategy through an audience development lens.

You don’t need to have a background in the charity sector, and you may or may not have a connection to dementia, you might be an accomplished Audience Insight professional looking for progression or be an established senior leader in this area already. Prospectus are excited to be working with our client to help them recruit for a part-time Digital Fundraising Manager to join their team.  Over the past 47 years, the organisation has grown into a national charity with a powerful vision shared by dedicated volunteers, fundraisers, members, donors, healthcare professionals, partners, staff and bereaved parents and families. The organisation exists to reduce the number of babies dying and to ensure that anyone affected by the death of a baby receives the best possible care and support for as long as they need it.

This role is offered on a part-time 13-month maternity cover contract (24.5hrs/week) paying a salary of £47,107 pro rata plus £218 Home Worker Allowance per annum with flexible remote working arrangements and occasional travel.

Sitting in the Community and Events Team, the Digital Events Team is responsible for securing an annual income of £2.1 million from online fundraising activities. This role is key within the team and leads on the development and longer-term growth of the organisation's digital fundraising activities so to increase funds, engagement, and awareness. The post holder will be responsible for a team of 3 and have strategic oversight of the busy calendar of events that they manage. They will manage the organisation’s digital fundraising activities, explore and test new products and channels as they emerge, deliver exceptional behavioural supporter journeys, ensure income targets are achieved and make certain that the organisation continues to reach and retain new supporters.

Job Purpose

The Director of Impact & Influence has responsibilities which contribute to the achievement of both these goals and is accountable for co-leading Goal 2 with the Director of Fundraising & Partnerships. They work collaboratively across the organisation, with Habitat for Humanity International (HFHI) and other Habitat global network members, and with a wide range of external partners.

Key responsibilities include the cultivation and stewardship of FOI (Foundations, Organisations & Institutions) partnerships and funding, leading the achievement of ambitious income targets related to donors based in England, Scotland and Wales on behalf of Habitat GB and the Habitat global network. The Impact & Influence Team also serves as the unit responsible for programme quality and effectiveness across the full lifecycle:  from design and innovation, through implementation, to evaluation and learning, including high quality proposal development, robust Monitoring and Evaluation (MEAL) frameworks, grant management policy and process across the organisation, and the direct delivery of reporting and compliance requirements to FOI funders.

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership & Organisational Delivery

• Provide strategic leadership for the development and delivery of Habitat GB’s impact and influence agenda, co-leading the achievement of organisational strategic goals, in particular our goal of forming a diverse coalition that champions the universal right to decent homes and collaborates to implement effective housing solutions for underserved communities worldwide.
• Working with the National Director, lead on the development and ongoing review of HFHGB’s National Strategy, as well as our engagement with strategic development at global and regional levels.
• Co-lead Habitat GB’s ambitious funding and partnership strategy in support of impactful domestic and international programme portfolios.
• Shape and drive delivery across Habitat GB’s five strategic enablers, ensuring high-quality programmes, coalitions and networks, organisational visibility, technical leadership, and internal capacity for learning and innovation.
• Lead the development, delivery and continuous improvement of a robust organisational performance framework, with monthly/quarterly KPI reporting into SLT and Board governance.

Partnership Development & Fundraising

• Be accountable for delivering annual FOI income and pipeline targets agreed in the Performance Framework, including soft‑commitments and conversion, quarterly phasing, proposal volume/quality, and donor reporting timeliness.
• Represent HFHGB in national and international fundraising initiatives, influencing stakeholder engagement on behalf of the global Habitat for Humanity network.
• Collaborate with the Fundraising & Partnerships (F&P) team to develop compelling funding propositions, donor reports, and stakeholder engagement strategies.
• Jointly develop and lead a resource mobilisation plan with the Directors of Programme Delivery and F&P, aligned with the Habitat GB Domestic Programme Strategy, with agreed annual income and impact targets.
• Build internal capacity across the network to engage with locally based partners, navigating sector themes such as shifting power and decolonisation.
• Identify and lead opportunities for research, consortia collaboration, and development partnerships to enhance programming and learning.

Programme Quality, Proposal Development & Grant Management

• Lead the Impact & Influence team in managing the full programme lifecycle — from strategy and design through delivery, evaluation, and learning.
• Work with technical leads to ensure appropriate inputs throughout the full programme lifecycle, for example in relation to gender, climate and safeguarding.
• Ensure robust programme design, effective MEAL frameworks, and compliance with funder requirements.
• Oversee proposal development and grant management policies and processes to ensure high-quality submissions and timely reporting. Collaborate with other teams for consistent compliance and quality.
• Maintain oversight of programme budgets through design phases, regular reviews and reporting including cost recovery, risk and performance, compliance and other standards.
• Work closely with the Director of Finance, Operations & Compliance to track performance and contribute to high quality reporting, income forecasting and budget management.
• Lead GB adoption of refreshed HFH Core Programming Standards and ensure programme reviews update Habitat GB policies, protocols and practice accordingly.
• Establish and embed MEAL frameworks with Programme Delivery and Retail teams to track outcomes and inform advocacy and fundraising.

Advocacy & Policy Influence

• Be accountable for the successful delivery of Habitat GB’s domestic and international advocacy strategies, translating programme insights into policy influence and systemic change.
• Represent the organisation in policy forums, coalitions, and sector platforms; strengthen Habitat GB’s role as a thought leader and credible policy influencer with key stakeholders, decision‑makers and communities and elevate HFHGB’s voice in housing and international development.
• Guide the work of UK and Global Advocacy Managers, embedding advocacy as a core mechanism for mission-led impact.
• Strengthen external visibility and influence through partnerships and collaborations aligned with advocacy goals.
