What You’ll Be Doing
As our Head of Communications & Advocacy, you’ll shape and amplify the charity’s voice across the UK. Leading a dynamic team, you’ll drive strategy, lead high-impact campaigns, and ensure that Allergy UK remains a trusted, credible, and influential voice.

As a vital part of the safeguarding team, the Trainer and Facilitator will play a key role in developing and delivering safeguarding training across the Diocese. This includes ensuring that all those with safeguarding responsibilities are equipped with the knowledge, confidence, and understanding necessary to recognise, respond to, and prevent abuse, and to create safe and caring church communities.
The role requires both strong organisational and interpersonal skills. The postholder will deliver training online and in person, adapting content and delivery methods to meet diverse learning needs and contexts. They will also monitor compliance and engagement with training across the Diocese, maintaining accurate records and preparing reports for leadership and governance bodies.

Main Duties And Responsibilities
Training Delivery
To deliver training both in person and on-line, in Safeguarding leadership, and raising awareness of Domestic Abuse, including evaluating pre and post training session work
Safeguarding Training Coordination:
Coordination of the diocesan safeguarding learning and development programme, ensuring alignment with national frameworks and standards.
Training Administration and Record Management:
Organise around 80 training sessions annually, managing bookings, materials, publicity, and attendance records, and maintaining accurate safeguarding training data for individuals and parishes.
Reporting and Team Support:
Produce reports and statistics on training compliance and trends
We are looking for someone with:
· A qualification or demonstratable experience in training or education.
· Demonstratable experience in evaluating pre and post training session work.
· Demonstratable safeguarding experience.
· Good clear communication skills, in particular a friendly and sensitive training delivery manner, and confidence in in running Zoom and Teams for training.
· High level of ICT and database skills, in particular the ability to input data accurately and extract reports as required.
· Understanding and assurance of absolute confidentiality in relation to records held in safeguarding files and databases

Role Overview and Main Responsibilities
One of the main areas of this role is to improve the Digital Marketing systems of the college. This involves managing multiple projects and supervising other team members within their roles. The postholder will also work alongside the CEO to develop and implement a new marketing strategy to enable ANCC to achieve its vision and mission globally. - Enhancing the digital systems of the college for the purposes of marketing
- Work collaboratively with the CEO and Marketing & Communications team to ensure new marketing assets are designed and produced for optimal results
· Generating leads for new applicants, students, partners and donations to the college, optimising our efficiency, and maximising opportunities for engagement.
- Manage the website development project which includes the improvement of the college website for marketing purposes, and improving the User Experience (UXP) ensuring that it is optimised for search engines
- Manage team members for the maintenance and development of the college’s website, SEO, user journey experience, and website assets
- Support and collaborate with the Social Media officer to ensure digital marketing across our platforms, including LinkedIn for digital community engagement.
- Monitor and review performance of digital marketing channels for analytical reporting and making recommendations for improvement.
- Email marketing across stakeholder groups to support recruitment and engagement for the college. This includes the management of Mailchimp and ensuring Donorfy data is up to date.
- Direct marketing to students and partners for college courses, training options, collaborative design, delivery and lifelong learning. This may include digital marketing via website, social media, email, content marketing, print marketing and campaigns.
- Developing a digital marketing campaigns calendar and system for use within the team including the implementation of campaign briefs and tracking of campaigns across ANCC products
- Play an active role within the team to help at promotional events, including national exhibitions and conferences, at the college and elsewhere
- Assist the team with organising college open days and other promotional events (graduations, multicultural evenings, carols at Easneye etc).
- Work creatively with the team to continue to develop strong relationships with ANCC alumni through digital communications, and maximising opportunities for engagement
- Fully participate in All Nations community activities when possible

· There is a genuine requirement for this role to be filled by a committed Christian who is passionate about cross cultural mission and fully able to articulate the overall purpose as well as the detail of the College’s mission, from a personal faith basis.

Main purpose of the role
As our Fundraising Manager, you will be responsible for the development and delivery of our fundraising strategy, working closely with the Executive Director, the Finance Team, the Insight Fundraising Officer and the Trust and Foundations consultants. The Fundraising Manager will develop existing income streams and strengthen stakeholder and supporter engagement. As Fundraising Manager, you’ll work closely with other global team members to review and implement our fundraising strategy in line with our strategic goals.
Main Responsibilities:
- Play a leading role in the development and delivery of ICC’s fundraising strategy and the success of direct marketing, telemarketing and online campaigns to generate cash, regular giving and Gift Aid.
- Plan, research and implement all aspects of direct marketing aimed at acquiring and retaining new and existing supporters.
- Establish a robust donor stewardship strategy, building strong relationships with existing and potential donors and increasing donor retention and engagement
- Lead on the cultivation and stewardship of partnerships with churches.
- To manage the direction and relationship with our Trust and Foundation consultants by collaborating in the research, writing and submitting targeted Trust applications and report on grants awarded.
- Work with the team to support the legacy giving strategy, to maximise long-term income.
- To have oversight of the in-house CRM database (Microsoft D365). Work with the team to develop competency in the effective use of our CRM database as part of our donor stewardship and reporting structure.
- To assist and promote ICCs presence at fundraising and other events.
- Manage the ongoing development and implementation of a regular giving strategy and donor care to reduce attrition rates.
- Regularly monitor and evaluate direct marketing campaigns, Trust fundraising, recurring giving and legacy fundraising, provide results and feed the learning back into the organisation.
- To keep abreast of key issues and best practices within the direct marketing/fundraising sector.
- Ensure fundraising practices comply with GDPR, the Data Protection Act and the Code of Fundraising Practice.
- Undertake additional duties as requested.
- Line manage the Insight Fundraising Officer and lead our Trusts and Foundations partner.

About the role:
We're looking for an Individual Giving Manager who will lead the charity’s individual giving programme during an exciting period of growth. You will deliver key activities aimed at building our profile, donor base and unrestricted income in line with our strategic objectives. This will be achieved through the delivery and strategic development of warm and cold cash acquisition, a face-to-face regular giving programme, effective retention strategies and initiatives that will build our contactable base of supporters. This role will also be responsible for the development of our gifts in wills programme, including creating marketing campaigns and materials to grow gifts in wills income. The role is involved in both strategic planning and implementation.
This role is a unique opportunity to double income from individual giving and be an integral member of a hardworking, friendly and passionate team. It would be suitable for someone looking to take the next step in their fundraising career with experience across a range of individual giving income streams, preferably including cash appeals, regular giving, face-to-face and lottery, with proven success in contributing to income growth across a diverse portfolio. You will see firsthand the difference you make every day to 10,000 hardworking NHS staff and 1million + patients accessing St George’s NHS Trust.
Our staff benefits:
- Pension: contribute 3% of your pre-tax monthly salary and we add an additional 6% to your contribution

Job Purpose
- The home and settle service works collaboratively with hospitals to support people when they are discharged from hospital to return home. You will provide temporary practical and emotional support to service users within their home and make sure they understand the care and treatment choices available to them. The service is time limited, usually up to 6 weeks, to adjust and settle back in their homes.
Key Tasks
- Assess the needs of service users in hospital before discharge, and in their homes, and understand what barriers and enablers there might be to moving home.
- Aid the discharge process and improve patient experience through tasks such as key cutting and co-ordinating with colleagues for the setup of the home environment.
- Provide (and/or arrange) the practical and emotional support needed to enable service users to move home and/or remain safely at home.
- Be vigilant and make referrals/signpost for additional needs that our wider team, or partners can support. E.g. for benefit checks, energy advice, carers support, befriending.

Summary /overall purpose

As the Research Programmes Coordinator, you will work closely with the Director of Patient and Clinical Research Programmes and the wider research team, playing a key role in the smooth delivery of our diverse research initiatives and events.

Knowledge and Experience
Essential:
- Proven experience in working with external stakeholders/suppliers and managing performance
- Extensive experience in digital marketing for recruitment of supporters/members, including in using Facebook. A subject-matter expert.
- Digitally savvy, with knowledge and experience in testing new ideas through digital channels and an early adopter of new technology and digital products and platforms.
- Proven experience in analysing complex data and building testing plans to inform strategic decisions and solve complex problems.
Desirable:
- A proven track record (more than 2 years’ experience) in recruiting new supporters or members to a charity.
- Experience of working with telemarketing agencies.
- Experience of Private site or using dialogue approaches to recruitment.
- Experience in developing multi-channel supporter journeys for new supporters/members.
- Experience in using Salesforce or other CRMs
- Experience in using an email-marketing platform, like Mailchimp or Marketing Cloud
