Richmond Borough Mind is a vibrant local charity that has been supporting and providing services for adults affected by mental health problems and their carers for over 60 years.

With the expansion of our work in this area we aim to reduce waiting times, reduce the number of people going into crisis, address inequalities and support transitions from youth to adult services. We will be offering holistic and personalised care and support to service users and carers.

This role will carry caseload and deliver a range of support and person-centred interventions to meet these needs, which could include group support, one-to-one interventions and signposting where specialist advice is needed. Referrals could be young adults, careleavers, people currently under adult mental health services, or carers supporting people in the community.

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about motivating and coaching individuals with mental health issues, and able to support people on their journey to recovery. As well as having an empathy with the core values of RB Mind, the successful applicants will have the skills to provide person-centred support, through one-to-one sessions and through facilitating groups. We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Procurement Administrator to support the procurement function within Harris Federation. This role is essential in ensuring that all goods and services are sourced efficiently, cost-effectively, and in compliance with public sector procurement regulations and institutional policies.

Purpose of the job

The Head of Operations ensures UK Youth runs efficiently, compliantly, and with impact. Reporting to the Director of Finance and Operations and working closely with Assistant Directors, the role drives core operations, systems improvement, performance reporting, and policy oversight.

Overseeing IT, CRM, project delivery, governance, and administration, the postholder also co-leads the development of an Organisation Performance Dashboard with the Finance Director to track KPIs and inform decision-making.

The multi award-winning ISM is the dynamic, change making professional membership body for musicians. With a current membership of over 11,000, the ISM is known for its campaigning work as well as its comprehensive services for its musician members.

The ISM is now looking for a talented marketing professional to join the collaborative and creative marketing team at the ISM to drive our marketing activities: in particular recruitment of new members. You will have a good understanding of why professionals join a membership organisation and great analytical skills as well as emotional intelligence and keen attention to detail. You will also work with membership colleagues to promote retention within the membership. You will be able to demonstrate significant effectiveness in your career to date and have at least 5 years’ marketing experience, preferably in a membership organisation or in an arts setting.

You will be joining a professional staff team who are based in Bayswater, London. The role is hybrid but at least 3 days per week will be in the office.
