We are seeking a candidate who is willing to learn and who has a strong understanding of the needs of homeless and vulnerable people, especially those with complex needs. Dedication, personal resilience and a relationship based, non-judgemental approach is essential.

In this role you will:

• Support clients to liaise with external services like GP, substance misuse teams, mental health teams, social services.
• Support with all necessary skills to enable an individual to move on to more independent accommodation,
• Have an experienced Team to support you.
• Receive comprehensive training and full induction
• Be working shifts which are normally 8-4 or 2-10pm and you will be expected to work some weekends and Bank Holidays.
• Carry a caseload of clients and be their lead worker.

The Independent Training, delivered in collaboration with IPCAPA at the British Psychotherapy Foundation (bpf) and the Anna Freud Centre/UCL is seeking progress advisors to support 4-5 trainees on the Doctorate in Child and Adolescent Psychotherapy training from the start of their training through to completion.

This is an exciting opportunity to guide and support trainees in their development as future child psychotherapists. The successful postholders will liaise with the year 1 tutor, clinical and research tutors, service supervisors and intensive case supervisors. There will be regular team meetings with the year tutor other progress advisors responsible for the year group. Outside of this, working hours are flexible.

We are looking for ACP registered Child and Adolescent Psychoanalytic Psychotherapists with current CAMHS experience, who have an active interest in working with our year tutor and staff group to support trainees’ progress. The role may suit new career CAPts who wish to develop connections and experience within the field of CAPy training schools. There will be opportunity to take advantage of in house training to become an Intensive Case Supervisor and for additional paid hours of clinical teaching such as practice or clinical seminar groups as appropriate.

We are looking for a Service Manager to join our team team in Ealing. This is a well-resourced and dynamic service in which you will lead a team of 2 Coordinators and 9 Outreach & Resettlement workers.

In this role you will focus on combining outreach with clients on the streets and supporting them through placements in temporary accommodation until a suitable home is found. Several additional services are also embedded within the team including Street Legal, an Employment Specialist, and a Homeless Health Nurse – and the team has lots of well-established connections with specialist providers and community organisations locally, as well as having strong relationships with commissioners and local authority partners.

The Ministry Development Team (MDT) is a team of 45 people which sits within the Archbishops' Council. We are nationally responsible for ensuring that there is a pipeline of lay and ordained ministers together with their terms of service and the development of future and current senior leaders to meet the missional needs of the church. As such we have a key role to play in the delivery of our national Vision and Strategy in which we aspire to be a church which is Jesus Christ shaped and centred.

Our work requires us to work collaboratively with a wide range of stake holders and partners including the 42 Church of England Dioceses, 20 Church of England Theological Colleges, the House and College of Bishops, the College of Cathedral Deans and the College of Archdeacons together with a range of universities and other external bodies. Our work is overseen by the Ministry Development Board, which is a subcommittee of the Archbishops' Council and is chaired by a Diocesan Bishop.

The Ministry Human Resources (HR) Policy Officer will play a key role in the life of the Ministry Development Team as we work together to support the mission and ministry of the Church of England by supporting the development of the ministerial terms of service and wellbeing portfolio. The post holder will be line managed by the Ministry HR Lead and work in collaboration with colleagues across the church especially in the MDT and HR teams.

About the role 

Are you an experienced and knowledgeable programme manager with a passion for supporting charities and under-represented communities to advocate for change?

Media Trust is looking for an experienced programme manager to lead on the delivery of two new communications capacity-building programmes - one focusing on charities tackling health inequalities and another focusing on people affected by the No Recourse to Public Fund (NRPF) immigration rule. Both programmes are aimed at enabling participants to safely and effectively engage with the media and advocate for change. You will be working directly with charities, communities and individual participants on both these programmes. You will also work with external trainers and media industry volunteers to deliver the training and related support. 

Each programme will involve recruiting a cohort of storytellers, working with a series of external trainers to deliver workshops around understanding and engaging with the media and facilitating peer support workshops. You may also be required to lead small roundtables or convene meetings with sector partners as required. 

Media Trust will be partnering with charities working on health inequalities and supporting migrants to deliver this work, including recruiting storytellers from across our networks and partner organisations as programme participants.

You will be responsible for designing and agreeing the delivery calendar with our funders and other key partners.You will also manage the recruitment for, and delivery of, these programmes. The outline training content has already been agreed - this role will involve working with trainers to ensure content is relevant to the needs of the cohorts and the objectives of each programme. You will also design and facilitate a series of monthly peer support sessions to support participants’ learning on the programmes. You will lead safeguarding cases from initial report through to resolution, working with colleagues, volunteers, and partners across multiple countries. You’ll play a key role in ensuring safe, consistent decision-making in line with organisational policy and local legislation.

About the role

The People and Culture Business Partner provides senior operational leadership for employment policy, employee relations, and compliance across staff, volunteers and sessional workers, ensuring that the organisation’s HR frameworks are legally defensible, consistently applied, and aligned with organisational values. The postholder leads on complex ER casework, develops and maintains HR policies, and ensures that redundancy, redeployment and performance management processes are fair, transparent, and compliant with statutory requirements.

The role provides assurance that workforce planning, role design and job evaluation outcomes are legally sound; that recruitment, onboarding, and mobilisation frameworks meet safeguarding and equal opportunities obligations; and that volunteer and sessional worker policies are compliant with Investors in Volunteers and employment law. It also ensures pay and benefits policies are defensible, payroll-linked ER issues are managed appropriately, and redundancy/redeployment payments comply with legislation.

By combining policy ownership with expert ER leadership, the postholder strengthens organisational resilience, mitigates legal and reputational risk, and provides Senior Management Team (SMT) and trustees with confidence that HR operations are compliant, auditable and applied consistently across the organisation.

Contract and hours: Permanent, full-time, 35 hours per week.

We're looking for a kind, compassionate and resilient Specialist Support Worker to join our Mental Health Service in Newham. No personal care or experience required, just the right values.

£31,593.00 per annum, working 40 hours per week.
