We are seeking a part time Clinical Supervisor who will be key to ensuring that our team of Family Practitioners have the right support to provide a quality service for families.

The main purpose of this role is to:
· To maintain the highest quality of service to families requiring emotional wellbeing support, ensuring the Family Practitioners can maximise progression outcomes for VI children, young people and their families, including improvements to their emotional wellbeing.
· To provide lead professional support to Family Practitioners through advice and guidance with their cases to ensure the most relevant interventions.
The ideal candidate will ideally have a relevant professional therapeutic qualification and registration / accreditation with appropriate professional body HCPC, UKCP, BACP, AFT etc.

This is a key leadership role within the CSA Centre, central to our ambition to raise awareness of the true scale and nature of sexual abuse and to drive evidence-informed improvements in policy and practice.
About the role:
The CSA Centre aims to reduce the impact of child sexual abuse through improved prevention and better response, and effective internal and external communication is absolutely central to that mission.
Leading our Communications Team, you will play a key role in developing and delivering the CSA Centre's communication plans over the immediate and longer term, helping us to ensure that our evidence, learning and resources have the widest possible reach into policy and practice at both local and national level.
As a member of the CSA Centre's Senior Management Team, you will work closely with the CSA Centre's multi-agency, multi-disciplinary team, enabling you to draw on expertise from a wide range of different professional backgrounds. You will lead our engagement with communications colleagues from across Government departments and key stakeholder groups.
We are looking for a highly motivated leader with strong skills and significant experience in communication roles, and the ability to manage an extensive and varied workload to deliver multiple objectives. Communication activity at the CSA Centre is extremely diverse; in any given week you might find yourself developing a new strategic approach to disseminating CSA Centre resources throughout practice, leading a briefing session on new research findings for prominent national media outlets, advising senior Government leads on plans for a new awareness raising campaign, working with expert stakeholders to develop national media guidelines for the reporting of child sexual abuse… No two days are the same!
As Assistant Director, Communications, you will play a role tackling child sexual abuse alongside the work of our colleagues across practice, research, policy and training. This is important work - the CSA Centre conservatively estimates that one in ten children will experience some form of child sexual abuse before age of 16, and our ambitious programme seeks to improve the knowledge, skills and confidence of professionals (social workers, teachers, social workers, nurses etc.) in identifying and responding to child sexual abuse. We have already made great progress, but there is much more to be done – and we need your leadership to help us do it!
Although this contract has a permanent status, CSA Centre roles are subject to funding until 31st March 2026, in line with our current grant funding arrangements. This contract is due to expire on 31st March 2026 however this will be reviewed in late 2025, as future funding for CSA Centre from 2026/27 onwards is confirmed. If this funding is not extended further, you may be subject to a redundancy consultation or a TUPE arrangement.

We are the Centre of expertise on child sexual abuse (CSA Centre). Our aim is to reduce the impact of child sexual abuse through improved prevention and better response. To tackle child sexual abuse we must better understand its causes, scope, scale and impact.
Established since 2017, we are a multi-disciplinary team that is funded by the Home Office, hosted by Barnardo's and we work closely with key partners from academic institutions, local authorities, health, education, police and the voluntary sector. We're proudly independent and our team will challenge any barriers, assumptions, taboos and ways of working that prevent us from increasing our understanding and improving our approach to child sexual abuse.
We bring about change by:
- Collating and analysing existing research, policy, practice and the real experiences of those affected, and filling the gaps we identify with new research, insights and analysis;
- Using that evidence and insight to challenge and improve existing policy and practice, develop new approaches and increase everyone's knowledge and confidence to more effectively tackle the issue.
This role is home based with regular travel required, usually to London.

Role - Zero Hours Children's Resource Worker

The ideal Children's Resource Worker will already have some experience in engagement and participation with vulnerable young people, care experienced children or have similar experience in child-facing settings. About us
Parallel is a small but ambitious charitable initiative doing big things: we currently support over 3,000 students through our maths enrichment activities, around 500 of whom receive dedicated weekly, small-group online tutorials in The Parallel Academy. Our mission is to support students on our programmes to fulfil their mathematical potential, by providing them with the opportunity to develop their reasoning and problem-solving skills beyond the curriculum.
Our students are motivated and ambitious. Although our maths programme is optional and takes place outside of school hours, students have an average attendance above 95%.
The Role
We are rapidly expanding our service provision over the coming months, and are seeking a full or part-time Project Administrator to join our passionate and energetic team. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our programmes and help embed the tools and processes for reaching thousands more students each year.
This is a versatile role with responsibilities ranging from database management to setting up online events and communicating with service users, schools and tutoring staff. Working within a small administration team, you will be proficient at using a range of tools such as spreadsheets, meeting platforms and scheduling software, and will be willing to learn new ways of working. We are looking for someone who can remain focused under pressure, using their initiative to deal proactively with a range of tasks and to prioritise the competing demands of a busy workload.
Hours
This is a flexible and fully remote role, and you will have significant autonomy in how you structure your working week.
As part of your contracted hours, you will be required to work some evenings and weekends, but this will not exceed one day a week in total. There will also be periods when there is a higher workload (e.g., during student recruitment periods), so you may be required to offer some flexibility in working longer (and then shorter) hours week to week. ShelterBox is searching for an experienced senior people leader with a proven ability to lead through ambiguity and transformation, with a track record of embedding high-performance cultures and navigating complex change in mission-driven environments. This is an exciting role, to liaise and support partner organisations to ensure accounting records are complete, accurate, and up to date, coded correctly on UH’s cashbooks and reconciled against bank statements. You will also provide technical support to partners’ finance staff and train them on the use of the cashbooks and financial reporting to UH.
You will be educated to degree level and have basic speaking knowledge of the French language. You will have experience in a fast-paced and complex finance role. You should have experience of working with technical accounting packages as well as experience in financial planning and monitoring.

Location: The Southville Centre, Beauley Road, Bristol.
Contract Type: Permanent.
Hours: 30.0 hours per week.
Salary: £38,987.69 per annum (pro rata £31,190.48).
Holidays: 31 days (232.5 hours, pro rata 186.0 hours) including Bank Holidays, plus additional long-service leave (capped).

We’re looking for a compassionate, strategic leader to join us as our Head of Community Development
This is a rewarding opportunity to lead a department delivering high-impact services to our community of benefit, some services are in partnership with the NHS and Bristol City Council Social Care. You’ll shape and grow our community-facing work, focusing on what matters most to local people, while upholding the charity’s values and long-term vision.
Reporting to the CEO, you will lead a committed team delivering our Community Development initiatives (BS3 Community Food Club & Cupboards. Activities for older people and intergenerational offers, BS3 Community Connectors and more), BS3 Community Webs (our social prescribing service), and BS3 Community Care (a growing Social Enterprise Community Business). You’ll work collaboratively with voluntary sector, statutory, and clinical partners, and contribute to the cross-organisation strategy and planning as part of the Senior Management Team.
