Location: Remote based in England, with occasional travel across the UK

Prospectus is pleased to be collaborating with a UK charity founded by families who lost loved ones to gambling-related suicide to recruit for a Administrative Officer to join them on permanent, part-time contract 3 or 4 days per week (21-28 hours). The charity operates as a fully remote working organisation however there will be occasional UK travel.

The Administrative Officer will support the day-to-day operations of our growing national charity. Key responsibilities include providing general administrative support to teams across the organisation, assisting with data entry, management, and reporting using Beacon and Excel, and supporting with event planning and logistics including bookings, on the day support and post event / seminar follow up. Other responsibilities include monitoring and coordinating HR admin tasks, maintaining organised records and support ongoing coordination of projects and handling sensitive personal information appropriately and in accordance with GDPR and organisational policies.

The successful candidate will bring excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, confidence using digital systems and the ability to manage multiple priorities while working remotely. You will have good exposure to working with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and have excellent written and verbal communication skills including report writing.
