Knights Youth Centre (KYC) was established in 1936 as an independent Christian Charity. The centre provides a range of universal and targeted youth work programmes in partnership with a number of statutory and voluntary organisations and is located on the boundary of the Clapham Park Estate (the largest estate in the Borough of Lambeth) in an area of high social need. In 2025 KYC joined the Oasis family of charities and is now known as Oasis Knights. We are seeking an experienced and visionary Youth and Community Leader to manage and develop the work at Oasis Knights. This is an opportunity to lead a team committed to making a tangible difference in the lives young people, their families and the broader community. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic leadership and operational management, which includes overseeing a range of youth and community activities. A critical aspect of this role involves fundraising, business development, and monitoring the impact of all initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

· Overseeing youth provision, including mentoring, youth clubs and targeted interventions.

· Ensuring effective financial management and income generation to sustain and expand services.

· Managing and growing a team of staff and volunteers, ensuring alignment with Oasis’ ethos and values.

· Building strong partnerships with local stakeholders to support the delivery of impactful youth projects.

· Developing and maintaining monitoring and evaluation frameworks to demonstrate the impact of activities.

· Working with the building narrative to ensure compliance with health and safety, safeguarding, and other statutory requirements.

The successful post holder must have:

· A degree-level qualification or equivalent in youth work, community development or a related field.

· Proven experience in leading youth projects and managing diverse teams.

· Strong fundraising and income generation skills, with the ability to create and implement successful strategies.

· Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships.

· Knowledge of safeguarding practices and experience working with young people in challenging environments.

· A track record of developing and implementing strategic plans in partnership with stakeholders.

· A commitment to the Oasis ethos and values, including inclusion, equality, and perseverance.

We’re looking for a Head of Supporter Development to oversee our supporter communications journey, collaborating with various teams to ensure our supporters receive the best care and attention.

What does this role do?
As Head of Supporter Development, you will:

• Lead and transform how we engage with supporters, embedding a cultural shift and supporting teams to deliver on strategic objectives,

About the role

As Senior Supporter Retention Officer (Loyalty and Regular Giving), you will lead the development of supporter-led, multi-channel fundraising campaigns. You’ll design bespoke supporter journeys that build loyalty and develop regular giving campaigns, including upgrade, conversion and reactivation. You’ll play a pivotal role in strengthening relationships with both long-standing and new supporters of MAP, helping to grow sustainable income from existing audiences to fund vital medical aid.

Using an assertive and persistent outreach approach, the team maintains frequent contact with clients to support them into accommodation, improve their wellbeing, and sustain positive outcomes.

Safety Net is a rapid-response service designed to support individuals with a history of rough sleeping who have previously exited homelessness services but are now facing difficulties that threaten their safety or the security of their home. These challenges may put them at risk of returning to rough sleeping or street-based activity. Safety Net intervenes early, offering timely, targeted support to help people remain safely housed and connected to services.

As a Safety Net Worker, you will provide short-term, intensive casework support to people at risk of returning to the streets. You will establish effective and person-centred casework systems, working proactively to resolve issues and prevent homelessness.

In this role, you will:

• Hold a caseload of clients who are at risk of returning to rough sleeping.
• Provide assertive, consistent and practical guidance and support tailored to individual needs.
• Carry out street outreach visits to support people to reconnect with services and return to, or sustain, their accommodation.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to achieve positive outcomes for clients.

About this role

• Identifying, assessing and managing commissioned contract and funding opportunities aligned to Carers First’s strategic aims, maintaining a clear and intelligence‑led pipeline.

• Leading the development of compelling, high‑quality and cost‑effective bids and proposals for carers services and support (including re-securing existing contracts). Working with services, co-ordinating bid plans and bid teams to ensure a consistent, unified approach.

• Supporting the mobilisation of new contracts and services.

• Supporting delivery of the Income Generation Strategy, including leading on larger Trust, Foundation and grant applications where appropriate.

• Building effective relationships with commissioners, funders and partners to support business development and market engagement.

• Using quality, insight, outcomes data and carers’ feedback to strengthen bids, inform service improvement and support the development of innovative service models that improve outcomes for carers.

About you

To be successful in this role you will bring a strong mix of business development expertise, Local Authority commissioned contract success, sector knowledge and collaborative working, alongside a commitment to improving outcomes for carers, with;

• A strong track record of securing new Local Authority commissioned contracts and re securing existing contracts, with experience of commissioning and procurement processes in health, social care or the voluntary sector.

• Proven experience of leading bid development activity and bid teams, producing high quality, persuasive proposals within tight deadlines.

• Experience of senior stakeholder engagement and relationship management with commissioners, funders and partner organisations.

We are now seeking a Director of Volunteering & Growth to join the Senior Leadership Team at an important point in our development. We have an ambition to significantly grow our Cadet numbers, requiring us to strengthen our infrastructure, grow our reach and volunteer numbers, and ensure we are delivering consistently high-quality experiences across the country.

Reporting to the Chief Executive, this is a broad and pivotal leadership role with responsibility for a diverse and operationally critical portfolio. Key responsibilities will include:

• Focusing on growing our Cadet and Volunteer numbers, supporting MSSC to expand its reach and impact while maintaining quality and consistency
• Leading and developing our Volunteering strategy, strengthening the recruitment, retention and support for the large, national volunteer base which is vital for our successful expansion
• Providing strategic leadership supporting young people through safeguarding and ensuring the Cadet Voice is heard and reflected in our decisions, and we strive for consistently high standards across the organisation
• Overseeing safety, safeguarding, risk and compliance, ensuring robust frameworks and a strong organisational culture in relation to safety, governance and accountability
• Driving the development of systems, processes and infrastructure to enable effective delivery at scale across a dispersed network of federated local Units
• Leading core support functions, including governance, legal and risk, policy and insight, conflict resolution ensuring the organisation operates efficiently and sustainably
• Working collaboratively across the Senior Leadership Team, helping to shape strategic direction and deliver and monitor progress against organisational priorities

This is an exciting, broad role and we are not expecting someone to bring experience across all aspects; you will be supported by a team with functional expertise. We are looking for experience of driving strategic development and growth within complex, volunteer-led organisations, working at scale with volunteers, including leading services that support, enable and engage diverse volunteer communities. You will also have a strong understanding of governance, safeguarding and risk, alongside a track record of delivering transformation and improvement. Just as importantly, you will bring a collaborative, inclusive and values-driven approach, and a genuine passion for improving outcomes for young people. Experience within the youth sector would be welcome but is not essential.

The PKD Charity is looking for an exceptional communicator and relationship-builder to lead patient involvement in groundbreaking PKD research.

This is not a standard engagement role.

You will help ensure that the voices, experiences and priorities of people living with polycystic kidney disease directly influence research, clinical studies and future healthcare decisions across the UK.

PKD affects around 70,000 people in the UK. It causes kidney failure, lifelong health complications and reduced life expectancy. There is currently no cure.

We believe research is stronger when patients are genuinely heard — not consulted as an afterthought.

The Opportunity

As our Patient & Public Involvement and Engagement (PPIE) Manager, you’ll lead and shape involvement activity through the PKD Research Hub, working alongside patients, researchers, clinicians and partners to make research more inclusive, meaningful and impactful.

We're looking for a passionate and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Hestia. With at least two years' proven experience in a talent acquisition or resourcing role, you'll be confident in building talent pools, filling hard-to-fill roles, and using CV databases, Boolean searches, and Applicant Tracking Systems to source top candidates. Ideally, you'll bring experience from the health & social care or charity sector, along with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. You will work Monday - Friday 9am to 5.18pm. You will be required to attend our office in Aldgate 3 times a week.

About the role:

We are looking for two experienced and versatile Clinical Nurse Specialists with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to join our Hospice at Home team.

You will work autonomously within defined protocols to facilitate and provide high quality specialist nursing care to our patients.  You will act as a specialist resource for other health and social care professionals on issues relating to specialist palliative care, responding to their identified requirements and initiating research and audit.

About you:

You will be motivated, a flexible thinker, and able to adapt to new ways of providing care to reach more patients within the community. You’ll have excellent communication skills and enjoy working alongside a multidisciplinary team to assess the needs of patients, families, and carers.

A relevant degree is required, and experience in palliative care or oncology is essential.
