About The Role

This is a role for someone who sees how things really work behind the scenes and can’t help spotting where they could work better. As Process Development Lead, you’ll sit right at the heart of Supporter Services and Fundraising operations, shaping how work flows end-to-end so it’s clearer, faster, more consistent and ultimately better for the people we support. You won’t just be tweaking processes, you’ll be joining the dots across teams, systems, suppliers and governance to build something that actually holds together at scale and stands up to scrutiny.

A big part of this role is turning complexity into clarity. That means mapping what’s happening now, challenging where it doesn’t add value, and designing ways of working that people can actually follow and rely on. You’ll bring structure where it’s missing, whether that’s standard operating procedures, RACI models, dashboards or control frameworks but you’ll also know when something needs simplifying rather than adding another layer. Alongside this, you’ll take a leading role in how key fundraising suppliers are managed, making sure performance, compliance and value for money are properly understood and built into everyday operations, not treated as an afterthought.

Just as important is how you get things embedded. This isn’t a role where change sits in a document it has to land with people. You’ll be working closely with colleagues across Fundraising, Supporter Services, Finance, Procurement and Compliance, influencing without authority and building trust so that new ways of working actually stick. You’ll be the person who helps teams see the benefit in doing things differently, supports them through it, and keeps improving what’s already in place. The Advocacy Director holds primary responsibility for delivering ECC’s advocacy strategy internationally and within the UK. This strategy aims to ensure states’ legal obligations on casualty recording are recognised and upheld globally, and that casualty data is used effectively to shape policy responses to conflict.

ECC’s advocacy work is focused primarily within the human rights and humanitarian multilateral fora in Geneva, but also incorporates work with New York-based UN targets within the security field. In parallel, as a UK-based organisation, we seek to influence domestic decision-makers including those within the FCDO, MoD, and parliament.

The Advocacy Director will be ECC's most senior external face after the Executive Director. As a key figure within a small organisation, the Advocacy Director will lead advocacy activity directly, building and stewarding relationships with state delegations, UK parliamentarians, UN officials, and civil society partners. The role requires exceptional political judgment, fluency across both multilateral and Westminster environments, and the credibility to represent ECC at the most senior national and international levels.

Note: This role is being advertised at the same time as the Executive Director role, as both functions were previously filled by the same person. This is an exciting opportunity for a new leader to guide the organisation through its next phase of development, building from a position of strength. The organisation is in the first year of a clear and ambitious three-year strategy, with a strong core team of staff and a healthy financial position.

The outgoing Executive Director was previously also the organisation’s Advocacy Director, and continued to deliver both functions within one role. For this reason the Board of Trustees is advertising the position in two configurations. Applicants are welcome to express an interest in either:

• Option A — Part-time Executive Director. A 0.6 FTE part-time post which is a leadership and management role only, and does not include delivering the advocacy activities of the organisation. • Option B — Full-time Executive Director. A single full-time post in which the successful candidate takes on both the part-time Executive Director role and the responsibilities of the part-time Advocacy Director role being advertised concurrently. Working Well Trust is a mental health and employment charity in London. All of our projects share the aim of improving the lives of people with mental health support needs, learning disabilities and/or complex issues through training and employment.

South East London Mind has been delivering a young person’s counselling service to students at Southwark College for several years.

As a College Counsellor, you’ll provide an age-appropriate counselling service that allows the students to explore their mental health and wellbeing, along with the socioeconomic factors that impact this. You’ll manage a caseload of students, triaging new clients to the service, coordinating the waiting list and capturing data and outcome measures on a CRM database.

We are looking for someone with a professionally recognised diploma in Counselling or Psychotherapy who has experience of providing counselling to young people aged 14 upwards. As you’ll be working closely with pastoral staff on-site, an ability to work independently but collaboratively, to be proactive and show initiative is essential for this role.

The role will require you to:

• Offer age-appropriate counselling sessions, including assessments and risk assessments. Where appropriate, provide clients with information about, and signposting to, other services
• Work with teachers and pastoral staff to ensure that the students are triaged and the relevant level of care and support is offered
• Work closely with the school to raise & report any safeguarding concerns in accordance with the schools and SEL Minds Safeguarding Policies
• Liaise where appropriate with other SEL Mind staff, school/college staff or agencies including local statutory and voluntary sector professionals and organisations
• Regularly communicate with other SEL Mind college counsellors and college safeguarding team to keep abreast of key themes, issues and needs across the service and collaborate to address these
• Attend regular clinical supervision, group clinical supervision, and line management to ensure effective therapeutic interventions

We’re looking for an experienced, creative and commercially driven product brand lead to bring our brand to life through our range of Girlguiding products.  

In this role, you’ll lead the creative development of branded products from concept through to production, working in partnership with our buying team. On products, such as badges, giftware, clothing and merchandise, you’ll ensure that every design is on brand, relevant to our audiences, and aligned with our brand and buying strategies.

South East London Mind's Queer Minds Programme delivers peer-led mental health support for LGBTQIA+ people (aged 18+) in Lambeth and Southwark through two monthly peer support groups, a trans drop-in, events with partner organisations, psychoeducational workshops, and outreach activities.

The Programme Lead and Facilitator is responsible for coordinating and delivering the various strands of the programme, ensuring all services meet the contractual obligations of its funders. The role requires someone who is forward-thinking and adaptable, proactive in responding to the evolving needs of the group’s members and wider LGBTQIA+ community. They should be experienced in co-creative approaches to mental health and project management, working closely with programme participants to shape varied and meaningful initiatives. They will also bring creativity and flexibility, ensuring services remain impactful and grounded in lived experience while seeking relevant partnerships to enrich the programme’s offerings.

They will work collaboratively with participants, sessional facilitators, volunteers, community groups, and partners to deliver supportive spaces that foster connection, shared experience, and improved mental health and autonomy. The role includes building and maintaining strong partnerships, developing grassroots collaborations, and identifying outreach opportunities to increase the programme’s reach and profile. The post holder will work closely with the Peer Support Manager to deliver against objectives, maintain stakeholder relationships, and meet reporting requirements.

JOB PURPOSE

The purpose of the Prospect Research Manager is to lead prospect development for major gifts, partnerships and business development, driving growth in our pipeline to help Magic Breakfast reach ambitious targets and unlock new income opportunities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead prospect profiling, network mapping, qualification, and intelligence gathering to support the Major Giving and Business Development teams.
• Drive cross-fundraising initiatives to support prospecting, including:
• Developing an inspiring suite of ‘projects for funding’ for potential partners
• Organising in-house prospecting events to deepen engagement
• Coordinating our ‘new business roadshow’ to foster a prospecting culture across account management teams
• Conduct thorough risk screening and due diligence for prospects and, where required, existing partners, in line with Magic Breakfast’s Ethical Fundraising and Due Diligence Policies.
• Deploy varied new business tactics- including cold calling, email outreach, stakeholder mapping, event networking, and LinkedIn engagement- to secure prospect meetings.

The Finance Director is responsible for all aspects of the group's finances (National Federation of Music Societies, trading as Making Music and its trading subsidiary), to ensure accurate and complete recording of all financial transactions, adherence to internal controls and procedures, and timely and effective analysis and reporting to the Chief Executive, Senior Management Team and other budget holders, the Finance & Compliance Committee and the Board of Trustees.

The Finance Director post is an integral part of the charity's senior management team, working closely with the Chief Executive, the Deputy CEO Advocacy and Lobbying and the Marketing Director, setting the strategic direction of the organisation and ensuring it has the financial systems and resources to implement its strategy.

The role line-manages and oversees the work of the Finance Manager who runs the day-to-day financial accounting processes, with the help of two Finance Administrators.

The role also leads on supporting members with finances, e.g. leading Treasurers' events, relevant website resources and responding to finance-related consultations.

The 2 days (15 hours) per week can be worked flexibly, and at least some of them from home, by agreement with your line manager. We would expect you to spend at least 1 days each week in our London office in Moorgate.

About the Role

The purpose of this role is to coordinate the management and continuous improvement of the College’s Lifelong Learning Platform (LLP), ensuring it operates effectively for all users. The role provides service desk support, maintains accurate training records, and works closely with internal teams, external stakeholders, and system providers to resolve issues and enhance the platform.

Some key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

· Providing first- and second-line support to LLP users, resolving queries and system issues

· Maintaining user accounts, training records, and ensuring data accuracy across systems

About You

 We are seeking a highly organised and proactive professional with experience in customer service or helpdesk environments, ideally within a membership or medical education setting. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, with the confidence to engage stakeholders and deliver presentations or workshops. You will provide high-quality administrative and secretarial support, including supporting formal committees and maintaining accurate records.

Strong IT and time management skills are essential, along with experience working with learner management systems and service processes. Knowledge of Agile or Waterfall methodologies and medical education frameworks is desirable. A degree or equivalent experience is required.

This is a full-time role, 35 hours per week, which you can choose to work over five days or a 9-day fortnight.

At Single Homeless Project (SHP), we know that rebuilding a life is about more than housing. It is also about confidence, connection, skills, purpose and access to the right opportunities at the right time. Our Achieving Potential programme supports people across SHP to access learning, volunteering, training, education and employment, and this role will help strengthen and grow that offer so it is more connected, visible and accessible.

As Project Coordinator, you will coordinate the day-to-day delivery of the programme, keeping activity planned, information up to date and communication clear across teams, participants, volunteers and partners. You will help maintain the programme prospectus, manage enquiries, track engagement and outcomes, and support participants to move between opportunities in a way that feels joined up and meaningful. You will also help build relationships with colleges, employers, training providers and community organisations, opening up new routes for people to build skills, confidence and independence.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys making things happen, bringing structure to growing work, and creating the systems and relationships that help good ideas become real, lasting opportunities for people. At SHP, you will be supported to grow in the role through regular supervision, access to learning and development, and opportunities to build your skills in programme coordination, partnership working, impact reporting and inclusive service delivery.

Hybrid working for the role means 3 days in our SHP offices and services with opportunity to work from home around this.
