As our Senior Evaluation Coordinator you’ll drive forward how we measure and share our organisation’s impact.

You’ll own our monitoring and evaluation framework and use this to design smart and robust ways to measure how our work creates change.

You’ll lead our annual data collection processes and cycles, collaborating with other teams to collect and share key outcomes data, both internally and externally.

From crafting data methodologies to generating insightful reporting for stakeholders, this role is ideal for someone who loves delving into data, analysing and communicating trends and working with others to make a difference.

Here's what the team will be looking for

You have proven experience supporting individuals with mental health and/or dual diagnosis issues, either in a paid or voluntary capacity. You demonstrate a strong understanding of mental health conditions, effective communication, and the importance of providing dignified, respectful support.

You possess a solid grasp of Mental Health legislation, particularly the Care Programme Approach (CPA), and apply the principles of recovery through person-centred and strengths-based methods. You work effectively both independently and within a team, supporting colleagues and assisting with the induction of volunteers to maintain high service standards.

With good IT, literacy, and numeracy skills, you confidently use systems such as MS Word, Outlook, and online tools to manage records and communication. You handle challenging behaviour calmly and professionally, maintaining a non-judgemental and anti-discriminatory approach at all times.

Flexible and dedicated, you are willing to work early, late, and occasional weekend shifts to meet service needs. You have a strong understanding of safeguarding and act appropriately to protect clients. Above all, your solution-focused mindset, collaborative attitude, and optimism about recovery enable you to empower clients to make positive, lasting changes.

You must also be confident to cook a Sunday Roast for a group of service users.

Kersalake Fellow

For 40 years, NEF has turned big ideas, rigorous research and community power into real-world change. At this critical moment in politics, we’re looking for a talented researcher to join our team.

The late Lord Kerslake was a lifelong advocate for social justice and worked tirelessly in his career and in retirement to promote access to secure, affordable housing for all. At the time of his untimely passing he was Chair of the New Economics Foundation (NEF), the Peabody Trust and the Kerslake Commission on Homelessness and Rough Sleeping hosted by St Mungo’s. These three organisations have come together to honour Bob by creating a Kerslake Fellowship to work on improving outcomes in housing and homelessness, and especially for social housing.

Employed at NEF for a two-year contract initially, this role will help develop policy and practice capable of delivering big shifts in housing policy that will result in genuinely affordable, high quality and secure homes for all. The Kerslake Fellow will produce high-quality research that will help build the evidence base in social housing and homelessness, generate recommendations for actions that will lead to better outcomes, and build relationships with key stakeholders that will help deliver policy change.

We’re looking for someone with a relevant degree (or equivalent experience), a solid understanding of the housing sector and the challenges and opportunities it faces. At least three to five years’ experience in planning, developing and managing multi-stakeholder projects and/​or campaigns. Just as important is the ability to ability to deal with people at all levels, internally and externally, demonstrable organisational and administrative skill and a commitment to building the new, environmentally sustainable economy with redistribution of power and resources at its core.

The Opportunity

Good Faith is seeking our first People & Culture Manager – a hands-on, strategic HR generalist who is excited to shape and scale a people-first culture in a growing, purpose-driven organisation.

You’ll play a pivotal role in building and embedding people practices that reflect our mission and values, ensuring Good Faith remains an exceptional place to work. As an advisor to the senior leadership team (SLT) and a key support to colleagues across the organisation, you'll be responsible for day-to-day HR operations as well as helping to shape longer-term people strategy.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Compliance

• Act as first point of contact for HR matters, ensuring compliance with UK employment law and best practice.

• Maintain and embed up-to-date HR policies and processes, delivering staff training where needed.

• Manage sensitive employee relations issues (e.g. grievances, disciplinary, absence management) with fairness and integrity.

Person Specification

HR Operations & Compliance

• 3–5 years of relevant HR experience, ideally within a small or purpose-led organisation.

• Demonstrated experience managing sensitive employee relations issues.

• Strong working knowledge of UK employment law, HR policy development, and HR best practice.

• Demonstrable awareness of emerging trends in People and HR, including the opportunities and ethical considerations presented by AI and automation

• CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above), or equivalent experience.

• Experience acting as a Safeguarding Lead, or working closely with a Designated Safeguarding Lead.

• Proven ability to design and deliver HR policy and compliance training.
