About the role:
In this senior research professional role, you will be instrumental in executing strategic objectives, specifically through the delivery of a comprehensive research strategy that aligns with our charitable objects and goals. You will work closely with the Director of Communications to support content creation initiatives with research and evidence.

Key Responsibilities:

You will have:

- Ideally in-depth knowledge of the charity’s focus area, financial capability, to guide relevant and impactful research although we are open to different research specialisms with applicability/ relevance to financial capability.
- Experience in content creation, storytelling, and managing multi-channel content delivery, such as podcasts.
- Project management skills to oversee research plans, and expertise in identifying and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Islington Mental Health Service, Islington – 1 x Support Worker
This service supports 50 adults with severe and enduring mental health needs across two hostels and two semi-independent projects. You’ll provide person-centred, trauma-informed support to help residents build confidence, develop life skills, and work toward independent living.

About the role
Last year we launched a new website which provides independent online information, advice and support for kinship carers. This year, we’re continuing to develop new advice and information content for the website, as well as working on content for projects that focus on supporting kinship carers.
The postholder will research, create and deliver engaging, user-focused content, and deliver a seamless user content experience throughout all content development. Working with kinship carers and subject matter experts will be a big part of your role.
You will be working on content in a range of formats, including web copy, printed guides, presentations for training, workshop materials (digital and printed), video and more.
One day you could be carrying out research with kinship carers, on another you could be doing paired writing with a subject matter expert to explain the different types of kinship care.
Content Design by Sarah Winters and Rachel Edwards and Designed with Care: Creating trauma-informed content by Rachel Edwards will be your guides to best practice and content design principles. You’ll be confident facilitating discovery and research and building user stories and job stories with clear user goals.

The Role:
- Responsible to the Housing Manager for delivering a high-quality, customer-focused housing service to ex-service personnel and their dependents.
- To provide an effective and responsive housing management service for a patch of Stoll properties, meeting agreed performance outcomes and objectives for key
areas, including rent arrears, lettings and anti-social behaviour
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact in relation to housing applicants, ensuring that all data is recorded accurately on the housing database, and the waiting list is
managed efficiently. - Take part in the Allocations process, working with the other members of the Housing team to ensure that all voids on the patch are efficiently allocated and that let targets are met.
- Undertake viewings, sign-ups and new tenant visits, working in partnership with the Support team to ensure new tenants are aware of their rights and responsibilities and are fully supported through the process in order to successfully sustain their tenancies.

Each day you will carry out a thorough clean of the building, including communal areas, bathrooms and offices, helping to create a space where residents and staff feel respected and supported. We are seeking a flexible, reliable, and enthusiastic Support Worker to deliver services for Young Carers aged 5–16. The role involves three key parts. The first is delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote wellbeing, reduce isolation, and give Young Carers a break from their responsibilities. The second is providing one-to-one support to help Young Carers manage challenges, access services, and prioritise their mental and emotional wellbeing. The third is leading outreach with schools, colleges, community settings and professionals to identify and engage hidden Young Carers.
About The Role:
You will work across two key age groups, 5–11 and 12–16, delivering and supervising activities, supporting events and trips, and providing behavioural management where needed. Alongside group activities, you will offer one-to-one support to individual Young Carers, ensuring they feel heard, included, and supported as they navigate the challenges of their caring roles. You will also deliver awareness training sessions, run stalls, and build partnerships in the community to identify and engage Young Carers.
This is a part-time post (3 days per week). Flexibility is required, with regular evening and occasional weekend work.

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a passionate Fundraising Community Coordinator to join our virtual events team. You will play a crucial part in managing the online communities for our month-long Virtual Events, ensuring an exceptional experience for our dedicated supporters.
As the Fundraising Community Coordinator you will be responsible for posting on our online communities, supporting the Virtual Events Assistant to create engaging content that will inspire and uplift our supporters and driving positive interactions within the community. Westway Trust is looking for a dedicated and reliable experienced Cleaning Operative to provide supervised access to the new public toilets located on Acklam Road, next to Portobello Market. The primary responsibility of the Cleaning Operative will be to ensure the facility and its surroundings are maintained to a high standard, checked regularly and kept clean, secure and inviting to users at all times. The secondary part to this role is to publicise the Trust’s activities that take place on the Trust’s 23 acres of land in North Kensington by distributing information and leaflets to the members of the public who use or pass by the toilet facilities and the surrounding area.
The role requires someone with a good physical stamina, who is friendly and a confident communicator with an energetic approach to work, and will be fully committed to achieving a consistent standard of cleanliness and appearance throughout the facility.
This is a part-time role of up to 30 hours per week. Working patterns will be discussed at the interview stage.
Key responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:
- To open and lock the facility and return the key to the Trust’s offices.
- Effectively and efficiently manage the access control system.
- To ensure that all toilet cubicles (toilets seats, pans, urinals, basins and door furniture) are clean and fit-for use.
- Properly clean all sanitary appliances, fittings, and areas on a regular basis as directed.
- Sweep, wet mop, and floor polish designated areas.
- Replenish towels, soaps, and toilet rolls as and when required and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Coordinate and work positively in collaboration with other members of the cleaning team.
- Ensure that all health and safety regulations and sanitation guidelines are adhered to.
- Clean glass surfaces, mirrors, and windows.
- Carry out periodic checks of the facility to ensure cleanliness and safety.
- Report repairs and replacements that are required when encountered while cleaning.
- Empty waste bins and replacing liners.
- Report any emergencies that might occur promptly and accurately.
Essential Experience, Skills and Attributes:
- A minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a cleaner in any institution or organisation.
- The physical ability to bend, reach, stretch, and walk during the daily routine, with the ability to stand for a long period of time; ability to effectively push vacuum cleaner and other cleaning equipment for extended periods of time
- Good communication skills as a general cleaner is required to possess the ability to accept, understand, and follow instructions and to deal with users and the public in a professional manner.
