Responsibilities and Person Specification:

This role is part of our Facilities and Property team. The Facilities and Office Assistant will ensure our office is a well-maintained, welcoming and inclusive working environment for colleagues and visitors. They will support the Facilities and Property Manager with day-to-day office running, health and safety and will work closely with teams across the organisation to create a safe, positive and inclusive workplace environment. The postholder will support staff onboarding and wellbeing and contribute to a high-quality employee experience in the office and working from home.

You should have good customer service skills and mindset, able to provide a welcoming experience for visitors and colleagues. You will enjoy relationship‑building and have a person-centre approach to supporting colleagues and an ability to communicate sensitively with older tenants. You should be highly organised with attention to detail and have an ability to switch between tasks and prioritise in a role which, by its nature, involves interruptions.

This is a part‑time position of 28 hours per week, usually worked over four days, though we’re happy to consider five shorter days. The role is mainly office‑based, with occasional hybrid working arranged with your line manager. Your working days will be agreed with the Facilities and Properties Manager (who also works part‑time) to ensure full office coverage across the working week.

What the job involves 

You’ll lead our business development strategy for corporate partnerships, focusing on securing high-value, purpose-driven relationships with long-term potential (typically 6–8 figure), and building a robust pipeline to deliver sustainable income growth. 

• Own and deliver the business development plan, targeting major prospects and flagship partnerships with transformational potential. 

• Identify, prioritise and cultivate opportunities across key sectors (including sport and health), shifting activity from short-term, transactional asks to insight-led, multi-year partnerships. 

• Shape and test compelling funding propositions, working with internal experts (including Communications, Black Health Equity, Research, Health Services, and Equity & Improvement) to build integrated partnership offers. 

• Lead proposal development end-to-end: briefing colleagues, coordinating inputs, writing and reviewing pitches, and ensuring submissions are high quality, compelling and on time. 

• Take overall accountability for the business development pipeline: keeping it strategically aligned, properly valued, actively progressed and accurately forecast. 

• Improve performance through better pipeline discipline: growing value and volume at each stage, increasing conversion, and reducing lead times from opportunity identification to proposal submission. 

• Line manage and develop a team of three experienced Business Development Managers (including sector/specialist roles), setting clear objectives and coaching for confident, high-performance delivery. 

• Lead and support negotiations with senior stakeholders, ensuring new partnerships protect and enhance our brand, values and reputation. 

• Work closely with partnership colleagues to transition newly secured partners into account development so relationships are onboarded smoothly and set up to scale. 

What we want from you 

You’re a strategic, commercially minded new business leader who can spot and shape big opportunities, influence at senior levels, and convert complex partnership conversations into high-value, multi-year income. 

• Significant experience securing new, high-value corporate partnerships (typically 6–8 figure) in a commercial organisation, charity and/or agency environment. 

• A strong track record of delivering income through new business acquisition, with credible examples of taking prospects from first contact through to signed agreement. 

• Confidence developing high-value propositions and partnership packages that work for both the organisation and the partner. 

• Excellent pipeline management skills, with experience improving conversion rates, forecasting and proposal turnaround times. 

• Strong influencing and negotiation skills, comfortable engaging senior stakeholders and navigating complex internal decision-making.

What the job involves 

This is a senior role in our Partnerships team, heading up our newly formed Account Development function and playing a key part in transforming how we grow income from existing corporate partnerships.

You’ll take ownership of a portfolio of high‑value, complex partnerships, many of which are moving from lower‑value arrangements into higher impact, mutually beneficial multi‑year partnerships as part of our longer‑term growth strategy. This is not a “steady state” account management role – it’s about developing, expanding and unlocking untapped potential in relationships.

In practice, this means you’ll: 

• Lead the delivery and growth of a portfolio of major corporate partnerships, ensuring campaigns are well‑executed and partnerships are delivering real value, income and impact.

Northwick Park Hospital ED (Emergency Department)

About St Giles

An ambitious, well-established charity that helps people facing adversity to find jobs, homes and the right support they need. Central to our ethos is our belief that people with first-hand experience of successfully overcoming issues such as an offending background, homelessness, addictions and gang involvement, hold the key to positive change in others. 

St Giles is expanding its delivery of hospital-based projects; this service is aimed at vulnerable 12 to 25-year-olds who attend the adult or paediatric emergency department or Urgent Care Centre at Northwick Park Hospital. We will work alongside hospital staff to proactively identify vulnerable young people and help them to access and engage the support they need to prevent any potential escalation of violence and reduce the risk of repeat victimisation or exploitation.

About this key role

You will be embedded in the hospital, providing support for those young people admitted to emergency departments right through to their discharge back into the community. You will have experience of working with ‘high risk,’ vulnerable young people, be part of a multidisciplinary team, and have a flexible, empathetic approach to your work.   This support extends post-discharge from the ED or Hospital with our Caseworkers working with the CYP and the professional networks to ensure the CYP voice is front and centre, this is to support the betterment of the CYP and their future, as well as reducing risks. This is done through providing 121 support in formulating the support plan with the CYP. This can also include supporting the family and advocating for them and CYP within the wider professional network.

We actively encourage people with personal experience of the criminal justice system or lived experience of the issues facing this client group to apply for this role.

What we are looking for:

•  Personal experience of the criminal justice system, lived experience of the issues facing this client group and/or experience of working with ‘high risk’, vulnerable children, young people and/or families
• Experience of assessing risk and implementing safety procedures when thinking about children and young people involved in or at risk of violence or exploitation
• Proven experience of working in a high-intensity environment, with an ability to effectively manage your own wellbeing

I am delighted to be working with a fantastic children’s charity in search of three highly organised, calm-under-pressure, Safeguarding Caseworkers to support this international non-profit organisation. This fully remote role focuses on managing safeguarding concerns across a global network, ensuring timely, proportionate, and child-centred responses.

The Role

You will lead safeguarding cases from initial report through to resolution, working with colleagues, volunteers, and partners across multiple countries. You’ll play a key role in ensuring safe, consistent decision-making in line with organisational policy and local legislation.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and triage safeguarding concerns, ensuring prompt and appropriate responses
• Manage cases end-to-end: risk assessment, action planning, referrals, and closure
• Advise staff and volunteers on safeguarding thresholds and reporting
• Liaise with statutory agencies and escalate high-risk cases where needed
• Collaborate across time zones to maintain consistent global coverage

About You

• Experienced safeguarding professional (e.g. child protection, social work, case management)

Join Rainbow Trust Children’s Charity and play a vital role in ensuring our teams can support families facing the unimaginable, helping us make a real difference.

We are looking to appoint a full-time Trust and Foundations Fundraising Lead (35 hours per week) to lead and develop Rainbow Trust’s trusts and foundations fundraising programme. You will manage relationships with charitable trusts and foundations, raising the funds we need to deliver and grow our support services.

Our Philanthropy team is an ambitious team with a well-established fundraising programme, playing a significant role in raising £5.7m a year to fund our support services and with plans to grow income over the next 3-5 years. • You will cultivate strong working relationships with a portfolio of trust and foundations, including five- and six-figure grants.

Key responsibilities

Challenge events & community fundraising

• Lead on the delivery and growth of Trekstock’s challenge events portfolio, including Trek This City, London Marathon places and third‑party events
• Recruit, manage and inspire participants and volunteers, supporting them to reach (and smash) their fundraising targets
• Build meaningful supporter journeys for fundraisers and volunteers that feel personal, motivating and on brand
• Work closely with colleagues and volunteers to promote events and bring supporter stories to life
• Monitor performance, income and ROI, spotting opportunities to grow, improve and refine our approach

About the role
