We’re looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to grow and develop new long-term partnerships with employers across the UK, focusing on Apprentices, Graduates, and Future Leaders. You’ll be helping businesses invest in the next generation of talent by connecting them with Outward Bound’s experiential learning programmes that accelerate personal growth, resilience, teamwork, and leadership in early careers cohorts. 

Your focus will be on building strong relationships, understanding workforce development needs, and positioning Outward Bound as the partner of choice for early talent development. 

Occasional evening, weekend, and overnight work will be required as part of the role, including attending client visits, taster sessions, and visits to our Outward Bound Centres.

YOUR EXPERIENCE

• Excellent communications skills and the ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external professionals.  A strong understanding of the apprenticeship and graduate development programmes, and talent pipelines. 

• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail, able to manage multiple projects and maintain consistent follow-up.

• Confident in presenting to clients, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences (HR, L&D, operational teams, senior leadership). 

• Good negotiation and influencing skills. 

• Experienced in LinkedIn / LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting and building connections within early careers networks. 

• Proficient in Microsoft systems and CRM tools. 

• Knowledge of or interest in experiential learning, leadership development, and outdoor education is an advantage. 

 AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Secure mainly new and some key repeat business to meet personal, and team, quarterly and annual targets. 
• Lead on developing new partnerships within key industry sectors for Apprentice, Graduate, and Emerging Leader programmes. 
• Undertake client learning needs analysis to understand early career development goals and challenges. 
• Produce compelling proposals that align Outward Bound programmes with organisational objectives. 
• Represent Outward Bound at early careers events, conferences, and employer network sessions. 
• Maintain accurate client records via our CRM system and ensure timely follow-up and reporting. 
• Liaise with internal delivery and marketing teams to ensure client needs are met and opportunities are maximised. 
• Drive new business through research, networking, referrals, and sector insights. 
• Contribute ideas to help shape Outward Bound’s early careers strategy and offer to stay relevant in a fast-changing employment landscape.

Salary: £32,000 – £40,000, salary depending on experience

HOURS: 37.5 hours per week

REPORTING TO: Head of Early Careers Business Development

LOCATION: Home-based with extensive travel to centres.

Settling in period

There is a 3-month settling in period from contract start date.

Community Engagement Coordinator – North Region, England

Location: This post is home-based, working within BookTrust’s Northern England region, which covers the North West, North East, and Yorkshire & the Humber. The role requires flexibility and travel across the region and to other BookTrust offices in England, Wales and Northern Ireland. 

Contract: Permanent, full-time

Salary: £30,000 per annum

BookTrust is the UK's largest reading charity, and we reach millions of children every year with books, resources and support to get every child reading, regularly and by choice. As a Community Engagement Coordinator, you will work within the regional partnerships team.  You will manage a caseload of community work to support programme delivery, partnership network development and bespoke learning and development with the BookTrust partner network. You will create excellent links into communities and develop relationships with stakeholders in order to support BookTrust delivery and development, and place-based, community-led initiatives.

We are looking for a positive and enthusiastic, credible ambassador with a demonstrable ability to make connections across a wide range of people and groups in order to deliver ambitious projects. You will have great communications skills with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of audiences, in writing and in person. You may have worked within or across a local authority provider or network, in outreach or in a project within a local community or the third sector. You may have experience working with children and families experiencing deprivation, or in children’s reading. You will be highly motivated with the ability to work unsupervised across multiple projects in disparate locations simultaneously, and to work at pace, often to tight deadlines.

LGBTQ+ Veterans Community Worker (VCW) – 1 post. 
REF:- FWP/VCW/MID/NOV
£29,400 per annum, pro rata, based on 37.5 hours per week.
Based in the Midlands region.
Remote worker (with some face-to-face activity across the Midlands region).
Fixed Term Contract – 32 months.
Full time hours for the first 20 months and 0.7 FTE for the following 12 months.  These hours are in line with grant funding. 

Fighting With Pride (FWP) is looking for an outstanding regionally focused LGBTQ+ Veterans Community Worker covering the West and East Midlands region (Staffordshire, Shropshire, Herefordshire, Worcestershire, West Midlands, Warwickshire, Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire and Rutland, Northamptonshire and Lincolnshire). 

For a fixed term contract of 32 months, this fundamental, enabling, rewarding and busy role will make a real difference to the lives of LGBTQ+ Veterans, serving personnel and their families, around the UK.  You will be working as part of team of VCWs covering England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.  The Armed Forces Covenant Fund Trust (AFCFT) are funding this post.

FWP was formed in January 2020 to support LGBTQ+ Veterans, serving personnel and their families and is a registered charity, founded by Caroline Paige and Craig Jones, now led by Peter Gibson and overseen by a dynamic and experienced Board of Trustees.   

An increasing number of Veterans are contacting our charity, particularly since the publication of the Etherton Report, and we want to add to our exceptional team to support them.  You will be signposting service users to organisations where they will receive a warm welcome and will develop their self-esteem, self-confidence, independence and resilience, and working those organisations to enable positive LGBTQ+ inclusion. In addition, you will be highlighting access to the scheme of reparations arising from the Etherton Report.

The e-Assessment Association (eAA) is a not-for-profit membership organisation based in the UK that brings together everyone with an interest in digital assessment. Since 2008, the eAA has championed the adoption of technology-enhanced assessment across education, training, and professional learning.

The eAA’s mission is to:

• Provide professional support and facilitate discussion for people working in this field.

Key Responsibilities

Special Interest Group (SIG) Support:

• Manage the administration and coordination of the eAA’s Special Interest Groups.
• Support and prompt volunteer leads to ensure each SIG remains active and productive.
• Coordinate and schedule SIG meetings and online events, including setting up Cvent/ Zoom/Teams sessions and distributing materials.
• Assist with follow-up actions such as publishing content, circulating recordings, and gathering member feedback.
• Monitor engagement levels and prepare summary reports for the Operations Manager and Board.

Event Support (Online and In-person):

• Assist in the setup, promotion, and delivery of online events, including webinars, panel discussions, and SIG sessions.
• Manage speaker liaison, registration processes, and event logistics.
• Support the delivery of major eAA events including the International Conference (2026) and the International Awards Gala Dinner, including administrative coordination and event materials.
• Ensure a positive participant experience by handling communications and post-event follow-up.

Membership and Communications:

• Respond to member and volunteer enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Support the creation and distribution of newsletters, announcements, and updates about SIG and event activity.
• Contribute to website updates and online event listings (including management of our online ‘Events Calendar’).

General Administrative Support:

• Maintain accurate records and documentation in shared systems 
• Support the wider team on projects or tasks as directed by the Operations Manager.

Collaboration and Teamwork:

• Work closely with internal teams, volunteers, and external partners.
• Attend in-person team meetings and support in-person at Association events (Time-Off-In-Lieu policy in operations for additional hours worked). 

General:

• Maintain records, files, and documentation in an organised manner.
• Assist with special projects as required
• Other appropriate tasks and roles as delegated by the Operations Manager
• To undertake other duties which may, from time to time, be necessary to further the work of eAA.

Please note, there will be the occasional requirement (c. 6 times per year) to travel nationally (UK) for events and team meetings. These instances will include overnight stays. There may be future requirement for some international travel. 

Qualifications

Essential Skills:

• At least 2 years’ experience in an administrative support role.
• Experience managing events (especially online events such as webinars or small conferences).
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• ‘Tech-savvy’ with a willingness and ability to adapt to new technologies and programmes, including AI. Confident using digital tools such as Microsoft Office, Zoom/Teams, and social media platforms.
• Ability to work independently in a remote team environment.

Desirable Skills: 

• Experience working in a membership organisation, charity, or non-profit setting.
• Familiar with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
• Familiar with content creation tools such as Canva.
• Experience using event platforms such as Cvent. 
• Passion for education and technology, with a commitment to promoting the use of e-assessment.

The Fundraising Lead (Corporate & Grants) will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of income generation for Planet Patrol, including the planning and delivery of our fundraising strategy; with a focus on corporates and grants. You will secure new partnerships and sponsorships, and develop high-value, multi-year commitments that align with both Planet Patrol’s priorities and our funders objectives. Whilst this role is fixed term, we hope to secure enough funding to make the role permanent.

Key Responsibilities

Fundraising & Relationship Building

• Meet and exceed the annual new funding target of £300k, whilst maintaining existing funding agreements.
• Secure sponsorship for at least three organisational priorities worth a minimum of £50k each.
• Write and submit innovative, engaging and impactful funding applications.
• Prospect new supporters and build long-term, high-value relationships.
• Quickly and efficiently respond to calls for proposals, maximising all opportunities..

Account Management

• Maximise our existing portfolio of corporate supporters, ensuring timely delivery of benefits, publicity and events.
• Oversee reporting to funders, sponsors and partners, demonstrating impact and value.
• Manage budgets within the fundraising portfolio and contribute to organisational efficiency and effectiveness.

Marketing & Communications

• Create compelling and innovative partnership opportunities for corporate supporters.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver sponsorship benefits and ensure accurate representation of sponsors across Planet Patrol platforms.
• Coordinate sponsor advertising and communications, with support from colleagues.
• Positively represent Planet Patrol at events and conferences.

Role requirements:

• A minimum three years working in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
• A demonstrated ability in securing funding worth five-and-six figures.
• Experience working remotely and making impactful relationships online.
• Be able to communicate effectively with senior corporate leaders.
• Experience in providing excellent stakeholder engagement, ideally through an integrated CRM.
• A natural networker and innovator, you’ll always be spotting opportunities.

The Drive Partnership, formed by Respect, SafeLives and Social Finance, is working to transform the national response to perpetrators of domestic abuse. We work to end domestic abuse and protect victims by disrupting, challenging, and changing the behaviour of those who are causing harm. Together we have developed the Drive Project to address a gap in work with high-harm, high-risk perpetrators of domestic abuse. We also work to advocate for systems and policy change- to develop sustainable, national systems that respond more effectively to all perpetrators of domestic abuse.

In July of this year the Home Office announced a £53m investment over the next four years to enable the Drive Project to roll out across England and Wales. About the role
We are recruiting for a Head of Supporter Experience and Optimisation to join on a permanent contract. This is newly created role and will be home-based, working full-time, 35 hours per week, with occasional travel required for team and stakeholder meetings and events.

As Head of Supporter Experience and Optimisation you will lead the strategic alignment and continuous improvement of how we deliver for our supporters (donors, campaigners, volunteers), transforming how we work across the Income and Engagement directorate. You will bring together our critical enabling functions focused on performance, planning and reporting; supporter experience delivery and improvement; administration and people development. We are looking for you to drive a joined-up approach to transformation that enhances both internal effectiveness and external impact.

You’ll champion a seamless, meaningful supporter journey, ensuring every interaction reflects our values and strengthens engagement, with a clear focus on improving the end-to-end supporter experience. You’ll embed a culture of insight-led decision making, collaboration, accountability, operational excellence and learning, ensuring our people are empowered to thrive and deliver their best to help end the devastation of dementia.

At all times, you’ll act as a passionate, articulate champion of the importance of our supporter’s experience. You will be a key stakeholder and build strong relationships across the Society, ensuring processes, systems and tools are developed with the ultimate goal of always improving the experience of all our supporters.

Leading the Education partnerships team,  responsibility for the development of all Educaiton customers and for maintaining the income generation and young people targets in line with the overall Trust strategy and annual requirements.

This a senior management position which is responsible for the strategic direction and the leadership day to day operation of our extremely busy Education Team. The role requires you to be strategic but pragmatic, balancing the mission and purpose of The Trust with tactical day to day delivery of Sales support and partnership working across the organisation.

You will manage a team of up to ten direct reports, and will also need to build strong relationships across The Trust with fellow Senior Managers and Directors, and most specifically with our Centre Management teams, Fundraising and Marketing Teams. Also, The Trust has a new strategic plan looking at growth of the number of young people we work with, including the recently launched Schools Adventure Programme.

Your experience

We would love you to have a strong background in Sales with proven effective results but also having commercial acumen and experience, with the ability to think and act strategically. You will have a minimum of three years experience of leading, managing and inspiring teams. A supportive approach to the development and coaching of the team is an essential element within this. 

The ability to work confidently and flexibly across all Trust departments, supporting where required. 

A solid knowledge of the Education Sector for both Scotland and England as well as proven relationship building skills, and enjoyment of working collaboratively across departments and at all levels through effective communication.

Areas of repsponsibility

• Leadership and management of the Education Team, providing direction, challenge, support and development as appropriate. This will also involve coaching and supporting the team in their professional development, as well as in the management and execution of sales targets.
• Development and ownership of The Education Team’s annual revenue target, specifically looking at Charitable funding levels, volumes and occupancy levels across all centres.

The Executive Director has overall responsibility for TOLFA UK’s fundraising, financial management, marketing and communications, and personnel, to implement its mission of providing vital and preventative healthcare to India’s ownerless animals and those belonging to low-income owners, as well as educating communities in their welfare and value 

Initially  a salary of £19,000 per year for 24 hours per week; both the hours and salary could potentially increase based on the organisation’s income and financial assets

Responsibilities 

• Proactively diversify and sustainably increase TOLFA UK’s fundraising, such as: 

• Submitting grant proposals and reports to trusts and foundations

• Collaborate with the Board of Trustees to develop the strategy of TOLFA UK, which will include becoming a more impactful organisation with increasing revenue and additional staff

About Children Not Numbers 

The conflict in Gaza has left thousands of children in urgent need of medical care, trauma support, and long-term assistance. Children Not Numbers is a grassroots UK-based charity committed to the health, safety, education, and wellbeing of Gaza’s children. 

Children Not Numbers (CNN) was established in early 2024 to address the urgent need to support Palestinian children caught up amid an unprecedented conflict. Within 18 months, we have grown rapidly into a global network of c.200 committed contractors and volunteers:

• Emergency medical aid for sick and injured children in Gaza, delivered through collaboration between local staff and an international network of volunteer medics
